Very conveniently located two minutes drive from Zhengzhou Xinzheng airport, with a free shuttle service to the terminal. The front desk staff are very friendly, caring and polite, and they complete the registration formalities for foreign guests quickly and efficiently. The room was clean and quiet, and the hotel is nicely decorated and well looked after. A good option if you have an early or late flight from the airport, but also a good base if you want to visit Henan for a few days, as Xinzheng has excellent links to the rest of the province.

This is a hotel that the family can enjoy. It is quiet and they do have a suit that is similar to a 2 room serviced apartment. Reception is simple, helpful, and kind. English is a bit of an issue to communicate with the staff so using an app would help like google translator, bido, WeChat..etc. The hotel has a restaurant that serves only breakfast (no room service meals, lunch, or dinner provided). It is a type of hotel that people come to stay in and they shop around, eat outside..etc. it has a Gem but NO SWIMMING POOL, no coffee shop at the hotel. so it pretty much stays only. I stayed in a suit that is nice, spacious, 2 bedrooms, the master bedroom is big and the bed is very comfortable. another room has 2 single beds that make it very good for the family. The suit has a washing machine, microwave, stove, big fridge but no cooking pots or dishes. there is 3 big TV with 30 channels in this suit. They do have pay-per-view for movies (24 hrs cost 38 RMB). Breakfast is a very nice surprise as it is up to Sheraton standards (this hotel has no universal star ranking- just local ranking). if you buy breakfast it is RMB 48 /person from 8+ years. below that age is free. There is no special price for kids. I enjoy staying one night as I was looking for a serviced apartment and I couldn't find any single serviced apartment listed on Trip.com. Overall, if you are on a short trip up to 2 days for shopping or transit while taking airoplane or train, it will be a good fit.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Guangdong Hotel in ZhengZhou during my visit tothis wonderful city. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the hotel's great location, friendly staff, cleanliness, and delightful dining options. First and foremost, the location of the hotel is truly unbeatable. Situated in the heart of ZhengZhou’s historic district, it offered easy access to all the major attractions, restaurants, and shopping . Whether I wanted to explore the historical landmarks, immerse myself in the local culture, or simply take a leisurely stroll along the bustling streets, everything was within walking distance from the hotel. The staff at the hotel deserve special praise for their exceptional hospitality. From the moment I entered the lobby, I was warmly greeted by the front desk staff who made me feel like a valued guest. Throughout my stay, the hotel staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Cleanliness is a top priority for me, and I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's commitment to maintaining a pristine environment. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with fresh linens and towels provided daily. The on-site restaurant offered a wide variety of delicious dishes that catered to different tastes and dietary preferences. The breakfast buffet, in particular, was a delight.

In terms of lighting, the room is very bright and the lighting is very comfortable. And there is a special mode where you can choose to turn off the lights or ask Xiaodu to help. This is also rare in Xinxiang. The shower gel and moisturizer inside also have a herbal scent, which I'm pretty happy with. Sir, he doesn’t care about anything anyway. Modern rooms without losing the ancient charm. It’s the style of new Chinese technology housing. The application is very good. There are writing brushes and Tao Te Ching Disciple Book of Songs provided in the room. Anyway, I wrote for about an hour. I don’t practice calligraphy and am not very professional, but I wrote and played with my husband and crushed it. Sir's words satisfy my vanity. But it was this hotel that gave me the feeling of surviving a desperate situation. Maybe that's a bit of an exaggeration. This is a very nice hotel which is great value for money. The location is great, just around the corner from a large mall (Wangfujing) and lots of restaurants nearby. I especially recommend the little place with 'Chinese Hamburger' on the sign on the road behind the hotel building - they have an English menu and do great roujiamo - they even have a vegetarian 'sujiamo'! We got an upgrade on check in and the room was spacious and comfortable. The cleaners and reception staff were generally polite and helpful. The breakfast was Chinese but was fresh, different every day, and any food that ran out at busy times was always quickly replenished. The free laundry was very convenient and the machines were easy to use. We did have two issues which made staying there a bit inconvenient though. The first was that when the underground car park was full cars could no longer get past the barrier, meaning they couldn't drive up to reception. This was a problem since the road outside was flooded and meant that we had to load and unload suitcases while standing in deep puddles in the pouring rain. The second issue was the keycards: every day we would come back to our room and the keycard wouldn't work. We complained at reception every single day about this issue but it was never resolved.

This was a great hotel to stay in in Zhengzhou. The staff were professional, friendly and always helpful. The room was clean and had everything that we needed, although if it had an iron we would have appreciated it. The extra touches such as complimentary water and WiFi made it very convenient. We had their buffet breakfast on the last day of our stay and that was also pretty good. Lots of variety and not too crowded. The food was fresh and tasty. We will definitely stay there again

The front desk service is very good. Tea is served upon check-in and mineral water is given upon check-out. The invoice is issued quickly. The floor is high and has a good view. There is a late-night porridge lane that can be used at night. The hotel staff will say hello when they meet. They are very welcoming and the sound insulation is very good. , the room is equipped with earplugs, complete facilities and advanced equipment

The hotel and room was quite clean. However, the clothes hanger had a but of dusts on it. The free orange that was provided was very dry and tasteless. Perhaps it could be a design flaw, however, the shower room was poorly constructed and a little of water could easily slipped through the glass door. what puzzled me was how the excess water was able to enter the toilet which was next door. Basically the room and the toilet was slightly flooded as a result. I had to call the hotel to request for them to help clean the excess water. Unfortunately, i did not took any photos of the incident.
