The service is average, the facilities are good, and the service attitude at the front desk is very bad. Very impatient. Ask the front desk hotel what content, let us see for ourselves. The hotel's environmental protection concept is very good, but I hope the service can also keep up.

We stayed here for two weeks during September 2022 and really couldn’t find any fault with the hotel, especially for the price paid. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, knowledgeable and gave great customer service. The rooms are large and the beds are comfortable, with two pillow choices available (labelled firm and soft) which we thought was a great idea. There are also lots of charging ports fitted into the room which come in very handy. The rooms are on the basic side but for the price paid they’re great value. Housekeeping was also every day which many places surrounding Disney still weren’t offering at the time we stayed, and was one of the reasons we selected the hotel in the first place. The included bus service to the Disney parks is also excellent, and much better than the Disney resort provided buses in our experience. They ran every hour to every park until after closing time and were always on time, with good a/c and a seat available. The hotel is also only a 10 minute walk to Disney Springs, where you could then use Disney transportation to resorts if needed for dining reservations etc. We also stayed during Hurricane Ian and we couldn’t have felt safer there. Every staff member was outstanding and went out of their way to make sure we felt safe, with many working longer hours to do so. The bar and food service stayed open for the duration of the Hurricane too which meant we didn’t even have to worry about getting food/water. All in all this was a fantastic stay and we will be back.

There are also whole foods and CVS within a 10-minute walk. The hotel meets intercontinental standards and check-in at the front desk was quick even on Thanksgiving Day. Sea view rooms also have a great view of the bay. The room was very quiet. Sanitary cleaning is qualified. You can only choose valet parking, and the overnight fee is 55.37, which can be combined with the room deposit and credit card payment. When you pick up your car, just reply to the parking text message and someone will pick it up in less than 5 minutes, which is very convenient. The hotel has sixt car rental company, if you don't have a car rental option. Overall very satisfied.

I live this hotel 4nights,have very bad experience in the hotel, second day I order breakfast, a girl who seems do not like to service me, I did not know how I make her so unhappy since we never met before. Third day same, but the last morning is terrible, she did not serve me, the cooker has to come to me say hello then help me. Check out is same. See their receipt, no hotel name and brand, is this really best hotel in Hilton?!

The hotel's privacy is very good, the waiters at the entrance are very enthusiastic, the lobby is full of gorgeous Italian opera, and the hotel is very large. It takes a short distance from lobby to our room, but it is more convenient to check out directly by text message. . We entered the hotel early in the morning and directly stored our luggage. We took the water bus outside the hotel and went to Universal Studios. There was no delay. We received the hotel's text message to inform us of the room number at 3pm. The small mistake was that the room card that was applied for in the morning could not be opened at night, and the husband returned to the front desk very hard to re-apply for a new room card and then returned to open the door. Remember to check if there is a complete bar code and check-in date on the room card. This is used as the basis for express. We were told there was a problem after entering the park the next day. It took half an hour to find someone. It was very troublesome. Attention!

This hotel NEVER ceases to amaze me! The property is beautiful and the staff are AMAZING!!! Huge shout out to Michelle from the pool, Melissa and Monika from the front desk, and so many more. I can't name them all! I definitely recommend this hotel.

Stayed here 2 nights post cruise and we simply loved it--5 min walk from the beautiful Brickell shopping center. The best part of this hotel is the pool area without a doubt--its stunning with great service and a gorgeous pool where children are most welcome. The main lobby bar is a slight let down for us and looks a little dated but still nice. Rooms again are nice but in comparison with other 5 star properties in Miami are showing signs of age. Breakfast however in Le Mar is spectacular with simply beautiful food and if you eat outdoors the views are magnificent.

