So up front I’m going to say, we got a great day-before deal through Expedia- so I’m not sure what the cost would have been if we’d booked directly through the hotel. I’m shocked this hotel only has a 3.5 star rating. It’s newly renovated with modern design. The lobby is very impressive and the restaurant is lovely. Our room was very nice with trendy lighting options, a huge tv, and modern walk in shower. The bed was huge and very comfortable. Apparently rooms like ours on the upper floors are ‘platinum’ and get free appetizers and complimentary breakfast- which was a really great buffet. Nice surprise for me! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Pool is closed for repairs, but we hadn’t planned to use it. Only negative point for me is that parking is a bit pricey, but I guess this is typical of city hotels? I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Within walking distance of the Citadel and many restaurants.

Friendly staff, excellent customer service. Stayed on 2 separate nights and rooms were clean and comfortable. Free breakfast was a bonus - would recommend the breakfast sandwiches. The hotel also offered nice touches like complimentary tea and coffee available 24/7 in the lobby and snacks for purchase. Parking was also very convenient.

Very clean, new and updated. Comfy beds. Amazing service. I am always greeted and thanked for being IHG member. This is the best service I have received from a hotel In the Halifax area. I will continue to come back time and time again. Great breakfast, great stocked little market for treats and cool water park for the kids

I stayed for a total of six days, the first time I booked 3 days, and the subsequent days increased every day, but the price was different each time (maybe the discount is different). The first price was 750 yuan, and the last price was RMB 1206, the gap is quite large, it is estimated that the earlier you book the price, the better.

Only downfall was that the water slide was down for construction and they did not mention that at all during booking, mainly why we chose this hotel….

The location is on the edge of the port, and there is a COWS ice cream shop 10 meters from the east gate. The clerk is professional. Breakfast is not included, it is a la carte system, but the price is actually acceptable between 17-24 Canadian dollars. The facilities include a swimming pool and a gym. The gym is very large. In the swimming pool, the old white man and the old lady are doing extravagant things, which is also drunk. The last hour of the swimming pool is adult only time, but there are still children in it after the time has passed. The security staff helped clean up in time. very good.
