We stayed at Hampton By Hilton, Tianjin Hedong for 6 nights. The location of the hotel was excellent. There are many shopping malls in the vicinity and it is convinence for tourist like us. The hotel's rooms are clean and service are up to my expectation. Breakfast are good and it is included. I will definately stay there if I happen to visit Tianjin again.

The room was pretty tidy, clean and spacious. I booked the hotel just because the pool but using wasn’t that satisfactory. The pool is inside a private gym and there are lots of swimming coaches who don’t let you swim because they feel they are the owner of the place. The coaches are very rude as well. The pool is not a place you can’t relax and enjoy with your family for sure. The manager of the hotel had to come to try and solve the problem which it was already too late (we have argued with 2 of the coaches because they were being impolite and crossing the line with us). To apologies, the manager gave us a 200 yuan discount ticket we could use in one of the restaurant downstairs. Overall the hotel was good, just have in mind if you want to use the pool.

I recently stayed at (Tianjin Railway Station) Lia! by minyou perennial tianjin located near Tianjin South Railway Station, and it provided a very comfortable experience despite being a bit away from the city center. The hotel gave a great first impression with its clean and well-maintained appearance. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from Tianjin South Railway Station, making it easy to travel around by train or bus. Although getting to the city center takes some time, the quiet and peaceful surroundings were perfect for relaxation. The rooms were spotless and modern, offering a comfortable atmosphere throughout the stay. One feature that really stood out was the hotel’s automated delivery system. Using a robot to deliver food and other items to the room was incredibly convenient, and it also added a sense of security through its contactless service. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with meal deliveries or arranging taxis. They were very professional, and communication was smooth, which made the experience even better. The breakfast buffet was impressive, offering a variety of fresh salads, bread, and egg dishes, all served in a relaxed and welcoming dining space. Overall, this hotel is a great choice for those seeking a peaceful and quiet stay near Tianjin South Railway Station. The excellent staff service, modern conveniences, and comfortable rooms made for an enjoyable and satisfying visit. Special thanks to Nami for her exceptional service during my stay.

Great location and excellent service. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Thanks to the front desk staff, particularly Barry and Doris, we had an enjoyable stay. They were friendly and helpful. If not for Barry who helped us with our IT and payment issues, we would not have been able to book our transfer service to chengde and admission tickets to forbidden city in beijing. The staff really went the extra mile to support us in our needs. They were most kind, knowledgeable and savvy with the online system and how to get around Tianjin.

The facilities and equipment are old. It’s really cold in winter. The children had a great time playing. The hotel room is very clean inside, but the outside is a bit unbearable. During the Spring Festival, it’s the first long holiday after the opening of the country. Don’t worry about using water. Private soup is not good. Get out of the way, you can only go to the center to go to the public, and the hotel refunded 200, but fortunately, the children had a better time.

Highly recommend this hotel as the service was sooo good and their facilities are new. Staff made me felt very safe and at home while staying there, which is key for solo travellers like myself. Two thumbs up to the staff and to Novotel drum tower TJ!! Definitely will come back to this hotel again! This hotel stay have left me with a very good impression with Novotel Group as well, making it as one of my top choice when it comes to selecting accommodation during my travels.

I was on a business trip and stayed in Tianjin temporarily. I found this hotel. Parking space was tight and the elevator was slow. The front desk checked in quickly and upgraded the room type. The service was also very enthusiastic during the Spring Festival holiday. It was a great experience. I will choose this hotel again for business trips in the future. There is also a washing machine and refrigerator in the room. It is very convenient.

Hotel service was very good Room also looks good and clean there was nothing bad smell , bed was clean , shower booth is good too Front worker when i check-in The manager She was very Professional and also very kind When i vist tianjin next time i will use this hotel again Price was very cheap but the room was really good And the food for the breakfast very good It was my frist time vist to china i'm leaving it with very good memory Thank you ;)

The view from the room was great. The residence is sourround with Muslim Restaurant in walking distance, it's very convinient to find Halal food especially for Muslim 😁. It's such great and wonderful stay in the city of Tianjin. Will definitely come here again if have opportunity to visit this town in future. Not to forgot to mentioned, the staff is also very helpful and friendly.