The hotel overall was just okay, some finishes were starting to look worn (stone floor on the lobby steps, bathroom fixtures peeling)... When we arrived, we went up to our room which was 72 degrees, I checked the thermostat and it was set to 56, so I set it to 66 as that is the temp we normally we sleep at. There was mismatched furniture on the patio, but the view was beautiful if you looked beyond the beach restoration taking place (more on that shortly). It was clear, the only way to get the room cooler was to completely close the curtains (not just the sheers) but then why am I paying for an ocean front room? So, we closed the curtains and went down to the pool. It took 45 minutes for our drinks to be delivered and 1h25m for our food. The waitress blamed everything on the new menu and that the team was struggling. We headed back to our dark room to change for dinner. Once we had our showers and I used the hairdryer for 10 minutes, the temp climbed to 73 degrees. We headed out to dinner and then had drinks in the lobby upon our return. Once we got back to our room around 9pm, it had gotten down to a balmy 71 degrees. We tried to go to sleep, but just our being in the room was enough to take it back up to 72 for the night, it was miserable. At 9am we went to the front desk to talk to them about the air conditioner not working and they said they would have someone take care of it. We left for the day after breakfast and did not return until almost 6pm and guess what, the room was still 72 degrees and dark. So we went back to the front desk and they were very sorry and gave us a $100 credit and would waive the resort fees. They said they would send someone up while we went out. That night we went to Nobu, we were one of the few people that were dressed appropriately, most were in shorts and football jerseys. There was a 2-3 year old child jumping up and down on the chair yelling and her parents just ignored her, she did this our entire meal. The restaurant Manager gave a glaring look to the child, but never spoke to the parents. She noticed we kept looking around for our waiter and came over and had to take our 2nd sushi order as our waiter was not around for over 20 minutes and it took 40 minutes for our 1st order to get to the table. My husbands 2nd cocktail did not make it to the table until desert, not at all what we had hoped for when paying over $300 for dinner. After dinner, we went to another bar to listen to some music, we did not return until just after 1am and still no improvement on cooling down our room. We talked with the night Manager and he said he would send someone up in 5 minutes. After 25 minutes (almost 2am) I had to go back downstairs to let him know no one had come up, so I waited in the lobby until the Engineer was in the elevator with me. He got on his ladder and said the temp coming out was 69, but it was just the bed side of the room that felt warm... and the thermostat was probably just registering the warm side... it w

Not as great as I would have liked. My husband had stayed before and raved about the hotel. The beach side was closed for refurbishment so we were put in a small room at the Cloisters. There were a number of issues. Coffee machine not working and luke warm water from shower. A technician arrived as soon as we reported the water problem and he got it fixed. AC stayed at 68. Couldn’t turn change the temperature except for turning it off, but I prefer a cold room to a warm room so I could suck this up. Every morning we were woken by reversing vehicles. 6:30 AM. No apology for this. No discounts on bill. So be warned and beware. Ask for a room that isn’t at the back of the Cloisters. Restaurants: Palm Court - beautiful and great cocktails. Excellent service and provided us with food after a late arrival even though kitchen was supposed to be closed. 5 stars. We had booked the Italian restaurant, Principessa. Not hugely impressed. It took over an hour from our starter to our main course arriving. The couple next to us received their main before us in spite of being seated half an hour later. I am assuming that they lost the original order in the kitchen. Seated right by the exit in spite of booking well in advance. 5/10. Flamingo Grill - tried on our last night. Surly reception (tall man). Great waiter (English). Food was good and service was good. 7/10. Spa - amazing space. Had a wonderful lunch - 10/10 Can’t recommend service and food more highly. Excellent massage. Pedicure was frankly so so but that was down to the therapist I think. She was trying to sell additional services and products (which frankly irritates me). Not much work done on the feet but ho hum. Overall wouldn’t go back based on money spent and experience though there were some good bits that stood out.

Evan and Karen greeted us on the first day and Evan also remembered us throughout our trip and was very friendly. Housekeeping team was out of this world. One of the best ive experienced recently in my travels. Beds are comfy and the rooms are quiet. Val and Maria by the pool were two awesome servers who were so so so nice and took super great care of my group. Sometime great service is hard to find down in Miami. The property itself is beautiful. The complimentary workout classes each morning are awesome. Breakfast at The Market is a must! Servers are very attentive and professional. The only issue we had was during the reservation process and a night manager who was anything but hospitable during a phone call.. There was not a house car and plan for lots of mosquitos outside. Also check out the Basement downstairs, they offer bowling and an ice skating rink! And there is a Starbucks right across the street. Everything was overall fantastic! 👌🏽 10/10 Thanks to the Edition team for an amazing trip! My favorite hotel in Miami Beach yet.

I was traveling for business in Miami and prefer to stay at Marriott Hotels - I chose the W for this trip since I had never stayed there before. It was a a fun, bougie hotel - perfect for a Miami stay! The decor and feel of the hotel is upscale and fun - from the faces on the pillars outside the building, to the disco balls near the elevators and all the way up to the room. I had an upgraded suite and it was gorgeous and roomy. There was a separate eating / meeting area, living room, 2 bathrooms and a HUGE glamorous bedroom. Everything was turnkey and clean. Just perfect. I wished I was here on vacation to enjoy the room more - sadly was only there for one night.

This was my third stay at Eden Roc, fantastic hotel – However, my third stay has shifted my thoughts. The bedsheets had a stain on them and my room was left open by housekeeping (thankfully nothing was taken, I guess no-one entered but this is a huge concern) – I was told to take this up with management and that I’d be offered compensation for a future stay (although when calling the front desk / eden roc number it says they’re not available and only connects you with off-site staff…) Very disappointed as the previous stays were fantastic.

