The location is very close to pedestrian streets The staff are very nice and polite. I believed I got room upgraded. The room is very clean with large windows, some free drinks in the mini fridge. The bathroom is clean, strong water pressure. Fast internet connection. Staff cleaned the room, left and hand-written note and an eye mask. My stay was pleasant.

We were satisfied with all aspects of the hotel, from entering the hotel lobby to the guest rooms, we felt comfortable. The sanitation is very good, the design is decent, the facilities are complete, the environment is very good, and the parking lot in the backyard is also very large. Suizhou is a city with a lot of fireworks, and it is quite enjoyable to walk around. In addition to mineral water, the hotel rooms also provide free drinks such as Coke and Sprite, which shows the sincerity of the store. The top garden restaurant on the 10th floor has a beautiful environment and you can overlook the city of Suizhou. The breakfast is rich and delicious, which is the best among the many hotels we have stayed in. If I have the opportunity to come to Suizhou, I will definitely come again.

The ladies at the front desk are very gentle. There is a welcome service in the room, snacks, drinks and fruits are provided. The private bath room is relatively large, and the stay is quite comfortable. The quality of the buffet breakfast is also good, including salt and pepper shrimps, fat sausage noodles, freshly ground coffee...it's enough to fill you up! The only drawback is that the service of the housekeeping department needs to be improved. There is a soaking pool on the balcony. It is normal for people to walk around and there will be water on the ground. I asked the housekeeping department for a mop to mop it. Firstly, I was afraid that the child would fall, and secondly, I was afraid that the floor in the bedroom would be soaked. As a result, I mop the floor myself, and I have to be nagged by the aunt in the guest room. This is going too far. Have you ever seen a hotel guest mop the floor by himself?

Had an amazing stay at this hotel, the location is pretty convenient because the subway is right next to the hotel. Most staff members can speak English and their breakfast options are amazing, there’s a lot of great dishes to choose from. Will definitely be coming back!

Staying in this hotel again, the accommodation experience is getting better and better! The smiling service of the ladies and brothers at the front desk is heart-warming. The lobby has been upgraded to include a parent-child playground. The rooms are clean and bright. After the rain, the view of the beautiful mountains and rivers is refreshing. There are also supporting restaurants and a gym, which is very cost-effective! Highly recommended for business travel!

Appreciate the ladies at the reception for your hospitality. We are 14 pax of family travellers and room is comfortable. Facing road with river view are much noisier. The reception vs the room are of 2 different impression. At first my parent were disappointed looking at the reception, but after they entered the room, the praise the room for being clean and comfortable. Breakfast are good! Location is around 10 to 15 mins walk from the tourist centre.

The reception staff were very helpful and kind as I was feeling unwell. They checked us in quickly and I went to rest. The hotel is located on the river but we had a city view room. There are complaints about the noise and that the building is an office block, but we didn't find this a problem. We will definitely go back as we had such a short time there. The view from the hotel across the river at night is beautiful.

Very convenient place for work around the destinations. But the room abit small, overall is good for staying short trip.
