"The hotel has a great location, situated on a street in the Old City. It's a 15-minute walk to the Old City, and mostly flat terrain to the Citadel, which saves effort. The Old City also offers excellent dining options. The hotel facilities are relatively new and well-maintained, and the view from the window is quite nice. This hotel is highly recommended for anyone visiting Quebec's Old City."

"A quirky little hotel that is directly on the main drag in Gatineau. The room was a good size, though the tiny bathroom left a lot to be desired; it was old, dated, and so small that the sink was in the main room.
The bed, however, was very comfortable and the desk/tv setup was great. Lots of convenient receptacles for plugging in phones and the like. The fridge in the cupboard made that cupboard very hot and I'd imagine those fridges won't last long as burnout must be a thing...
Weird, convoluted directions for getting to the hot tub from our room; make sure to leave a trail of breadcrumbs or you may be lost forever.
Front desk staff were professional and completely bilingual, which was very much appreciated."

"The hotel is more impressive than expected, and transportation is convenient. Most of the scenic spots can be reached on foot by crossing the bridge. Of course, it's also easy to park if you drive here. The rooms are spacious and clean, but unfortunately, the air conditioner is a bit noisy. The hotel uses a central air-conditioning system, which is much quieter than traditional independent air conditioners. It's believed that the noise can be reduced through proper maintenance."

"Despite the hotel being under renovation, there was no noise from construction. You couldn't see construction scaffolding inside the hallways, they Built temporary walls that fully hid the corridors with construction. Excellent management of customer experience despite renovations!

"Very nice hotel and staff especially valet. Upon arrival I was told we were being upgraded to a suite at no charge. My reservation made in May was for a two bed room. The suite had one bed and a pull out couch. Not conducive for four adults. Said they only had one night available in a room with two beds The suite was our only option. Two members of our party slept on a pull out couch for four nights while I paid for a room with two beds to accommodate four adults. No compensation or concessions were even offered to us. Very disappointed. Others be forewarned you can reserve and pay for the room you want but you take the room they give you regardless of what you pay and reserve."

"This is my second time staying here and it was just as lovely as the first time. I had to book this last minute since the Airbnb I had booked did not work out as needed. 2. There is no proper kettle for tea drinkers. As tea enthusiasts, we found it inconvenient to boil water using the coffee machine, as the water carries a noticeable coffee taste and aroma which compromise the flavour of the tea. Additionally, the hotel does not provide a hot water dispenser in the common areas on each floor.
Hotel management should consider providing complimentary bottled water in each room or, at minimum, installing drinking water dispensers including hot water on each floor. Alternatively, providing a small electric kettle would be a simple yet meaningful addition to all beverage preferences."

"I liked the hotel location and facilities. The indoor pool was amazing and the live stage was so good. I would definitely visit here again and book the terrace view next time.
However, there are few things that I was very dissapointed.
The room was not managed well. There are white things are around the floors (it looks like painting or wall paper. I asked to change the room, but the new room has the same problem).
Hair dryer was phsically broken and not working.
Heater is not working and when I turn on, it is very noisy.
There was a party when we stayed and it was very noisy until almost 1 pm. We called at 12:30 and the reception said they send a security. However, it was still noisy after 30 mins)."

Breakfast had average option Nothing great.. I was charged my deposit twice. Because it did not show in there system. But my bank has deducted twice. I Will have to reconcile with bank later. Front desk Staff are good and friendly. Cleaners etc were not friendly just looking at you like alien. No greetings. If i have optioni wont choose this again. Keep it up guys. It seems hilton always disappoint us.
Last time it was embassy suits by hilton niagara falls. ( the worst place to be ever.)

GGuest UserI recently stayed at Hotel Railwayparc Montreal, Tapestry Collection by Hilton for one night (June 28–29) with my wife, and we had a wonderful experience.
From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff made us feel welcome. She was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful, and guided us through the check-in process with a smile, making everything quick and hassle-free.
We stayed in an accessible room, and it exceeded our expectations. The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and very peaceful, allowing us to relax comfortably. The accessible bathroom was especially impressive—it was large, well designed, and featured both a spacious walk-in shower and an accessible bathtub, which was a great touch.
The hallways and common areas were also spotless and quiet, adding to the overall relaxing atmosphere of the hotel.
The only small suggestion I have is that it would be great if the hotel could provide room slippers. Since the bathroom has tile flooring, it became quite cold to walk on barefoot, and having slippers available would make the stay even more comfortable.
Overall, we had an excellent stay and were very impressed with the cleanliness, comfort, and outstanding customer service. I would gladly stay here again the next time I visit Montreal and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay.

GGuest UserWe reserved a more expensive king room a very long time ago, but finally we got a double bed room on our first day without any refund, what we got is only complementary breakfast, for a couple it’s extremely bad experience.
We ask for daily cleaning and I do remind the staff at the front desk before I leave the room for journey on a day, but we found that the cleaning lady forget cleaning the room and the lady pass the buck that we put the do not disturb sign at the door handler which is not the FACT!
Also we are care about safe at lobby, but we do found tramp coming lobby for a free coffee at self serve coffee machine, hotel need to address this serious problem as soon as possible, I sincerely hope the hotel can read this review seriously and understand my disappointment.

GGuest UserHad quite a hard time with this booking.
1. They had issues with digital key at check in (had to wait for about 40 minutes in front of the door, before someone come and help with a manual card) the issue was fixed after check in time.
2. Pre arrival I asked for my birthday decorations there was none (this may not be available and that is okay) , I asked for a higher level and not facing other apartments for personal reasons, they put me in the lowest level (???) facing apartment , I just feel like they don’t care about requests and did not even try to accommodate clients.
3. They said parking available, however you have to pay (it’s not mentioned) but everytime I would ask they would say it is full. There should be a parking spot reserved for clients since I booked this location especially because parking was listed as “available”
4. The washer machine stopped working as I was trying to wash the bedsheets, it stayed stuck during the whole trip as no technician was available. Thankfully, staff brought a set of new bedsheets
In overall it was not a bad experience at Werfy in terms of the space itself, but kind of frustrating with everything happening around!
