Alice's perfect and welcome service at our arrival and exit. I don't think it is fair to take a note of the cleaning, but I noticed that the glasses of the rooms were full of head and face marks (to admire the cathedral, of course) and passed without being perceived by the cleaning staff. The swimming pool was clean, even with the trees and constant wind that occurred in days ...

Really enjoyed our stay. Perfect location with access to the city and having the mall in front of the hotel also super useful. The pool is a good size and decor tasteful. The fitness room could be better equipped, but still workable. Staff attentive and breakfast ample and varied. I recommend it.

Our stay here was lovely value for money there were many things to do here and with having a great pool and health spa this was a relaxing break. With a poolside bar and two pools one very secluded it catered for a range of individuals. Would definatly stay here again cant fault the hotel a really lovely place. The airconditioning was amazing and the staff were very professional thankyou

Hotel is situated not very close to city center, but if you just need to spend a night before getting to the falls, it's ok. Just be prepared, that in the evening you won't have shops and bars next door. The room was huge, but not comfortable. Very strong smell of bleach.

The water was vacuumed beautiful box, bad assemblies lack of maintenance, but they exchanged room gave a slight improvement, the rest OK

The breakfast is delicious and appetizing, with hot food such as beef and chicken. The room is similar to a hotel apartment, which I really don't like. The first time I stayed here, there were no rooms in other high-end hotels, so I chose this one. It says four stars number 1, but the psychological gap is too big. It can't be compared with domestic ones. The front desk is enthusiastic and the lobby style is unique and chic. The hotel here doesn't have mineral water, so you have to buy everything.

The hotel's facilities are good and there is an electric kettle. The breakfast is very rich. The staff are very enthusiastic, especially the front desk staff, who solved some problems for us, thank you very much (she) them! The location of the hotel is very good, less than 100 meters from the hotel, there is a big supermarket to buy fresh fruit. This is a hotel with a high price/performance ratio. In addition, it is highly recommended to visit Curitiba, which is a well-managed city. The surrounding environment is also very good, and there are some unique tourism resources.

Incredible, wonderful hotel, wonderful coffee, wonderful room, the best hotel our family has hosted in Curitiba, it's worth it, when we come back we know where to stay.

The room is OK, the front desk brother is very warm, very close to the waterfall bird garden, but the hotel does not have a laundry room, the room does not have screen windows, the lights are insects at night, so I dare not turn on the lights. It’s not very good to meet in the rain. I have to bring slippers, toothbrushes and so on. Breakfast is quite rich in the local area, but not comparable to domestic.
