"The hotel's location is pretty good; you can take the Sands shuttle from across the street. However, after staying for one night, I was severely bitten by mites. My body was so itchy that I had to go to the hospital for medication. I hope the hotel can disinfect more thoroughly. For those planning to stay, I recommend bringing your own disposable bedding. The luggage storage service at the lobby is excellent, but the restaurant staff's service attitude is just average."

"The hotel service is excellent, the food is delicious, and it's very convenient to get to the card and mahjong room. There's a bus stop right outside the hotel, though Studio City only has one shuttle bus to Wynn Palace. For getting around, you can either take a taxi from outside the hotel or walk 10 minutes to the adjacent Grand Lisboa Palace, which has more shuttle bus options. Macau's public buses are also very convenient; for 6 MOP per person, you can go to places like the Ruins of St. Paul's or Coloane. The East Asian Games Dome LRT station is also just a 10-minute walk away. Overall, it's quite convenient."

"The environment is quite good, and the service is excellent. They also have a free indoor swimming pool and a gym for workouts. The only downside for us was that the room felt a bit stuffy as it was fully enclosed, but that might just be because we're older! Overall, we're quite satisfied and will definitely visit again next time we're in Macau."

"This hotel definitely has a retro vibe, like something from the 90s. You get what you pay for, after all; the opulent Galaxy is right across the street, but it's double the price. It's about a six-stop light rail ride from the airport to Pai Kok station. From there, you enter Galaxy Entertainment, walk through the lobby, cross the road, and you're there. Getting to the East Asian Games Dome is super convenient, just four stops away! The room is fully carpeted, but thankfully there's no weird smell – it's very clean. The bathroom has a tub, but the showerhead is built into the wall, which is a bit awkward. However, the water pressure is excellent, more than making up for that minor flaw. It's a shame the gym hours are only 10 AM to 6 PM, which isn't ideal for early birds. I ended up going for a morning run instead. To my surprise, a quick left turn led me to the Taipa waterfront, where I could enjoy the scenery while breaking a sweat. My biggest complaint is the breakfast; I honestly don't recommend it. There's hardly anything to eat, but maybe my expectations are just too high. You're better off going to Tsui Wah at Galaxy across the street for their breakfast set, which costs 60 MOP. The cleaning staff were excellent; they brought me bottled water several times without any fuss. Overall, it's a hotel with good value for money!"

"Traveling with a friend after the May Day holiday, I booked two rooms – one with twin beds and one with a king bed. There was a connecting door between them. I called the front desk and asked them to open it, instantly turning them into a convenient suite for interacting, yet we could close the door for privacy when resting. The hotel is surprisingly quiet despite being in a bustling area. The rooms are clean, and the beds are very comfortable. I booked without breakfast, opting instead to explore the streets and alleys for a unique Portuguese-style breakfast, which was a wonderful experience. Upon returning to Gongbei Port, I booked a shuttle at the lobby for a specific time. The 8-seater car was very comfortable, much better than taking a random taxi to the port. The driver's service was excellent, a definite commendation!"

"Compared to hotels in mainland China, this one is truly exquisite and luxurious, both inside and out! 💯 The location is great; it's easy to find food nearby and close to casino hotels like Galaxy. It's also conveniently located near a bus stop. The room itself was excellent in every way – not a hint of unpleasant odor! All the facilities were great, and it was quiet! My only minor complaint is that the central air conditioning was a bit noisy, even on the lowest fan speed. However, I tend to go to bed late, so I still managed to fall asleep. Overall, highly recommended! 👍"

"Facilities: A bit older. Cleanliness: Clean. Ambiance: Good and convenient. It's close to StarWorld, Wynn, Grand Lisboa, and Lisboa hotels. Margaret's Café e Nata (for egg tarts) is also very close. Shopping is also very convenient. Service: Great. Perfect for families and friends to experience together."
