Absolutely stunning place to be in. Hotel is very near Yu Gardens and Cheng Huang Miao. The nearest train station is just about 10-15 mins walk, very convenient. Housekeeper were very attentive and helped to clean our room everyday, spotless 👍🏻 Receptionists were friendly and always never fails to greet all the guest. Definitely recommend this place for all fellow travellers 👍🏻

Title: Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement During our recent one-night stay at the Novotel Shanghai Pudong Chuansha, my wife, our 7-year-old daughter, and I experienced both positive aspects and areas that could benefit from enhancement. While the variety was adequate, we felt that the quality and freshness of some items could be improved. Our daughter enjoyed the pastry section, though it lacked some of the diversity we’ve encountered in other hotels. Amenities: The hotel provides standard amenities suitable for families. Our room was clean and comfortable, featuring modern furnishings. Service: The front desk staff were courteous and efficient during check-in and check-out. Location: The hotel’s proximity to Shanghai Disneyland is a significant advantage for families planning to visit the park. However, we found that transportation options to other parts of the city were somewhat limited, making it less convenient for broader sightseeing. Overall Experience: Our stay at the Novotel Shanghai Pudong Chuansha was comfortable, and the hotel adequately met our basic needs. I had a generally good stay at Mia Hotel. Good service and staff. If you have chance to stay and your sleep is very light don’t get a room close to the elevator – the aisle is very narrow and you can hear easily people chatting when they get in and off. The place overall is a nice, the neighbour is great and you can’t find probably such a place like this one in the area.

Absolutely loved my stay! Creative design for the solo travelers! got everyone asking where is this place when i posted my room on IG!😁 Location was also 10 points the URSIDE hotel house of Gryffindor!💅 The daily 1 free cup of drink of choice adds 100 points just knowing my coffee awaits me 2m away from my room! Although asked ”please sir! Can i have some more? For free” ”MOREEEE?” Unfortunately wasn't their reaction! Anyway Highly recommending!

Location: Extremely convenient. 5 mins walk from Shanghai Main Railway which made it easy for us to take trips out to Hangzhou and Wuxi. Amenities: Lawson and Family Mart just around the corner made it easy to get basic necessities. Being near the railway also gave us easy access to various food options even when it’s late. (highly recommend Yang’s Dumplings) Service: Highly satisfied with the service we received from Jius Hotel staff! We were landing in the wee hours of the morning (earlier than previously planned), hence we made a second booking so that we could catch some rest when we got to the hotel. We kindly requested if the staff could arrange it such that we could have one room for our entire stay. Not only did the staff facilitate our request, but also gave us a complimentary upgrade to 1-Room to make it happen. Room: Absolutely loved our stay at Jius Hotel. Room was huge and had a nice view of Suzhou River. A fun feature that we particularly enjoyed was how the room is smart configured, so you can close the blinds or off the lights entirely by voice control. And after a long day of exploring Shanghai, we always look forward to soaking in our very own jacuzzi. What really stood out for us was how comfortable the pillows are. This is the first time I have experienced such comfortable pillows over a hotel stay, so much so that we tried to ask the staff where the hotel got the pillows from. Overall, our stay at Jius Hotel was such a pleasant and wonderful experience. And for the given hotel rate on Trip.com, it has definitely been a steal for us. Strongly recommend to anyone planning a trip to Shanghai!

Super nice, super clean, super nice staff. Especially staff can speak English, which is rare in hotels in china. The receptionist welcomed us very enthusiastically. The famous places are close to the hotel, only 10-15 minutes to go. The room is very fragrant and cozy. I had a great experience here and will recommend it to my friends or will book again when coming to the next Shanghai trip

Kia ora, we are a couple from NZ. We stayed for one night only before going to the airport. We wished we stayed here longer as it was so dreamy and peaceful. Check in was easy and the girls were very helpful. Room was AMAZING and was a highlight of our trip. Breakfast in the morning had western and Chinese options and was delicious. The hotel provided a shuttle to the airport and this was quick and easy. I would highly recommend this hotel. One thing to note is on Trip.com it is advertised as one name and upon arrival we found it was called “Moonloo” just an fyi when needed long to find it. Location is fantastic with access to shops and dinner options.

The room was very satisfactory, and the room was very good. The hotel lobby told me that it was very refreshing and clean, including corridors and so on. Excellent concierge team. The front desk and all the colleagues went above and beyond! We arrived on 5th July. Our child felt unwell from the travelling. The hotel staff was very helpful in helping us find a hospital who would offer outpatient appointments without pre-booking. She helped to get us a taxi. They are a credit to their employer. Nice and clean hotel room. Lovely breakfast buffet. Perfect location. A++++

It was beyond my expectation. The staff were very friendly. The room had problems and they were solved right away. The breakfast was also good. The price/performance ratio was very high. It was also very close to the Shanghai Wild Animal Park. It seemed that they could pick it up.
