On the ground floor living room-kitchen, living area with sofa bed, sauna (electric soapstone stove), bathroom / WC (shower stall), covered porch. Upstairs a room with 2 single beds and a sofa bed for 2, terrace. Entry to the upstairs via porch stairs. Entry to the sauna and shower through porch. Underfloor heating on the ground floor, 2 TVs. Air-source heat pump with cooling fuction in upstairs. Barbecue hut, lakeside sauna also available by agreeing with the owner. Carport. You can charge an electric car from the 5-pin power plug (10kW) by agreeing an additional fee in advance with the owner. Pets allowed at extra fee, which is charged per pet (max 2 pets). Dog cage in the yard. Nice cottage by a big lake. The beach is shallow and ideal for children. In winter, ice snowmobile trail and cross country ski trail, 400 m. A peaceful location, surrounded by moor. A lot of good walking/ running trails in the area. Possibility to rent from the owner Suomi 520 L boat and an outboard motor Honda 5 hp. Rent should be negotiated with the owner. Please bring your own life jackets. Fresh fish available daily from the nearby marina (about 3 km). The owner lives about 90 m away and uses the lakeside sauna himself also (the lakeside sauna is about 30 m from the cottage). Washing machine available in the owner's warehouse. Akkovaara's popular nature / hiking trails are a short drive away. The nearest starting point is about 5 km away. The route has an observation tower, which opens up to landscape of Lake Oulujärvi. The cottage is located in a beautiful location on the shore of Lake Nuasjärvi in Sotkamo, which gives you the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful scenery and the proximity of the water. This cottage, completed in 1950 and completely renovated in 2004, has an area of about 50 m² and comfortably accommodates up to 6 people. In the living room kitchen there is a sofa bed that can accommodate 1-2 people. The alcove has separate beds for two people, and the loft has separate beds for two people and mattresses for e.g. a child. The loft also has a child gate to ensure safety. The cabin also has a sauna with an electric stove, a washroom and a toilet. The cottage's terrace and yard have beautiful views of Lake Nuasjärvi, and garden furniture and a gas grill are available in the yard. In addition, a separate beach sauna, the use of which is included in the cottage rent, starting from week 8. A 4G network works in the area, so communication and e.g. remote work are easy. Ski trails 7 km (Vuokatti) starting from week 8 skitrail 100 m. The snowmobile can be rented directly from the owner. Kajaani is located about 23 km from the cottage and Sotkamo about 26 km away. The Vuokatti ski slopes are about 20 km away. The cottage has its own beach, which is about 20 m away. Please note that the price does not include cleaning or linen, so you must take care of them yourself. Pets are allowed in the holiday home. The use of the cottage is allowed from 4 pm on the day of arrival and until 12 noon on the day of departure, also for weekend bookings.
