"Although the front desk made us wait until 4 PM for check-in as per policy, we were given a free upgrade to a high-floor room with a great view of the falls, which was fantastic! The room was clean and comfortable, but they don't provide complimentary bottled water (it's C$3 a bottle) or free slippers. I brought my own toothbrush and toothpaste, so I'm not sure if they offer those for free, but I didn't see any in the bathroom. There's a capsule coffee machine and tea bags. For those who need hot water, you can use the tap water, which is drinkable, directly with the machine to heat it, so a kettle isn't necessary. The elevator is a bit quirky, but you get used to it. Overall, it's a very nice hotel with an excellent location."

"Great hotel with an excellent location, just a stone's throw from Union Station where the airport train arrives. The room was clean and spacious, with plenty of storage. There were coffee and tea making facilities in the room, and a cafe in the lobby. The breakfast was quite tasty; you can order one dish and a drink from the menu if breakfast is included in your room rate. The front desk staff were efficient and friendly, especially Andrew who stood out during check-in. You can leave your luggage for storage when checking out, and there's daily housekeeping. The price was a bit high, but I guess that's typical for Toronto. Also, the heating system was quite noisy, but it wasn't an issue for me personally. Similarly, the soundproofing might be a bit weak for sensitive sleepers. All in all, a good deal, and I would consider returning."

"I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction and to formally lodge a severe complaint regarding the unacceptable conditions of my stay at your property from 2 july to 3 july. My experience was nothing short of disastrous, characterized by an uninhabitable room environment, a blatant lack of accountability from your staff, and an absolute refusal by management to rectify the situation. During my stay, the climate control in my room was entirely inoperable. I approached the reception multiple times in a desperate attempt to resolve the issue: First Instance: The technician dispatched to my room explicitly admitted that the entire system was fundamentally broken due to a severe heating malfunction. Second Instance: The ”solution” provided by your staff was a completely ineffective portable fan. This gesture did absolutely nothing to alleviate the stifling, oppressive heat. The room remained a sweltering, suffocating box, utterly depriving me of sleep for the entire night. Third Instance: Exhausted and distressed, I went down to the reception a third time. Rather than moving me to a functional room, the overnight staff completely deflected responsibility, telling me there was nothing more they could do and instructing me to speak directly with management in the morning. The situation deteriorated further the next morning. When I approached the manager to demand a resolution for this intolerable ordeal, I was met with total dismissal. The manager callously deflected all accountability, claiming that because my booking was made through a third party, he ”cannot help with anything” and ”cannot do anything” to fix their own property's failure. Instead of taking ownership of a severe breach of hospitality standards, the manager simply handed me this email address to deal with the problem myself. Let me be entirely clear: a third-party booking does not excuse a hotel from providing basic, habitable living conditions. I did not pay to spend a sleepless night suffocating in a health hazard, nor did I pay to be brushed off by your on-site management. Because your property failed to provide a liveable room and your management failed to handle the crisis, I demand a full, immediate refund for this stay. If this matter is not addressed promptly and with the gravity it deserves, I will escalate this complaint to your corporate office, notify the booking platform of your refusal to cooperate, and publicly expose this experience online. "Very great place to stay at the falls. The room is very spacious and clean. The location is very close to the falls and is very walkable. There are restaurants near the place. Very recommended to stay at this place."

"This is our third time staying at this hotel, and it's always our go-to when relatives or friends visit Toronto and want to see Niagara Falls. The rooms are huge with floor-to-ceiling windows and two comfy armchairs, so you can sit right by the window and watch the incredibly powerful falls – it's absolutely stunning, especially great for elderly guests with mobility issues. Parking at the hotel is super expensive; the first time, valet plus tip cost us nearly $80 CAD. However, there are other parking lots nearby for about $20 CAD per night."

"I had originally booked a junior suite two months ago, but closer to my check-in date, I found a larger, more unique suite that was actually cheaper than the junior suite! Maybe someone cancelled? I snapped it up right away. The room came with a spacious living room and kitchen, equipped with a microwave, induction hob, and fridge. However, there were no cooking utensils, but that was fine as we didn't need them anyway. Having a kitchen meant access to drinkable tap water, which was super convenient. The microwave was really useful; I could just heat up water for a hot drink. The sofa bed in the living room was cleverly hidden inside the sofa, and the duvet cover and other linens were in a cupboard. I only found this out after calling the front desk. The location is fantastic, very close to Chinatown and the Eaton Centre, both about a 10-minute walk away. Supermarkets and pharmacies are all readily available. We even found an A&W nearby and enjoyed a delicious Canadian burger! The only minor downside was that check-in is after 3 PM, and check-out is before 12 PM the next morning. Also, you can't leave your luggage at the front desk overnight. So, we had to haul our luggage all the way to Quebec City! "

"Stayed here recently and overall had a decent experience. The AC worked really well, which made the stay comfortable. The room itself was a bit on the small side even though it had a king-size bed, so there wasn’t much extra space to move around. I was a little disappointed that the room didn’t include slippers or a kettle, which I honestly expected. I did ask reception for hot water on one of the days though, and they were kind enough to provide me with a small cup, so service was appreciated. Breakfast was okay with a decent variety and a good range overall, although it was almost the same the next day and the fruit selection was slightly less impressive. Still, it was satisfactory for a short stay but needed a few improvements."

"Everything else was great, but I'm giving the facilities a 1-star because they were so bad. I booked a room with a Canadian Falls view, and since that room type had just been renovated, the smell of new decor was incredibly strong and suffocating. I switched rooms, but it was the same problem. Hotel windows in the US are sealed shut, so there's no way to open them for ventilation; you can only rely on the air conditioning, which did absolutely nothing. For your health, I strongly advise against staying at the Hilton, at least for the next five or six years."

"Our room's window faced the City Hall square, while some rooms on the other side had a view of the CN Tower. However, the window glass was quite dirty. The bathroom in our room was very small, and the towels were old and stiff, with no bathrobes provided. On the positive side, the hotel's location is excellent, very close to the Eaton Centre, St. Lawrence Market, and the CN Tower isn't far either. The hotel offers an à la carte breakfast, where you can order one item from each category on the menu. The salmon croissant sandwich was the best among them, but eating it for several days in a row became tiresome. A complaint about the housekeeping: it was fine on the second day, but on the third day, they didn't even replace the bath mat or coffee/tea bags. I wonder if it's because we didn't leave a tip. Also, the hotel has two buildings. We stayed in room 69 on the 11th floor of the annex building, directly opposite the ice machine, which was a bit noisy at night when people came to get ice."
