We stayed just one night at this hotel and it surpassed our expectations. We don't normally stay in larger chain hotels but the staff here were very friendly and the service was great. The executive room we stayed in was on the third floor with a balcony. We had a large comfy bed, seating area and desk. The bathroom had a lovely large shower and I appreciated the L'Occitane products. The breakfast was superb with a huge choice of items. All in all a great hotel choice.

We stayed in the hotel for 4 nights in June 2023 to vacation on Lake Constance. Lake Constance can be reached from the hotel in 15 minutes by car. Dornbirn city center is within walking distance. Dornbirn train station is right next door, but that's not a problem. We liked the hotel overall, but it also has some weak points. You can tell that the hotel is very new, everything is very modern and we liked the style. The room was clean, but one day our room cleaning was completely forgotten. We could only change the towels at reception in the evening. But the room was no longer cleaned. We have never experienced this in any other 4-star hotel and it shouldn't happen. Care products such as conditioner and especially tea and coffee were never refilled by the cleaning staff. Unfortunately, we couldn't drink coffee or tea on the last few days and the kettle was therefore useless if you don't have any products for it anymore. Unfortunately, there is no blackout curtain on the window. The curtain was white and did not darken the room. So it was bright as day in the room at 5 a.m. Not so nice if you actually want to sleep in on vacation, and of course that's difficult in a brightly lit room where the sun is shining. Otherwise you would have had a really wonderful night's sleep, as the beds were very comfortable and it was always very quiet. Unfortunately, there is no table in the room. If you want to write something on your tablet or laptop, the only option is the bed. This also means there are no shelves. There is enough cupboard space for clothes, but for everything else you have on a table (tablet, laptop, cell phone, keyboard, etc.) the only option is the floor. The WiFi is extremely fast and worked perfectly. We really liked the wellness area, it was always very quiet and clean. Unfortunately, there are no towels available in the wellness area, so you only have your bathrobe and a single towel for the sauna for the entire stay. It is therefore impossible to shower in the sauna area with a fresh towel, also because there is no shower gel or shampoo in the sauna showers. This should be a given in a 4-star hotel and we know it from other hotels. The hotel promotes sustainability, but unfortunately there are only disposable plastic cups in the rooms and in the wellness area. This is not appropriate for a 4-star hotel and is particularly not sustainable and should be urgently reconsidered. The staff were very friendly throughout, especially the staff at reception and in the restaurant. We mostly ate dinner in the hotel. The menu is very varied and the food was always very good. It is few years now that my husband and I are going to Bregenz Festival, enjoying Bodensee and the opera. This year we chose Messmer Hotel, and we've been very happy with the choice: right in the centre, conveniently close to everything worth seeing in Bregenz and in a waling distance from the venue of Bregenz Festival. We chose the package including ticket, an aperitif and dinner: we enjoyed it, everything was very good. Rooms are clean and cozy, very welcoming. The staff is very friendly and welcoming as well, making you feel at home. Definitely recommended!

We were able to snag night at this hotel but had to move on due to a lack of rooms. We would have loved to stay longer if we could have. This is a fantastic hotel in a great location. This was a last-minute booking, so I cannot complain about the lack of room availability, and I was happy to get one night. The room was a suite and well equipped. In fact, it was an excellent room for the price. The staff was wonderful, and the location was perfect. It is walking distance to everything in Bregenz. I would return to this hotel, and I would highly recommend it to my friends. There is a bar attached to the hotel (KreuzBar, which is EXCELLENT and well run) and there is a restaurant connected by the courtyard/parking area behind the hotel. The train station, lake port, cable car, and pedestrian malls, are all within walking distance. The hotel itself is one of the best I’ve stayed in.

We were impressed by the built-in amenities and meals offered by the Best Western Premier Central Hotel Leonhard. Hotel was very comfortable and was located very close to the old city and within manageable walking distance from the railway station in Feldkirch. It was very close to the Schattenburg castle. The breakfast layout was very good and the restaurant was specious. They had a reasonably good choice in the breakfast layout to select from. Room was cozy and we could take a bird’s eye view of the old town. Staff manning the reception were very courteous and helpful and catered very well to our needs. We experienced that the seats in the reception area inadequate if a group of guests wished to stay in that location. Even though seating facilities was available in the adjacent area a hotel employee did not allow us sitting in the adjoining lounge where there were sofas and seats. We were enjoying our stay very much until this employee behaved very discourteously harassing us just prior to our departure. Reception staff intervened and apologised to us as a measure of damage control but management of this hotel should take note of this harassment we faced, which we have already reported to prevent such incidents that would tarnish the reputation of their hotel, Consider increasing seating facilities in the reception area for guests. This incident compelled us to rethink seriously about the number of stars that we could give to this hotel.

