Our room experience was absolutely fantastic! The mattress was just right, not too soft and not too firm, letting me completely relax and sleep soundly until morning. The hairdryer was powerful, drying my long hair super fast without damaging it. The entire place was spotless, the amenities were high-quality, and the service was attentive. Plus, the location was super convenient for getting around. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in town, and I highly recommend it to fellow travelers!

Nice & clean place. Staff is generally helpful & informative. Many many eatries & shopping choices within walking distance. We are thankful that we were given the 2 free upgrade rooms. Is one of my ”no regret list” 😍 Breakfast & supper were both provided for our room package.

The scenery is beautiful! The B&B service is excellent and very thoughtful! They offer breakfast, afternoon tea, and even late-night snacks, all exquisite and delicious! Loved it! The staff (the 'little brothers' as we affectionately called them) were all so kind, meticulous, and attentive. One of them even took some amazing photos for us. If we hadn't had other plans, we would have definitely stayed another day. When leaving the Miao Village, I forgot my DJI drone either at 'Sky's Rooftop' or 'Cattle Shed Camp.' One of the staff members enthusiastically helped me find it and even arranged for it to be sent to the bullet train station (I was incredibly touched)!!!

This hotel stay was incredibly comfortable! The room was quite spacious at 49 square meters, offering plenty of room to move around without feeling cramped. The bathroom had a three-part separation (sink, toilet, and shower), which was incredibly convenient for families or friends sharing a room, as no one had to wait for others. I also loved the layout with distinct living and sleeping areas, ensuring a quiet and undisturbed rest. The smart home system was a breeze to use; just a voice command to control lights, curtains, and AC. It's a godsend for anyone a bit lazy and easy for seniors to pick up too. The location on North Bank Street is super easy to find, and it's so convenient for getting around or going shopping. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied and will definitely be back!

Always a fan of Novotel, Accor's brands are consistently reliable. There are plenty of great local eateries and a shopping center nearby, which even has a Bona Cinema on the 7th floor. The front desk staff gave very detailed directions when I asked, and their service was excellent. Don't miss out on the delicious food on Taiping Road, Xiaoshizi Street, and Minsheng Road!

I chose this Mercure for my trip to Anshun, and as part of the HUAZHU Hotels group, the quality is guaranteed. The hotel is newly renovated, and the facilities and hygiene are excellent, making for a comfortable stay. The front desk service was particularly great—warm and attentive, even giving me an extra breakfast, which was a thoughtful touch. The biggest bonus is that it's pet-friendly, so I could bring my furry child along. While the 100 RMB cleaning fee felt a bit high, it was acceptable. Parking was very convenient, with its own independent parking lot, so no need to search for a spot. Overall, I highly recommend it and would consider staying here again next time I visit Anshun.

The hotel's service far exceeded our expectations; the staff were always incredibly attentive, anticipating our every need. The restaurant was a delightful surprise as well, offering exquisite local dishes every evening, all beautifully presented and delicious. We also received a complimentary room upgrade to a spacious suite with a private balcony, which made our entire vacation even more luxurious and comfortable. All in all, every detail here was perfect, elevating it far beyond a typical stay and becoming a cherished memory we'll always look back on fondly.

Who knows! This trip was originally just about finding a place close to the scenic spots and convenient for dining, but I was completely blown away by the experience at this hotel. It's only a few minutes' walk from the entrance to the scenic area, so I could sleep in and leisurely stroll in, saving so much trouble. The hotel is surrounded by local restaurants and snack shops, so I didn't have to go far to find food – a paradise for lazy people! I was immediately captivated by the room. The overall design was a sophisticated wabi-sabi style, with gentle and comfortable color schemes, completely unlike the cookie-cutter style of chain hotels. The bed was large and soft, making for a wonderful sleep. The carpets and wall decorations were very stylish, showing the owner put a lot of thought into the design. The cleanliness was impeccable; there wasn't a speck of dust in the corners, and the bathroom had no odors, making me feel very safe and secure. The hotel's public areas were also amazing – every corner was photogenic, and there was even a gym. The biggest surprise was the bathtub and swimming pool; after a long day of playing, a soak or a swim in the evening would instantly relieve all the fatigue of the trip. The service details were the biggest plus! The hotel proactively contacted us the day before our check-in, thoughtfully sending us a super practical travel guide, which saved us a lot of time planning by providing information on scenic routes and nearby restaurants. During our stay, the staff were also very welcoming, responding quickly to any needs and offering exceptional service, like friendly companions. Overall, this hotel is impeccable in terms of location, cleanliness, facilities, and service. It's close to the scenic spots, convenient for dining, the rooms are comfortable and stylish, and there's a swimming pool and gym, plus the attentive service. This trip was so comfortable; I'll definitely stay here again next time! For anyone traveling around here, you absolutely won't regret choosing this hotel!

Facilities: The facilities are pretty good, but some things aren't very practical, like the lighting being too dim and the light switches not being well-placed. Environment: The design is beautiful; the old house renovation is very tastefully done. The room style is minimalist yet well-designed. Cleanliness: There were some cleanliness issues; the blanket had some stains. Service: The housekeeper contacted us in advance and recommended some good local restaurants. However, they might be short-staffed as the front desk was often unattended. One issue was that the room was very large, but there was heavy rain that night, and the toilet leaked. It's an old house, so it's understandable, but it still needs to be repaired promptly.

The moment you step into the lobby, you're immediately struck by the sense of luxury. It's dazzling, with walls adorned with books and chandeliers showcasing fine wines – it truly feels like a feast for the eyes. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming, and check-in was very quick. The coffee candy at the front desk was delicious too! As for the room, it was clean and tidy. The slippers weren't the usual disposable kind; their quality was comparable to those you'd use at home. The bedding was also very thoughtful: there were two pillows, one a slightly lower memory foam pillow, perfect for sleeping, and another larger, thicker one, ideal for leaning against – I really appreciated this detail. Both the duvet and mattress were very soft, and I slept incredibly well. The hotel's soundproofing is also quite good, which is essential when you're traveling for business and need your rest; I wasn't disturbed by any outside noise. Another plus is that this hotel is very close to Qingyun Market and Jiaxiu Tower, making it convenient to walk over and explore after work. Overall, I had a very positive impression of this hotel, and I'll definitely choose a different room type here again on my next business trip to Guiyang.
