My child loves the room as there is tent 🎪, toy, books etc. We only booked for one night. Unfortunately my child was quite sick at night. The staff is very considerate and extended our check out time for an extra two hours. They helped with luggage and walked us out to another side of road for taxi. Overall a good experience other than the fact we had a sick child due to the Norovirus.

Room smell of strong vinegar as they use it to sterile the room, basic toiletries are provided, there is also a foot massage massage in the room, beside hotel there are few restaurants for dinner. They provided transport to airport.

I had an early flight so I came back from downtown Harbin a day early to rest and catch it. The hotel is 5 minutes away by a didi/ taxi. It’s a small Chinese hotel so don’t expect conversing in English. They will use a translator app and that is good enough, they are polite and very helpful. They will inquire about whether you need a shuttle and will tell you the time to be down in the lobby ( they will give you a call in your room to remind you before your flight.). The room is small but clean and neat. I like that the windows can open so that you can breathe fresh air if the room gets too stuffy! The water was hot and towels clean. (Ps.if you’re a foreigner that’s going to stay here, to flush the toilet you need to put on the big bathroom light 🤭I had to go to the front desk to ask for help). The bed was comfy and soft and the stay very convenient. The shuttle driver was early and it was an easy and restful process to get on time. Thank you for the wonders stay 🩷

Pros: The location is good and near the central street. The staff standing at hotel lobby are cheerful and polite although they are not much experiences to handle oversea customer. The hotel breakfast is nice and many variety. Cons: The hotel counter staff(cant remember her name) need to be trained as she throw our passport on the table top after recorded our particular and dull face all the way which we really feel unrespected. we stayed there for 4 nights, 1st night we find out the room a bit dusty, so next day morning I have highlighted to the counter staff my room need to vacumn thoroughly, but night time we came back still the same.

I absolutely love my stays at Wanda Holiday Hotel! We visited in early December 2024 for a family trip, and our rooms were spacious. The location is fantastic, just across from ZhongYang Dajie. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The only downside was that they don’t provide air conditioning in the rooms during winter since they use a central system. It felt a bit stuffy, but thankfully the windows could be opened slightly to let in some fresh, cold air. Despite this, I would definitely return if I have the chance to visit Harbin again in the future.

Mercure Hotel exceeded our expectations with its outstanding service and excellent facilities. The room was spacious, clean, with all the amenities you could ask for. The hotel facilities were equally impressive, including a Dyson hair dryer, humidifier, Xiaomi air filter and The breakfast buffet was particularly delightful, with a wide range of choices to suit all tastes. Conveniently located, close to St. Sophia Cathedral & Central Shopping Street. Highly recommend and can't wait to return!

The service alone is better than any other hotel I've ever stayed in, including five-star hotels. The front desk service is particularly good. It's not just about the good attitude, but also about taking the initiative to do and inform us of everything. Seeing that we brought children, they upgraded the room directly. And gave us breakfast for the three children. Fruits were given in the room, and water was given in the room because there were so many of us. The takeaway we ordered was delivered directly to the room. It may also be because it's the off-season now. I think it's super value for money. The room is new in all aspects, and the facilities are very user-friendly.

We had a very comfortable stay at Yuefeng hotel. Staff were friendly and were keen to provide great service. As we’re a family with 3 children, I had booked two rooms and requested in the booking that if possible they be on the same floor. We were really pleased. When checking in, without us having to ask, not only did they arranged for us to have rooms next to each other, they gave us a free upgrade to allow that to happen. The rooms were clean and beautifully decorated. The hotel is very conveniently located. Zhongyang Street metro station Exit 1 is opposite the hotel. This allowed us to easily travel to the hotel via the metro from Harbin West Railway Station and commute to Ice and Snow World and the Sun Island International Snow Sculpture Art Expo. ‘Ice and Snow World’ and ‘Sun Island’ metro stations are respectively 3 and 2 stops away on the same line (line 2). Zhongyang pedestrian Street and Saint Sophia’s church are also a short stroll away.

Second time staying here. This room is not comparable to my previous room on the 7th floor. This room is much smaller, the bathroom is tiny with a sink inside the room inside. So bear in mind, rooms vary greatly in size. Other than room size this hotel is excellent for location, services etc.

Our family of three, the train arrived at Heihe around 7 am, ready to store the luggage at the hotel and go out to play, the front desk said that we can check in, we will check in immediately, go into the hotel to wash, and then go out to play. The hotel is floor heating, very warm, and the corridor is very hot. The price is less than 400, two rooms, two 1.8 rice beds, a family of three is just right. We are on the ninth floor, and the window of the room can also see Heilongjiang, opposite Russia.

The first room I was given had a really strong smoking smell, so they gave me another room right away. The view of the city from high floor was great! The only weird part for me was the fruits - the breakfast buffet had bananas and oranges cut into halves which I saw nobody taking. Overall, the stay was totally worth it.

Hotel is standing opposite of lake in city center. Unfortunately I had a room viewing mountain behind. Room was not very clean - some spots and dirt on carpet. Rooms service didn’t remove 3 empty water bottles on bed table, nor changed dirty glasses to new ones. Battery in aircon remote was zero. Good breakfast is the best part.

They helped us arrange all our activities in their area once we confirmed our departure time. For one night activity, they even delivered our tickets to the restaurant we were eating dinner at. They also had a photoshoot package but pity we didn't have enough time to try it. Pricing is comparable to other dongbei-style hotels during peak season. The service is top-notch, so definitely recommend 💯
