Really love this hotel. It is so beautiful with the beach just right behind the hotel. The location is also good as it is near the Phu Quoc night market. Massage, nail service shops are also nearby. There is free bus to Vinwonders too, the bus stop is a short walking distance from the hotel. Highly recommended!

Our families with young children stayed for 5 nights at this resort. The road outside the resort was flooded (probably due to poor drainage) so our taxi refused to drop us at the entrance and we had to walk through the bushes carrying our heavy suitcases to get into the hotel ourselves- terrible experience. But I suppose it wasn’t the hotel’s fault except that the flooding problem seems to be persistent throughout our stay. Other than the above incident, the stay at this hotel was pleasant and staff was helpful and polite. However there were quite some ants inside our room and we had to keep the place very clean to avoid getting more ants. The renovation was nice and comfy and amenities quite new. Massage was good. Recommended overall.

The room is clean and tidy, but i dont like the glass wall of the bathroom. If the TV has the built in Netflix, that would be fantastic Facilities Gym room is small, with limited equipment. But i guess it is fine, as not many people were there during my stay swimming pool and beach There are two and both are good. there are always some staff cleaning the pool, so i am not worried about the water quality. Beach is right next to the hotel and water activities are there for you to choose breakfast is good, with lots of choices. we were asked to have breakfast in the function room as they said the restaurant was full. i could imagine the hotel was fully booked that weekend Hotel provides airport pickup and the staff is friendly and helpful. The price is higher than other local brands, and you can see the difference from the service quality. One more thing, the night market is just opposite to the hotel and this one is clean and tidy. Definitely i will stay in this hotel again

I visited here for the second time. Although the transportation is uncomfortable, I wanted to relax in a spacious villa in a quiet area. In particular, the staff were friendly, and they seem to be carefully selected, educated, and treated. In particular, the desk staff was friendly, and it was easy to communicate in English. (Many of the five-star hotels in Phu Quoc have difficulty in communicating with desk staff in English) This is not a fancy and noisy place. Rather, it is a place of quiet peace that is practical and classy. Everything is going accordingly. There are not many types of dishes at breakfast, but the quality is good. Both of the spa and restaurant service are cost-effective. The beach and pool are small but practical, cozy, elagant, and well managed. The resort buildings and interiors are also small and old, but I could feel the soul of the architect.

On the first day of stay, the door was damaged, the toilet board was separated, and the air conditioner could not be started, resulting in the need for staff help many times. Although the staff was very enthusiastic, the work efficiency was quite low. It took many times of urging to complete the work, such as replenishing supplies, repairing air conditioners, etc. And the water temperature and water pressure in the bathroom were unstable, but it was understandable The breakfast was delicious. The swimming pool was small but sufficient You can make an appointment to pick up the airport. The service attitude was good. It happened that there were only two guests at the appointment time. Even if we were late, the driver turned back to pick us up and took us back to the hotel. On the way, he kept recommending local specialty restaurants and interesting attractions to us. The attitude was very good. Overall, this hotel is a 10-point recommendation. I hope the above problems can be improved and it will be even better.

I was impressed by the infinity pool when I arrived at the hotel. We have booked a ocean view room which faced the ocean with a great view, the room is spacious. The staff at reception counters and restaurant were polite and pleasant. Food at restaurants were good. However, all our good impression was ruined by the arrangement on airport transfer. I did booked the airport transfer for my return flight before this trip, and confirmed to have 4 people via email. Unluckily, they had made a wrong estimation on the number of people for airport transfer, the shuttle bus was overbooked. My husband need to sit on a wooden chair though the transfer time was 15 mins only. I was wonder that such kind of mistake was made by a famous & luxury hotel group.

First time staying at La Festa, it was very comfortable and convenient. The front desk staff was warm and courteous, with high efficiency in handling tasks, quickly and effectively resolving the issues I raised. The hotel is a stand out on the island of Phu Quoc. The hotel has 3 restaurant options and each had a good variety of local and western dishes. Gluten free options were excellent too for those who need it. The beach was clean and there were ample sun beds at both the beach and the pool. Affordable ✅ Good food ✅ Spa ✅ Cleanliness ✅ Beautiful sunsets ✅ We would definitely return. My only slight gripe would be the sales rep for tours and excursions wasted almost an hour of our time adding one stop to a private tour. I had wanted to book three tours, but I literally couldn't take anymore if his inability to listen and suggest prices that cost more than our entire trip for a morning on the island. After my experience with him I found John's tours on Facebook and I would highly recommend their tours prices and service.

I traveled to Bãi Khem, Phu Quoc in February and liked it so much that I visited again after 3 weeks. I was a bit concerned about Premier Village because I thought it was a just calm resort better suited for large families rather than couples. But in conclusion, it was a very fun and active resort. The moment I entered the beachfront pool villa, which is located 1 minute away from the swing bar and the boat dock that runs free of charge from the resort's private beach to Sunset Town, I was amazed by the refreshing sea view. The private pool was clean and spacious, and the rooms on the second floor were in excellent condition. It was good. Even though both the 1st and 2nd floors have large ceilings, the air conditioner was strong enough to make it cold. It was convenient to have a refrigerator as well as ice in the freezer and a water purifier. What was great was that I could install the app using a QR code and immediately convey my requests through a chat service, so buggy and water bus reservations and room service were all convenient. In particular, the pretty and kind Butler ‘Mong Tuyen’ was very helpful as she helped me with many things. (I was having trouble working because I left out my laptop cable accessory, but she even found an electronics store on Phu Quoc Island where I could buy a connection cable~) Corallo Restaurant didn't have much on the menu, but every single one of them was delicious. The best moment was having beer and a Wagyu burger at Swing Bar, boarding a boat reserved for 8pm at the dock right next door, arriving at Sunset Town in the pleasant night breeze, watching the fireworks, and returning. It was so fantastic that there was an accommodation 1 minute away from the dock where we arrived by boat after playing to our heart's content. The eastern sea has clear water, lots of cute fish, and a wide sea where you can ride a paddle boat. The King's Well, which is steeped in legend, is actually a place where the sea and a sacred freshwater well are connected. It was nice to come here and get a lot of energy. We plan to visit again!

The Wyndham Grand hotel exceeded our expectations! We stayed 10 days. The rooms were spotless, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive.
