Especially the front desk staff, Xiao Yi and Xiao Pan, whose attitude was so friendly and service so warm and thorough. They really made us feel valued – excellent, excellent! 👍 The room was spotless, no strange odors, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable, so I slept soundly. All the facilities were in good working order, hot water came quickly, and the water pressure was strong. Very satisfied!"

"This is the largest hotel right at the entrance of the Mokelet Scenic Area, a two-story building with very nice decor. The front desk manager, Ms. Pu, provided excellent service. We arrived quite early, around 2 PM, and she kindly helped us choose our room, haha. The even-numbered rooms offer a great view of the Mokelet entrance mountain! For dinner at the restaurant, the fried naan snack was exceptionally delicious! However, there were quite a few tour groups staying, and during dinner, some men were smoking without anyone stopping them."

"Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The staff were incredibly attentive throughout our visit. They offered a pick-up and drop-off service, welcome snacks, and even outdoor movies and a bonfire in the evenings – a truly delightful surprise! Even better, seeing that we were traveling with a child, the owner proactively upgraded us to a spacious family room. In the morning, we woke up to misty mountain views right from our room and were even lucky enough to spot a colorful 'auspicious cloud' – a truly comfortable and enjoyable experience for the kids!
The hotel is nestled in the mountains, offering a super quiet environment. The wooden cabin aesthetic is perfect, and the rooms were spotlessly clean. The front desk staff were also incredibly knowledgeable about local attractions, giving us tons of useful tips for Kanas and must-visit spots, along with advice on what to avoid. As a parting gift, they even gave us a UV-protection umbrella, which came in handy at the Devil's City. I highly recommend this guesthouse, and I hope everyone visiting Kanas has a wonderful vacation too!"

Longlidiansi。The hotel's location is great, within walking distance to Narati, which is a big plus! The hotel itself is large with a spacious lobby, but its size also means it can be a bit confusing to navigate. It could use more staff. Breakfast was decent; there was a good variety, but the taste was just okay. As for facilities, I particularly want to mention the laundry room. It really needs an update. I had to search for it, finding it in an adjacent building and quite tucked away. In the end, I couldn't iron my clothes due to insufficient facilities and had to go back. The room is a bit old-fashioned but fully equipped, giving off vibes of hotels from a decade ago during an economic boom. Overall cleanliness was acceptable, but I'm deducting points because I found a centipede-like insect in the room just before check-out (perhaps due to the excellent natural environment?).

Excellent! They upgraded us to an oxygen-enriched room and included both breakfast and dinner buffets. The lobby is clean and beautiful, and there's a kids' play area and a billiards room. They also have plenty of washing machines and dryers (with a convenient 3-minute high-temperature sterilization mode). Nearby, there's delicious yak hotpot and the Ba Tie night market, plus lots of shops, which is really convenient (though we had a driver).
Service: The restaurant offered takeout, room service, and even helped us cut a watermelon, which was very helpful. I highly recommend everyone choose this hotel. The staff are all incredibly friendly. I also noticed they offer airport shuttle service, which is a great option even though we had a private car.
Remember to take deep breaths and enjoy the oxygen in the air when you come to Tashkurgan; with the oxygen room, you'll pretty much adapt by the second day.

Guest UserWhat a hidden gem of a hotel! We arrived at 11 PM and called ahead to order dinner from the hotel restaurant. The lamb hotpot was absolutely incredible – seriously, so, so good.
The service was outstanding and so welcoming. The staff helped with all our luggage; even if I walked past with just a backpack, someone would immediately offer to carry it. The coffee at breakfast was also the best I'd had in all my days in Xinjiang.
Beyond the beautiful environment, the hotel also offers horse riding (for a fee) and archery (free). We stayed at the hotel until well after noon before checking out, which was incredibly relaxing.
We initially thought it would be a two-hour drive to Kokesu, but a staff member told us about an entrance that was only a 20-minute drive away. That was a huge help, truly.
All in all, everything was perfect. We didn't get to see the stars because it rained that night, but we had no regrets at all because this hotel is just phenomenal. Oh, and the hotel also has fast charging stations for electric cars!

Maidoumm^(oo)^Booked two rooms here. Originally, we planned to stay in Fuyun because we were going to Tianchi the next day. However, since we'd already made it all the way to Urumqi, we decided to stay for a night and explore. We booked this hotel last minute. It's very close to the Grand Bazaar, about an 8-10 minute walk, and the area around it is bustling with activity. Finding food is super convenient; there are restaurants and a small mall downstairs. The price was a bit on the higher side, but the great location makes up for it! It really depends on what you're looking for.

The new room was much more spacious, with better lighting and views. The hotel itself is very new and spotlessly clean. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. All the amenities were comprehensive, and transportation was convenient. The staff were gentle and patient, and check-in was efficient and swift. The value for money is absolutely outstanding. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in town. Highly recommended!

We made up our own room, but it was not properly cleaned at first—maybe because the hotel was fully booked. However, the cleaners were quite helpful and responsive when we asked for assistance.
They also have a laundry room, which was very convenient for families. I just wish they had a small playroom for kids, as that would make the stay even better for families with children.

Since it is a Mercure chain, the facilities and cleanliness were good, but the next morning, when I asked to call a taxi to go to the bus terminal, they pointed to a road with many taxis and told me to catch one myself, which was a bit awkward for a foreigner. Furthermore, it was different from Beijing time, so even though it was past 8 in the morning, I couldn't see the taxi, which made me feel a little anxious for a while... They lacked a proactive service mindset.

The service was attentive and thoughtful; the front desk staff was very helpful, answering all our questions, arranging parking, and proactively asking about our specific needs since we were traveling with a child. The hotel also offers traditional ethnic costumes for rent, which is a nice touch and very convenient. Plus, they provide free airport shuttle service, perfectly solving all our travel and accommodation needs. Highly recommended!
