"The first thing that greeted me when I opened the door wasn't a scent, but a reassuring sense of cleanliness. The air was free of any mixed odors, only the clean smell of sun-dried bedding – probably the most important sense of security for me when staying away from home.
In the morning, there's no need for an alarm clock; the rosy glow on the horizon is the best wake-up call. Lying in bed, watching the sun slowly rise over the city skyline, with golden light gradually filling the room, made getting up early feel absolutely worth it.
As night falls, the place takes on a different character. Outside the window, there are no noisy neon lights, but rather the understated glow of a thousand homes – distant high-rises twinkling like stars, and nearby streets bustling with traffic. We're five minutes from Quebec City Jean-Lesage Airport (YQB), A-40, and A-73. Restaurants and a movie theater are within one kilometer. Companies at Technology Park, Olympus, and Glaxo Smith Kline are only four kilometers away. The Aquarium of Quebec and Laurier Quebec Mall are seven kilometers from us. Enjoy our indoor pool. Parking, breakfast, and WiFi are free.
"Room was very clean and big. And has many additions. But breakfast area and the space was dirty and not organised. Cheap chairs and felt like express place. Breakfast had average option Nothing great.. I was charged my deposit twice. Because it did not show in there system. But my bank has deducted twice. I Will have to reconcile with bank later. Front desk Staff are good and friendly. Cleaners etc were not friendly just looking at you like alien. No greetings. If i have optioni wont choose this again. Keep it up guys. It seems hilton always disappoint us.
Last time it was embassy suits by hilton niagara falls. ( the worst place to be ever.)"

But reception lady was impolite, seems not happy working there or do not like you not speaking French, never smile n the attitude do not respect to customers. I requesting to add hotel members no, she said no benefits received even update for me, and don’t want to do it, like please do not bother me.
But when I checked in Marriott in falls n Toronto before going to Montreal, they both asked me the number n do it for me even no benefits if I booked through trip.com, both Marriott staff service are super nice n professional. They both asked me not requesting by myself.
And the cleaning lady knocked my door for cleaning at 10am on the day I checked out, it was strange as they should check my check out day and don’t bother me for cleaning.
I requested a slippers and they said they are out of stock n will send me when available, I stay 3 nights but no one comes back .
Disappointed service in such price, will not stay again."

"The old hotel is newly renovated and clean. The location in the center of the old city is first-class. It can be called four stars. The only thing that is not satisfactory is that the hotel door is inconvenient to go up the stairs. You must wait for the hotel waiter to help carry your luggage up the ladder."

"The service is very good. The location is perfect. Its a nice hotel. But honestly… overpricing. The whatever « renovated » rooms, they suggested us to take for an upgrade cost are just a joke. It looks like a regular Holiday Inn, not a Fairmont 5 stars room. Its very basic!
Regarding the changes they made at the hotel for the outside pool… let’s say its disappointing. The charm of the previous configuration is gone. Its a plain flat 2 pools. And by the way… they have TWO pools, but people overcrowd only one, the other staying empty because not as hot. Why not heating both and ease the overcrowed one?
And one more thing: I understand its a family resort. But people dont educate their kids and kids can go in whatever hot tub section. Result: they run everywhere and nobody policy the area. There shall be a quiet adult section and keep the kids in the primary outside pool or the indoor one.
Next time, I will prefer pay less and have a more quiet environment for the similar quality of building."

GGuest UserThe Hotel was conveniently located near the metro to allow for quick access to the downtown area. The staff were friendly and polite. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. My only negative remark concerns items left right around the elevators on our floor. A half finished soda can remained on the table at the elevators for most of our stay: certainly it was trash, but I don't know why housekeeping didn't clean it. In addition a luggage cart sat in the hallway near the elevator for for a night or two. Certainly these are not major issues, I would stay at this hotel again and recommend it.

Many details show poor renovation quality, such as the bathroom vent cover, which wasn't properly secured and fell off, which was quite dangerous. The swimming pool has a large waterslide, which is a big plus.

GGuest UserEverything was great. My husband and I spent 2 nights during their slow season. Hotel was clean, room was great, and staff was extremely helpful and attentive to our needs.
At the time of our visit, the outdoor fire pit was under construction and the off site gondolas were closed for repairs, but the staff encouraged us to explore the village on hikes and gave of recommendations for other activities nearby.
I also lost a necklace and although I never found it, the hotel staff was empathetic and made every effort to locate it and communicated effectively with me.

BBL LondonEverything about this hotel is great. The location, the very warm and friendly welcome from the hotel reception team made our stay more enjoyable. Our room was excellent with a superb comfortable bed and good quality shower and bathroom fittings. The bar area was very nice with lovely seating and great service from the staff. We only tried the restaurant Louise once but the food was just amazing and of a high quality and standard. Highly recommended.

GGuest UserI recently stayed at Hotel Railwayparc Montreal, Tapestry Collection by Hilton for one night (June 28–29) with my wife, and we had a wonderful experience.
From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff made us feel welcome. She was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful, and guided us through the check-in process with a smile, making everything quick and hassle-free.
We stayed in an accessible room, and it exceeded our expectations. The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and very peaceful, allowing us to relax comfortably. The accessible bathroom was especially impressive—it was large, well designed, and featured both a spacious walk-in shower and an accessible bathtub, which was a great touch.
The hallways and common areas were also spotless and quiet, adding to the overall relaxing atmosphere of the hotel.
The only small suggestion I have is that it would be great if the hotel could provide room slippers. Since the bathroom has tile flooring, it became quite cold to walk on barefoot, and having slippers available would make the stay even more comfortable.
Overall, we had an excellent stay and were very impressed with the cleanliness, comfort, and outstanding customer service. I would gladly stay here again the next time I visit Montreal and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in a bustling central area, though it's a bit of a walk to Chinatown (about 15-20 minutes). It seems to primarily cater to Western guests. The front desk is on the 10th floor. The hotel boasts a lot of external greenery, an artificial stream, and even ducks on its sky garden. Be aware that there are several steps between different sections of the hotel rooms. While there are ramps for luggage, it's still quite inconvenient, so I wouldn't recommend it if that bothers you. The room had one super large bed and a sofa bed right next to each other. Unlike some hotels that provide at least a partition between the sofa bed and the main bed, there's no privacy, so I wouldn't recommend it for those who value that. I stayed for two nights, and the hotel charged a C$250 deposit. A week after checking out on the 20th, the deposit still hasn't been refunded, which is a stark contrast to my later experience at the Hilton Vancouver (where the deposit was returned the very next day). If this is an issue for you, I'd suggest looking elsewhere. Like hotels in the US, Canadian hotels generally don't provide slippers, toothbrushes, or toothpaste.
