"The gym is not a gym. It is a laundry room with a cheap looking bike in it. Might be a treadmill as well.
The laundry room is very useful. There are 3 washers and 3 dryers. There could be a system to help manage people's washes so that the machines were not left standing full as when I tried to use them they were all in use for most of the evening.
The biggest problem I had in an otherwise good stay was that the amount of dust in the rooms. On all surfaces (pictured some dust on the phone and a thick layer on the projector) there is dust. When I reported this a quick wipe of the projector was done but no apology or anything like this and no other areas were dusted. The room (and probably hotel) needs a deep clean.
The projector worked easily enough for me and was good, though I took my own hdmi cable that I plugged into the back, rather than using their system which I had no idea how to use and didn't see any instructions.
Overall this hotel was good enough and good for the price but not as good as the rating suggests or the list of amenities could be."

"The location is fantastic, right next to the iconic Bell Tower. The hotel entrance is just 10 meters across from Subway Exit 6. We chose a room with a view, and it was excellent – we could see the Bell Tower right from our window. The self-service laundry room on the 5th floor was also very convenient. If the timing wasn't right, we could even call the front desk to have our laundry washed, dried, and delivered to our room. This service was a lifesaver for keeping our clothes fresh during our stay, so we didn't have to bring smelly clothes home!"

"The hotel is ideally located about 500 meters south of the Bell Tower and 500 meters north of Yongning Gate, making it very convenient for transportation. The photos provided by the hotel are a bit exaggerated. The front desk is on the 5th floor, and guests stay on the 6th-7th floors. The area downstairs is lively. After staying for two days, I felt that the service, room setup, and other aspects were somewhat lacking compared to other four-star hotels on Ctrip. They only provide two bottles of water, no tea, and no coffee, but there is a direct drinking water dispenser, which is a plus. There's no mini-fridge or similar amenities. Even though it's not yet summer, the outdoor temperature was already 38 degrees Celsius, and the air conditioning was quite noisy. The biggest frustration was the absence of CCTV-5 during the World Cup. Overall, the room size is average, making the price feel a bit high, but it's still decent. Xi'an's ancient city walls seem to tell stories of history to every visitor. I've had a connection with Xi'an for 25 years, and it's constantly changing and improving. Every visit brings both a sense of nostalgia and novelty. I recommend visiting Xi'an."

"I'd say it was a really cozy experience. You can see the Xi'an city wall directly from the terrace, and on the day we checked in, I happened to catch a breathtaking sunset over Xi'an. It was absolutely stunning! My favorite part was definitely the hotel's large terrace – it’s super beautiful and perfect for photos. My best friend took so many gorgeous pictures of me there!
The overall environment and facilities felt very reassuring. The room itself was spotless and very comfortable to the touch. After a long day out, it was incredibly relaxing to lie down. The mattress was also very comfortable.
Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. I called for two extra bottles of water, and they were delivered to my room almost immediately. The service attitude was excellent.
The location is also very convenient, close to the subway station, and just a short walk to the city wall. It was a very comfortable stay overall. I'd definitely stay here again next time I visit Xi'an. Happy days!"

"Our stay at the Bell Tower Yuanto Hotel in Xi'an was a pleasant surprise in terms of cleanliness and facilities. As soon as we entered the room, it felt fresh and spotless. Housekeeping did an excellent job, cleaning the tabletops, floors, and even the crevices of the bedside tables. The bedding was clean and odorless. The bathroom was impeccably maintained with effective wet and dry separation, no water stains or puddles, and an overall bright and transparent feel.
The room's hardware was high-end, with a complete smart system that was easy to use. Voice control for lights, curtains, and air conditioning was a real hands-free convenience. The Mousse mattress was just right—neither too soft nor too firm—and very comfortable for a restful sleep. The Dyson hairdryer was powerful, and the instant hot water dispenser was incredibly practical. There was ample storage space in the room, and all bathroom accessories were in perfect condition. The whole-house Wi-Fi was stable and never disconnected.
Public areas were continuously cleaned, and the self-service laundry room had brand-new machines and a tidy environment. The robots for food and item delivery were highly efficient. The hotel's location in the Bell Tower business district offered convenient metro access. With meticulous cleanliness, new and functional facilities, our stay was truly excellent. 🥳 Soundproofing: The soundproofing is excellent; it's very quiet. I checked in late at night and left in the morning, and I didn't hear any noise from the hallway during that time.
🥳 Service: The staff are good-looking, and the airport shuttle service is relatively well-organized (compared to other branches). Calling the front desk gets you assistance, and for departures, they even help guide guests to the car. This isn't some amateur operation. They help with luggage, hold elevator doors – you can really feel the warmth in these details.
🥳 Breakfast: The variety isn't huge, but it's enough to fill you up. The douhua (tofu pudding) gets a thumbs up; even if the taste is just okay, I appreciate that it's offered. The saorou noodles were very springy, and the Eight Treasure Porridge was delicious!
🥳 Location: With the airport shuttle service, getting to and from the airport is quite convenient.
Finally, a few suggestions: The waiting time for airport pickup is 20 minutes; it would be better to have guests contact them in advance to arrange a car. Also, the car picks up and drops off guests at multiple terminals, not just one destination, which contradicts the information given by the front desk. And please, clean the artificial flowers in the restaurant – there's some... fuzz on them. 😹"

