The hotel is being renovated, and the soft furnishings of the rooms look very new. The sound insulation is relatively poor, and the crying of children and the voices of people in the corridor can be heard clearly. There will be a sudden sound of equipment running in the room, and I don't know what it is. affect sleep.
The bathroom wasn't cleaned and there were hairs and whatnot.
Across the street is the Water Garden, which is convenient for sightseeing. It is also close to the train station. Great location.

The hotel where I lived in the United States for more than ten days was basically dissatisfied. When I arrived at Houston, I could easily play with my son for two days. I chose the hotel for a long time. I was very satisfied, the service was good, and the location was great!
This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Everything here was top notch h. Our room was so luxurious and clean, our food was the best of the city, views were great, just overall 100%!!!
It was a bit inconvenient to get in and out of the parking lot.
Sometimes the hotel key is not recognized, so you have to pay parking fee.
I had to pay, but they said I just had to press the call button in that case.
When you check out, you can check out, get your card key back, and put it in the return box when leaving the parking lot.
There is no bottled water in the room, but they will give it to you if you ask for it at the front desk.
As a side note, they do not provide any disposable products other than soap, shampoo, and body wash.
There is no way to adjust the bathroom water level at all. ㅠㅠ
You can only turn it on and off, and only the temperature can be adjusted. 😅
The rooms were very tidy and tidy, so it was good from the first impression. All the staff were friendly and quick, so the overall service satisfaction was high. The location was convenient, so it was easy to move around, and the breakfast was varied and tasted great. This is a hotel I would like to use again on my next visit.
Grand Hyatt Hotel has a great location! It is located above the security entrance of Terminal D. After breakfast, you can go downstairs and directly check in your luggage and go through security.
Breakfast is a menu and you can order it. French toast is very good. If you order fruit, there are rich varieties and large quantities.
The Texas Angus steak for dinner is very good.
The gym is on the top floor. Unfortunately, the treadmill is in the middle, and only the bicycle and climbing machine are by the window. The outdoor swimming pool is hot water.
The room is nothing to say. It is much better than the Excelle, which is a little further away from the airport, and Hilton and other hotels in the city. After all, the price is there.
The aunt at the front desk is very enthusiastic. She helped us check in very quickly and gave each person two bottles of water. As well as slippers, toothpaste, toothbrush, comb and other toiletries. It is to understand that people who transfer again are in a hurry and very tired.
The hotel is amazing and beautiful all around. Meeting the amazing well mannered staff was pleasant. I was greeted right away upon entering the hotel with my wife. John greeted me with a big smile while I was walking through the lobby. The room was something else. I could not forget the view. My wife and I wanted to get away from our hectic lifestyle and forget it for a weekend and the Thompson made that happen. Thank you to all who helped us during that time. I will be coming back.

Amazing
SsimsangelaUpon arrival, the welcome was genuine. It didn't give you that uppity, too posh feeling. The valet was pricey but much better than self parking. We were greeted with a glass if champagne upon checkin. Checkin was smooth with no waiting. Our balcony room was nice and clean. It was a bit of a walk. The hotel itself is a lot bigger than it appears to be from the outside. The ballroom and conference rooms are spacious and equipped. Love the fireplaces throughout facility. The pools are beautifully done especially one being at 85 degrees in the winter time. It was sunny and cold but families were enjoying the heated pool. The lobby bar, the restaurants and the fire pits give you that scenic, rustic, resorty style all while being right there on Frisco, TX. Can't wait to return in the spring/summer.

GGuest UserThe hotel was wonderful… The staff is very friendly, the hotel is clean, the bar was vibrant and the rooms are spacious. You can’t beat the location of this place. It’s literally a five minute Uber ride to any major point. Such as the Kennedy assassination or Terry Blacks for some great barbecue, or if you’re in town for a convention to the convention center. we used Uber to get around if not, we use the electric scooters . Never needed to rent a car because a Uber ride from the airport will run you around $50. The hotel is in a great location. Funny of dining options, one of our favorite places to stay.
Here are some photos of the lobby and views from our room.

LLeicester ManMarquis Marriott is a well-known hotel brand in China. For example, how good is the one in Shanghai! But unfortunately, even a high-end brand such as Marquis Marriott is generally not feasible in the United States. It's not that it's bad, it's just that it's just qualified, similar to the domestic Atour.
The lobby is quite atmospheric, a bit like a domestic Sheraton. I thought, ”Great! I finally found a hotel brand in the United States that is comparable to a domestic hotel brand.” Unfortunately, the room was small and not bright. Marquis Marriott in China is so comfortable that they don't want to leave the room. I feel that leaving a second is a waste of such a good environment, but this Marquis Marriott's room, I don't have the feeling of wanting to stay in the room. , horizontally benchmarking domestic Atour.
In terms of service, there is no turndown, and everything is very formulaic when checking in. It is not impolite, but it is very cold. It feels like a cashier in a supermarket. These are not seen in the domestic Marquis Marriott, or at least not. allowed to appear.
In general, the Marquis Marriott is clean and tidy, the staff is polite, and it is no problem to sleep, but that's all, it is not a hotel worth exploring.
GGuest UserIt was a very luxurious and nice hotel.
I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity!
The pool and the view from the room are very beautiful.
LLITINGFirst time to Houston... The hotel is on the main street, it is very convenient to take the tram... It takes 10 minutes to get to Rice, but if you want to shop, it is recommended to stay at the hotel on the Galleria... The next floor is the oversized shoppingmall...
