The hotel is not in the city center, but the EU headquarters is near the hotel, about a 5-minute walk. There is a restaurant street 10 minutes away from the hotel, with both Western and Chinese food.

I recently stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Brussels and had a very pleasant experience overall. The hotel is in an excellent location—just a short walk to the city center, public transport, and several tourist spots. The lobby is modern and welcoming, and the staff at check-in were friendly and efficient.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the essentials. I appreciated the signature DoubleTree cookie at check-in—always a nice touch! The bed was very cozy, and I had a good night’s sleep each night. One highlight was the breakfast buffet, which had a wide variety of choices, including fresh pastries, fruits, and hot dishes.
However, I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 because the bathroom felt a little dated and the housekeeping service could have been more consistent. On one of the days, some of the toiletries were not replenished.
Overall, it’s a solid choice for both business and leisure travelers looking for comfort and convenience in the heart of Brussels. Would definitely stay here again!
1st room given - aircon was broken and door cannot lock
2nd room given, no aircon
3rd room given was an upgraded one but the aircon was spoilt and broken. 1 supervisor and 1 lady staff on duty were really unhelpful and kept saying aircon was turned on etc. But 1 staff Andy, is VERY helpful. He recommended to move to another hotel nearby and request for a refund. Will write to the manager or director. I will never come here again. They should change their attitude and technician staff or do a retrain. Overheard a few guests complain the aircon was not cold too.

Facilities are old with smell in room and hall. Fitness is public one full of people and air quality is bad. Room bathroom is very small and lounge opening hours are short 16:00 to 20:00 and beverages and alcohol options are limited. Food in lounge is also very simple. Breakfast is quite good comparing to other services.

The hotel location is a + close to supermarkets, and all series of shops, fast food. Museums, Royal Palace are closeby. The receptionist were welcoming, friendly and professional. I received a complimentary drink card at my arrival. The room was clean spacious and comfortable. The next door restaurant bar is also worth a visit. five stars all the way, I'll be back!
This hotel was located about 30 minutes by train from the city center. The reception was open 24 hours a day, so I arrived late, but I felt at ease. The staff were kind, and the room was very clean and comfortable.
Location was a bit grim outside - lots of building work going on down the entire street, and the general area around Bruxelles Midi is a bit sketchy with homeless people. But we didn't have any problems, although we were super on guard the whole time. It is extremely convenient to get to the station though. The hotel itself was amazing, and the spa area was great. After a long day out, the sauna and jacuzzi and steam room all hit the spot.

Having to change my travel plans last minute was a challenge but I'm glad to have had the opportunity to stay at the Warwick in Brussels. The check in was seamless and the concierge staff was welcoming with the whole check in process. The only thing that was off was the entertainment system that wasn't plugged in and setup in the room so I had to trouble shoot the tv

Ah, Hotel Indigo Brussels – where the décor is as vibrant as a botanical garden, yet the walls are as thin as a tulip’s petal.
Let’s start with breakfast: for €25 per person, one might expect a royal feast. Instead, we were treated to a continental breakfast that seemed to have misplaced half of its hot items. And charging extra for a pancake? That’s just flipping outrageous!
The room itself was a mixed bouquet. While the design was unique, the noise levels were more suited to a lively greenhouse than a restful retreat. Conversations from neighboring rooms were as clear as a bell, making sleep as elusive as a rare orchid.
On the bright side, the hotel’s location is prime—perfect for exploring the city center and conveniently close to the north train station.
In summary, Hotel Indigo Brussels offers a unique design and great location, but at a price point that leaves you feeling like you’ve paid for a rose and received a daisy.

Location was near Brussels Central Train Station, about 15 minutes by walking. Hotel & room were very clean. Services were good. The Hotel also had a gym room & a small swimming pool. Besides, restaurant and breakfast were very good.

MMahavirsinh SujansinhHotel location is very good but lacking a few facilities and also, room cleaner did not come for the entire stay.
CCharlieALL GOOD with excellent reception staff support. Fortunately, they advised me NOT to park my park in the streets around the corner of the hotel because foreigners's car happened to have their windows smashed. So I parked in the Hotel parking to secure my car. Looks like this neighborghood is not safe...

AAnonymous UserThe hotel's location is very good; it's close to the train station, and the attractions are within walking distance. However, the downside is that it's on a street, so it remains noisy until the early morning. The sink counter has a design flaw, often making it wet. The breakfast is not very diverse.
AAnonymous UserInsanely accessible and convenient, literally 1min away from Brussels Central station. Nearest Metro/Tram is a 2-3min walk away. Grand Place, Museum of Original Figurines & St Hubert Gallerie are right behind the hotel. Carrefour express and Relay are nearby if you need to get basic necessities. St Michael & St Gudula Cathedral is a 10min walk away.
The room and bathroom is spacious and clean, with good soundproofing. The TV connects to youtube so that's a plus. Loved that there's an extendable clothesline that stretches above the bathtub. Staff were polite and helpful when I had enquiries. Didn't have an ironing board in the room but it was delivered soon after I approached the front desk for it.
(Side note: The security deposit took more than 2weeks after my stay to be refunded back to my card)

GGuest UserThe overall stay was good with very warm welcome and tourist advice from the front desk staff (Martina) and the welcome drink corner.
However, there are a few things that we wish the hotel could improve. First, the shower area is highly slippery. Thought the floor material for the shower area is not right for that purpose.
Second, when we checked out, we asked the front desk staff (new ones that we haven’t met before) to help call a taxi for our family to the train station. The staff said the taxi should arrive in 20 min. After waiting for 20min, passing the time when the taxi should have arrived, we asked the staff to check the status of the taxi. Then the staff told us that the taxi would not come and there was no commitment from the taxi driver to take the order and advised us to call Uber by ourselves. We were astonished and disappointed as they should have told us earlier about the unreliability of calling a taxi. As the Uber required another 15min of wait, to make sure we could catch the train, we walked with our kids and heavy luggage all the way to the train station in a rainy and windy day!

GGuest UserAs always, Marriott is comfortable and well served. Cozy and comfortable beds and bed linen. The parking lot is located under the building and you can take the elevator from it directly to the hotel lobby
AAnonymous UserThis hotel has an unmanned front desk, so you enter the PIN code sent in advance to enter.
However, I was stuck at the entrance for about an hour because the advance email was not sent.
A guest who came out from inside opened it and was able to enter safely.
When I was asked to pay taxes the next day, I told them about it and asked for my PIN, but they didn't give it to me.
The next day, another employee asked me for another tax procedure, so I asked for another key, but I didn't get one, which was very inconvenient during my stay.
Also, the temperature control is fixed, and since it is done in the office, it cannot be adjusted even if it is cold.
Cleaning is once every 5 days, so you have to use towels every day. We also ran out of toilet paper.
Coffee and tea are only available for one day.
The service is bad, completely ignoring our request, and only the tax collection is charged many times.
There are no good points other than the location.
AAntoine BelaieffThe hotel is conveniently located across the Brussels Midi/Zuid station, along with several other hotels. It is not a pleasant area but convenient if you need easy access to the station. The hotel itself seems freshly renovated and everything was functional. It was also very affordable. There is a large lobby with a café in which I spent a few hours working and found it convenient and pleasant.
