Frustrated, I resorted to ChatGPT and learned that in the US, you can often do an online check-out without needing a physical card. It would be perfect if they had a Chinese-speaking staff member at the front desk. The room's elevator is quite far from the front desk, and you have to take an elevator marked 'SPA' to get there. It's best to ask a staff member for directions, as the signage isn't very clear."

"Every time I go to a Vegas exhibition, I stay at this hotel. My only complaint is that the complimentary bottled water is ridiculously small. When I asked the front desk for more, I joked that the water was for babies, and the guy at the front desk even laughed and agreed! Plus, it's limited to four bottles per request. The first time I stayed, I couldn't stand it and just drank the Evian from the minibar – it was so much more satisfying to have a proper-sized bottle. The hotel's surroundings are very lively, with various stores and restaurants just across the street, making for a pleasant evening stroll."

"The front desk was really hard to find because the address on Trip.com was wrong... A taxi shouldn't have an issue, but if you're driving, search for the Wynn self-parking lot. The 'sandwich method' worked – we got upgraded to a room with a direct view of the big sphere and even received a $150 dining credit... However, I was initially confused why they deducted dining expenses daily, as I'd heard before that it was settled at the end. It was a bit frustrating, but Trip.com later explained it was just a pre-authorization, and the actual charge would be on the final bill... The entire hotel is very luxurious, with a decadent and opulent feel... Also, a heads-up: the free breakfast only includes the buffet."

And air condition was not working right
I asked to switch room
They told take everything out from room and come back and talk to them
I told the gentleman right now I somewhere to be I will come back and speak to front desk after
Behind they ended up changed my room with out my permission
And also I had a appointment to be somewhere
Since my garage parking was paid
It would not let me know out of parking so I ended misssing appointment
I call for customer service since I have baby who eats baby food
Bed sheet got dirty
I call at 2 pm and requested house keep 10 hrs I came back to room and room still had dirty bad sheet and it was 12.30am
My kids were sleepy
And call front desk like 3 times after and they kept telling me we request it already n I have to wait
Till some1 shows
And argue with and tell my kids are sleepy and it’s late
Over all bad experience at ceaser place"

The biggest plus is its proximity to the Las Vegas Strip, with plenty of dining options right downstairs so you don't have to walk far. However, the downsides are also obvious: it's an older property, the room lighting isn't very bright, and it's easy to get lost within the hotel.

The service was much better than the reviews suggested. Any issues we had were promptly resolved. We even got a 57th-floor Sphere view room without tipping! Odd-numbered rooms offer great views but not of the pool. The Italian restaurant downstairs was delicious. The front desk also provided complimentary water and toiletries like toothbrushes. We even received chocolates upon check-in. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, my only minor concern is that the pool's cleanliness could be improved. Everything else was satisfactory, the hotel is very new, and the service was excellent!

The hotel is located about ten minutes' drive from the center of Las Vegas, which is more convenient. It has all the facilities and equipment that a downtown hotel should have. Hotels in the city center have to wait in line for a long time to check in, and many times they can't get a room until three o'clock in the afternoon and have to wait for text message notifications. The environment here is very beautiful. Our room faces the outdoor swimming pool. Looking at the scenery outside through the bright windows, I feel happy and relaxed in the fatigue of the journey. I ordered a midnight snack at night, and the waiter actually sent a table directly in. It's so thoughtful👍👍😁😁

Guest UserThe room I stayed in was one of the best rooms I’ve stayed in Las Vegas. The amenities were unbelievable. The service was phenomenal from the sports book to the bartenders. The food is off the chain, especially Charlie’s. If you wanted a quick bite to eat. The view from my room was perfect. I saw every hole on the golf course. The in room iPod made everything simple. The bathroom was spacious as well as the dining room. I love how the TV swivels from the bedroom to the dining room/office. I’ve stayed in many nice hotels in Las Vegas and this one has my rating AAA plus. Thanks again Steve win for building one of the nicest hotels in Las Vegas Vegas.

Guest UserThe hotel is spacious, and full of character. The rooms are also very large, making it an excellent choice.
One of the biggest advantages is that you can walk directly from the hotel to Sphere through the indoor walkway（bridge） in the evening. Since Las Vegas gets extremely hot, being able to avoid the outdoor heat is a huge plus.
Charging an electric vehicle in the P1 parking garage is very convenient. Other than the hotel restaurants, which weren’t really to my taste, the hotel offers excellent value for money.
Overall, it’s a very thoughtfully designed and guest-friendly hotel.

Simon892The hotel exterior is stylish and elegant, but the rooms are a bit dated. The bathroom had a persistent smell that wouldn't go away; we noticed it every time we entered the room. We stayed for three nights and informed the front desk about the issue. We couldn't switch rooms because the hotel was fully booked, but they promised to fix it and refund one night's resort fee. We thought it would be resolved after the 'repair,' but the smell remained the same. Additionally, the in-room phone was purely decorative and didn't work at all. I had to go down to the front desk and wait in line just to communicate with them. I hope they can improve the room's ventilation system.
