Grand Wailea Resort Hotel & Spa, A Waldorf Astoria Resort

Booked a sea view room, a little far from the swimming pool and the beach but the view is very good, the hotel's swimming pool has several recreational activities, the restaurant tastes very good, the sunset scenery is also beautiful
Ka Laʻi Waikiki Beach, LXR Hotels & Resorts

The room is large, clean and comfortable, with complete configurations. Two sofa beds and a king-size bed meet the comfortable sleeping needs of a family of four. Water, laundry detergent, etc. are replenished in a timely manner every day. The service staff are also very enthusiastic. Although the room has a sea view, it is different from the previous order description. It is not a panoramic view. I don’t know if the introduction page is wrong or the room given is wrong.
The Westin Hapuna Beach Resort

This was my second return visit, and it was a comfortable accommodation that did not disappoint. Although the location is a little far away, it was a great resort where you can enjoy a full stay while feeling nature and the beach. Daniel, the front office manager, provides sincere answers to advance request emails and tries to accommodate the customer's needs as much as possible. Thank you, I was satisfied with the hotel's service. The spacious rooms, balconies, and cleanly renovated bathrooms were comfortable, and the ocean view from the balcony was beautiful. The beds were in good condition so you could sleep comfortably, and you could relax in the quiet swimming pool. The facilities and restaurant were also satisfactory, so it was comfortable and I would like to visit again. I highly recommend it as it is a good resort. If you visit the same resort, Manuakea Resort, which is a 20-minute walk away, you can have fun while using the various atmosphere and facilities.
Renaissance Residences Oahu Honolulu

There were three nights in total. Since my schedule was uncertain at the beginning, I divided it into three bookings. For the first time, I couldn't combine orders and needed to update my check-in at the front desk every day. This was acceptable. But the next day I was told that the room I was staying in was booked out, and I needed to check out, then check in again at night and change rooms. This was unacceptable to me, and the negotiation ended with only a small amount of compensation from Ctrip. And when I checked in again, I couldn't find my luggage, which was very frustrating. I was also shocked that he was so unapologetic about not having a room to spare. This is a long-term rental area, and Target, Walmart, and luxury stores are very convenient. However, there are mostly Koreans here, and the Korean-faced lady at the front desk is obviously discriminatory and indifferent. I don’t know how to evaluate it. The hotel is very new and modern, but the service has not kept up with it. The previous guest's domestic garbage under the sink was not disposed of. The long swimming pool and small shed need to be booked at the spa. The dining by the pool is very delicious, plentiful and cost-effective. Then it should be noted that only the corner room in the entire hotel has a full sea view, so it makes no sense for me to book a sea view room. The area is also on the small side. The bed was very soft, but I didn't feel any backache at all.
Montage Kapalua Bay

Beautiful location on Kapalua bay with excellent rooms and views. Great service as well as pool and beach access. Wonderful spa. Great valet and bell service as well as use of kapalua shuttle and Escalades. Pool side service and food could be better.

The location was great, walking distance to the beach, shops , restaurants, etc. Room was nice, great views. The bell desk and concierge were super helpful and friendly. Check in was a bit slow other than that everything was good.

Nice for a nostalgic Hawaiian stay on Waikiki Beach — near many shops and restaurants. Great service and friendly staff. Hotel room was clean and furnishings are what you would expect for this price point.

I booked two rooms at the same time, but they were on different floors, and even though they were the same price, one of them didn't have a bathtub, only a shower. The conditioner was empty when I was in the bath! I stayed for consecutive nights, but it seemed like the floors hadn't been cleaned, and the bathrobes hadn't been replenished, so it's not good considering the price! The location and front desk staff were good.
The Ritz-Carlton O‘Ahu, Turtle Bay

The service attitude of the hotel is so good. The room I was given was on the second floor, close to the Pacific Ocean, but it was blocked by the hotel platform, so I couldn't see anything. Later, I was upgraded to a pool view for free, and I could see part of the sea view and mountain view.
Wailea Beach Resort - Marriott, Maui

Hilton Waikiki Beach Resort is a top resort hotel village with its own seaside beach and other facilities. The Tapa building where I live is divided into two types of rooms: one type (above the 19th floor) is recently newly renovated, and the other type is not yet completed. The former is recommended.
