My child loves the room as there is tent 🎪, toy, books etc. We only booked for one night. Unfortunately my child was quite sick at night. The staff is very considerate and extended our check out time for an extra two hours. They helped with luggage and walked us out to another side of road for taxi. Overall a good experience other than the fact we had a sick child due to the Norovirus.

Mercure Hotel exceeded our expectations with its outstanding service and excellent facilities. The room was spacious, clean, with all the amenities you could ask for. The hotel facilities were equally impressive, including a Dyson hair dryer, humidifier, Xiaomi air filter and The breakfast buffet was particularly delightful, with a wide range of choices to suit all tastes. Conveniently located, close to St. Sophia Cathedral & Central Shopping Street. Highly recommend and can't wait to return!

I absolutely love my stays at Wanda Holiday Hotel! We visited in early December 2024 for a family trip, and our rooms were spacious. The location is fantastic, just across from ZhongYang Dajie. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The only downside was that they don’t provide air conditioning in the rooms during winter since they use a central system. It felt a bit stuffy, but thankfully the windows could be opened slightly to let in some fresh, cold air. Despite this, I would definitely return if I have the chance to visit Harbin again in the future.

Second time staying here. This room is not comparable to my previous room on the 7th floor. This room is much smaller, the bathroom is tiny with a sink inside the room inside. So bear in mind, rooms vary greatly in size. Other than room size this hotel is excellent for location, services etc.

Room smell of strong vinegar as they use it to sterile the room, basic toiletries are provided, there is also a foot massage massage in the room, beside hotel there are few restaurants for dinner. They provided transport to airport.

When I was catching an early flight, I chose the Airport McLaren Business Hotel. This experience directly raised my expectations for hotel services. After making an appointment to pick up the airport, they also helped to carry the luggage. The service was warm and thoughtful. There is also a laundry room and gym. Our flight was at 8 am, and the wake-up service sounded on time at 6 am. McLaren Hotel has done its best in service and conveyed warmth with details. Next time I travel, I will definitely choose it again.

I would like to recommend this hotel to Tourism This is wonderful place in both location and serviceces, especially the receptionist “Mai” She always helps me a lot the most important thing is she can speak English, and all the people in the hotel stan by for help as well. The hotel is very convenient, new ,clean and close to Main Road, I can walk through Zhongyang Street, Church etc. Next year I’ ll go back for sure! It's very good memories

We had a very comfortable stay at Yuefeng hotel. Staff were friendly and were keen to provide great service. As we’re a family with 3 children, I had booked two rooms and requested in the booking that if possible they be on the same floor. We were really pleased. When checking in, without us having to ask, not only did they arranged for us to have rooms next to each other, they gave us a free upgrade to allow that to happen. The rooms were clean and beautifully decorated. The hotel is very conveniently located. Zhongyang Street metro station Exit 1 is opposite the hotel. This allowed us to easily travel to the hotel via the metro from Harbin West Railway Station and commute to Ice and Snow World and the Sun Island International Snow Sculpture Art Expo. ‘Ice and Snow World’ and ‘Sun Island’ metro stations are respectively 3 and 2 stops away on the same line (line 2). Zhongyang pedestrian Street and Saint Sophia’s church are also a short stroll away.

The hotel staff were really friendly. We were also glad that the hotel provides complimentary shuttle bus to Harbin airport which takes only 7-10 minutes.

The hotel has thoughtful service, the front desk is enthusiastic and efficient, and the room service responds quickly; the hygiene is very good, the room is tidy and clean, the bedding and bathroom are strictly disinfected, and the public areas are also kept very clean. The overall experience is comfortable and safe, worth recommending!

A family of three came out to travel. The environment was very good. The front desk reception was enthusiastic. The first room I was given had a really strong smoking smell, so they gave me another room right away. The view of the city from high floor was great! Could see the whole city and the mountains surrounding the city. Every morning my room could see the sun rise and get some indoor sun bathing in the winter. The breakfast had a healthy Chinese variety. Some western bread and muffins were offered as well. The only weird part for me was the fruits - the breakfast buffet had bananas and oranges cut into halves which I saw nobody taking. Overall, the stay was totally worth it.

Hotel is standing opposite of lake in city center. Unfortunately I had a room viewing mountain behind. Room was not very clean - some spots and dirt on carpet. Rooms service didn’t remove 3 empty water bottles on bed table, nor changed dirty glasses to new ones. Battery in aircon remote was zero. Good breakfast is the best part.

Had a great time in Xuexiang thanks to great service from this hotel! Location is a bit of a walk from the main square, but the modern decor and amenities, cleanliness and service makes up for it. Loved the bathtub! Plenty of food options and small stalls around too. The staff are very warm and provided a helpful list of activities available and discount prices for each. They helped us arrange all our activities in their area once we confirmed our departure time. For one night activity, they even delivered our tickets to the restaurant we were eating dinner at. They also had a photoshoot package but pity we didn't have enough time to try it. Pricing is comparable to other dongbei-style hotels during peak season. The service is top-notch, so definitely recommend 💯

This time I went back to my hometown to celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival after 7 years and chose Jinding International Hotel. I was deeply moved by their service from check-in to check-out. Especially the service at the front desk is very friendly and user-friendly. I will choose Jinding again next time I go back to my hometown~~

The room is not bad. Suifenhe is located in the southeast of Heilongjiang Province. When you arrive in Suifenhe, the National Gate is a must-see. The location of the hotel is good. It is not far from the riverside park, pedestrian street and Daheihe Island. It is within walking distance. The complaint was that the light switch was not sensitive and could not be turned on at the touch of a button.