You absolutely HAVE to try the rice noodles for breakfast! I ate them for three days straight, haha. They come with a stir-fried meat sauce that's incredibly delicious.
The aunties and the front desk staff were all so thoughtful and accommodating. They helped with everything I asked for, even printing dozens of pages of my contract!
**Double Indulgence Afternoon Tea Buffet**: Highly recommended, with fruits, pastries, and coffee.

This hotel boasts an excellent location in the heart of Xi'an, very close to the Bell and Drum Towers and right next to the Muslim Quarter. It's incredibly convenient for sightseeing, shopping, and transportation.
The front desk service was exceptionally warm and thoughtful! We booked two rooms, and the staff proactively upgraded our room types and arranged connecting rooms, which was perfect for our family to look after each other. They even thoughtfully prepared welcome fruits, and seeing that our child was tired from the journey, they specially sent over a small gift. So many thoughtful details!
The room's amenities were good, and it was generally clean and tidy. This hotel is definitely worth choosing for a trip to Xi'an. Highly recommended!

Guest UserThe location is fantastic, right next to the landmark Bell Tower. You just exit subway station B, and the lobby entrance is about 50 meters to your left. We chose a room with an excellent location; it was very clean and comfortable. The self-service laundry room on the 6th floor was also very convenient. If the timing wasn't right, we could even call the front desk to have them wash and dry our clothes and deliver them to our room. This service was a lifesaver during our stay, keeping our clothes fresh and dry, so we didn't have to go home with smelly laundry.

The hotel facilities are good and it's clean. The bed is really soft and comfortable. The cleanliness is quite satisfactory; there are no stains on the bedding, and the floors are clean. PangniuniuyoOverall, it was okay. I booked through Trip.com, and later inquired about breakfast benefits, only to be told that these benefits are only available if booked directly through HUAZHU. I then checked the news online and saw Trip.com was being fined. So, I had no choice but to cancel my original booking and rebook a room with breakfast for an additional cost on Trip.com. Upon arrival, after checking in, I found the air conditioning wasn't cooling. I called for maintenance, and they said there was no problem. We reluctantly stayed one night... Since I was traveling with a child and came to Xi'an for the sights and food, to avoid constant moving, after negotiating with the hotel, I paid extra to switch to a twin room. The following days were spent visiting attractions, and I barely ate the hotel breakfast. Later, I heard that hotel breakfasts are usually complimentary if booked through HUAZHU... In short, the member breakfast redemption and free room upgrade benefits seem a bit chaotic!? I hope the platform strengthens its rectification efforts. Everything else was quite good; the facilities were decent, it was clean, the environment was nice, and the location near the Drum Tower in the city center was convenient with enthusiastic service.

Xiaofeixia1968My stay at the Hampton by Hilton Xi'an Dayan Pagoda from June 13th for two nights exceeded my expectations. The guest room's feature wall had a custom, hand-painted mural of the Dayan Pagoda in a traditional Chinese style. The elegant purple-toned ancient architectural patterns were very appealing, allowing me to immerse myself in the ancient charm of Chang'an without even leaving the room – the design truly captured the local character. The room was clean and odor-free, the bedding was soft and fluffy, and the pillows were just the right height, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. Both sides of the bed had wall lamps and charging outlets, showing thoughtful and practical design details. The hotel's location is excellent; I could walk to the Dayan Pagoda and Datang Everbright City, making it very convenient to return after an evening stroll. Check-in at the front desk was efficient, and the service was warm and attentive. The self-service breakfast included a rich variety of Shaanxi local snacks. The hotel facilities were complete. This will be my top choice for future visits to Xi'an, and I will definitely book here again.

LeyangyangyangThe location is fantastic, right next to the iconic Bell Tower. The hotel entrance is just 10 meters across from Subway Exit 6. We chose a room with a view, and it was excellent – we could see the Bell Tower right from our window. The self-service laundry room on the 5th floor was also very convenient. If the timing wasn't right, we could even call the front desk to have our laundry washed, dried, and delivered to our room. This service was a lifesaver for keeping our clothes fresh during our stay, so we didn't have to bring smelly clothes home!

Guest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, very close to the Bell Tower snack street and various famous eateries, all within walking distance. The hotel service truly exceeded expectations, offering airport pick-up and drop-off, as well as various delightful surprises like lychee drinks and Xi'an cultural and creative gifts. The emotional value was completely maximized! Breakfast was also great, I particularly enjoyed the noodles and the fresh large flat peaches. If I have the chance, I'll definitely stay at Tonpai Hotel again~
