I've stayed in 3 hotels in Beijing but this one is the best. Pros: Grand lobby with refreshing red dates drink. Clean rooms. Shower/toilet separated. Great breakfast varieties. Strong & efficient washer and dryer. Helpful staff - helped me change to a room with window. Location wise - can see the beautiful night view. Cons - a bit of walk from subway so when you're tired, take a cab.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The facilities were very complete. You can do your laundry yourself, which is very convenient for going out. The gym is clean and complete, which is great. The breakfast buffet is rich and delicious. The front desk staff was warm and kind. They helped deliver a lot of things and gave me a small gift when I left! Very satisfied!

Hotel location, room size and cleanliness is good. The only thing I wish to highlight is the air conditioning (which I was told it only blow hot air during winter, I stayed during late Oct), room became very hot to sleep at night. I didn't want to open the window as my room is facing a main road and the traffic noise can be disturbing at night. Suggest to reinstate proper air conditioning instead of trying to go green in the way wrong.

The room is clean and hygienic, and it is very close to the attractions. The service is satisfactory. When I encountered problems, the front desk responded positively and solved the problems quickly. It was my first time staying at Atour and I was quite satisfied. The only complaint I had was that the trash can in the room was too small, it would be better if it was bigger.

Very good location, perhaps the best location in the city. Great place overall, room was clean and tidy. If one thing can be improved is there's just a slight smell from the drainage but i think it's very normal

Newly furnished and clean hotel. Location is not as convenient but if you are looking for a quieter location in Tianjin, this hotel is a good option. Very affordable and great amenities including washer and dryer.

Because the flight was early, we arrived at the hotel very early. The front desk was very enthusiastic and gave us a room. Thank you so much. I can finally lie down and have a good rest. The room is very large and the whole house is smart. The children like to play with Xiaodu very much. I especially thank the staff for helping me collect the express delivery and putting my express delivery in a big bag for me, which saved a lot of effort. The hotel is very close to the pedestrian street, and behind it is Henglong Plaza for dining and shopping. It is quite convenient. Take-out can be delivered to the room by robots. There is also a laundry room and 24-hour self-service laundry service. It is really convenient for me to travel with my baby.

I am an old customer of theirs. The service is very considerate every time I come. The service of the lady at the front desk is particularly heartwarming. There is a very large artwork in the lobby, which is very stylish. I like the background wall in their room the most. The relief feels very good. In short, it is a store that I like very much. I would like to recommend it to everyone. The size of the bathroom is just right.

The hotel is rather new and the design is good. The room is modern and clean, the bed is very comfortable, the TV is huge. All electronics, lights, TV, curtains, A/C are voice controlled which is a problem if you don't speak Chinese. The reception staff was nice and helpful but clearly they don't have a lot of experience dealing with tourists (nor foreigners). The gym is a joke... the flimsy bench I would even call dangerous. Very good is that their are washing machines and dryers available. A recommendation: put a chair in the room. A guest needs a chair to sit for writing, eating, etc.