We spent two nights here recently and fell in love with this property. We chose it because it is just a 30-minute drive to Vaduz, Liechtenstein, which we were in the area to explore. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a room with a balcony and a view. This was the biggest hotel balcony I've ever seen! It was a beautiful room. We ate dinner in the restaurant one night and found the food to be delicious. The portions were large enough that my husband and I wished that we had ordered one entree to share. The staff was friendly and helpful. We walked all around the property to see the spa, pool, meeting area, sauna and more. The bathroom in our room was huge and the shower was terrific after a long day out. It was just a beautiful property, and we would gladly stay here again any time. It was a peaceful two-night stay. New hotel with a great shower and comfy beds! Loved the motion activated night lights under the nightstands. Very good cocktails at the bar too. Air contitioning too! Which is pretty important once the heat increases outside. The lobby has a comfortable and modern seating area to sit and enjoy a drink or read one of the many magazines available. Close to several restaurants too.

Otherwise, a somewhat boring breakfast, and a strange sound coming from the sink made it a little difficult to sleep. We arrived late and left early, otherwise we would have complained and asked for a different room, but we told the reception when we checked out. Clean and nice hotel, but not quite our style.

The Montfort was excellent in every relationship. The reception was friendly. Our room was spacious and equipped with everything you wish, from good beds over coffee machine, furniture and terrace. To greeting there was a delicious drink. We had booked HP. The 3-Gange menu was excellent. The services were friendly and helpful. After dinner, you could enjoy the loud summer evening in the outdoor area. Also here the service was friendly, they even served free small snacks. The buffet breakfast was extensive, nothing missed. A everything in all pleasant hotel that I will always like to visit.

We stayed five days to visit the Bodensee, Bregenz Festival and a glimpse of Vorarlberg. We rarely enjoyed such a mixture of understated luxury, comfort and staff friendliness. The room was great, spacious, with a breathtaking view over the lake and mountains, well-equipped - a mention for the fluffy bathrobes - and both the spa and the ”Badehaus”, a specificity on the Bodensee, were both elegant and well appointed. An impressive breakfast buffet begins the day, meals on the large garden terrace are really inventive and excellent. A highly recommended place to stay,.

We spent one night during the Festspiele in the Hotel and will surely go back next year :) This hotel and specifically the guest and the manager is demonstrating the classical timeless value of hospitality that should be adopted by even some 5 star hotels in other countries. Both the reception, the management of the guests, the organisation of dinner and answering ad how questions is absolutely effective and seamless. The hotel itself is situated in a quiet neighbourhood, yet even after the Festspiele a centrally managed shuttle bus was organised to get you back to the hotel from the Seebühne. The hotel manager itself demonstrated very appealing and evergreen principles of the hospitality by arranging seating of the desk during dinner and saying goodbye in the morning. The sustainability was apparent in the bathroom kit, air conditioning, and even the food offered. Although my wife is extremely noise sensitive, thanks to the isolated room we easily managed to get aggod night sleep. The staff is super cordial and efficient and the food offered for the dinner is super nice. The hotel is easily approachable and one does not have to hassle with parking, unlike in the city center. Overall strongly recommend the hotel for any stay be it during the Festspiele or other times. We will surely go back next year :)

Da ich durch die Übernahme eine Projektes in letzter Zeit einige Male in Vorarlberg zu tun hatte, war ich auf der Suche nach einem gemütlichen Hotel. Anfangs habe ich ein paar Hotels ausprobiert und bin dann durch Zufall auf euer Haus gestoßen. Ich kann von mir sagen, dass ich beruflich bedingt schon einige Nächte in Hotels verbracht und somit gewisse Vorstellungen habe. Besonders wichtig sind mir die Möglichkeiten, qualitativ hochwertig, biologisch und vegetarisch/vegan zu essen. Selbstverständlich spielen auch das ganze Ambiente und die Gastfreundlichkeit eine wesentliche Rolle. All dies wird in eurem Haus groß geschrieben. Ich habe mich sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Stayed 4 nights over Christmas at this Hotel. Staff were excellent as was the whole experience.On Christmas Day they organised a wonderful Christmas dinner with entertainment as part of the package. Whoever was responsible for the cleaning of our room was to be commended , can't go into detail here but it was somebody with a wonderful sense of humour..

There is a supermarket next to it. Very convenient. Pay attention to the time. Closed in 1930, convenient parking. The front desk service is enthusiastic and the breakfast is very good. There are also Chinese restaurants nearby

Hotel 10/10! The beds are very comfortable, the spacious rooms, and the hotel very cozy! The restaurant service is incredible, and the extra breakfast! The staff makes you feel like at home, miman to the last detail and care each guest in a unique and special way. I recommend this hotel for business trips, skiing, going in family or relax!!