I liked the luxurious facilities, convenient shuttle service, and swimming pool. The room condition was good, and I was satisfied with the amenities provided by high-end brands. The hotel is in a nice location, lots of things near by. Be aware of following things : - u can’t get early checkin because their staff starts working after 10am and it takes like 3 hours to clean . So that’s a no . - their hallways are actually quite dirty . Which was not pleasant to see . - overall design of hotel is quite modern but again the dirty carpets were just bad to see .

Very good five star hotel. Good location, surrounded by high-rise apartments and glass office buildings. If you need to drive in and out of the parking lot multiple times by car, it is recommended to use the hotel's Valet, which costs slightly more than US $ 48 a day, but unlimited access, only need to call 10 minutes before the car. If you only need to go in and out once, you can self-park. There are only a few street parkings around the hotel. The room is large and the facilities are fully functional. The toilet is separated from the wet and dry, which is very user-friendly. The pool area service is in place, you do n’t need to worry about it during the whole process, just enjoy it ~ the food is very delicious, I ordered three dishes, everything was delicious

This is our first visit since their extensive renovation, during which they were closed for a year plus. The Mayfair is just a one-of-kind iconic space. The interior atrium is full of tropical plants and fountains on multiple levels surrounded by brightly colored Spanish tiles. The Spanish influenced architecture reflects the heritage of many in South Florida. The room was perfect with a small balcony overlooking the exterior facade which is essentially a living fence, alive with tropical flowers and climbing bouganvillea. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The rooftop pool with covered, cabanas , lounge chairs and an outdoor fireplace was the perfect spot to enjoy a tropical drink after a long flight. Excellent service. Will be back.

The location is very good, in the heart of the Brickell business district, the hotel is very stylish and the interior is decorated like the W Shanghai. The MINI BAR in the room has a lot of drinks, of course, there is a charge, and the night bed is open to provide Evian water. Of course, the price of Evian water in the United States is particularly close to the people. Worth staying in Miami!

Breakfast is not included by default, can be a single breakfast, no buffet. Check in for dozens of knife destination fee, can include 50 knife credit for the service, thirty-five knife credit for the meal quota, can not be used in the paradise bar or mini bar. My Wife and I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve, and overall, it was a good experience. The hotel's convenient location allowed for easy access to Epcot, and the prompt room service added to the convenience factor. We were particularly delighted with our room's excellent view of Epcot, allowing us to enjoy the fireworks display right from the comfort of our room. Although our stay was enjoyable, there was a minor issue with what looked like a (band-aid) in the hallway inside our room. However, I took the initiative to remove and dispose of it before my wife noticed. We came down to request a room change for other reasons (as I decide not to mention the prior incident).... to have a shower instead of a bathtub and to avoid a connecting room setup. The check-in representative at the front desk was exceptional, displaying a fantastic attitude and providing us with helpful assistance. Despite her diligent efforts, she was unable to accommodate our room change request, which was a disappointment. Nonetheless, I believe she should be commended for her excellent customer service. Aside from this minor setback, the property itself was well-situated and offered a pleasant ambiance. However, I did notice that the room we were assigned did not match the pictures displayed online for its corresponding category, which was a bit disappointing. Considering the overall experience, I am uncertain whether I would choose to stay at the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve again. While there were some minor inconveniences, the hotel's location and other positive aspects contributed to a generally enjoyable stay. In summary, our visit to the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve was marked by convenience, prompt service, and a great view of Epcot. Despite encountering a minor room issue and the disappointment of not getting the exact room as depicted online, the exceptional customer service from the front desk staff and other positive aspects of the property would be the only reason we would choose to possibly stay here again in future.

I was a bit concerned with construction still going on in the hotel when booking, however it did NOT affect our stay, at all. Noise is very minor, pool is huge, so you are able to stay away from it PLUS you are also able to use the pool at the sister Ritz property which is a 5 minute walk. The construction is supposed to be finished in November 🤞 Now more details about the hotel overall: ROOMS Beautiful and freshly renovated. We had a balcony and it was nice to step out to it to enjoy beautiful view of the lakes and for a breath of fresh air HOUSEKEEPING Excellent. Meticulously clean, turndown service perfect, no questions :) One thing to make it even better would be to put slippers in the room - I am pretty sure we could get them upon request though. BREAKFAST Excellent selection, with fresh omelette, fresh squeezed juice station where you can make your own juice, pancakes prepared to order, variety of fruit - very good! Price: $25 for continental only, $35 for full selection. As Ambassador members we got Continental breakfast complimentary with an option to upgrade to full bar for $7. This is fine, but if I were the manager I would make it fully complimentary to people staying at Marriott properties for 100+ night per year … SPECIAL SHOUT OUT AND THANK YOU TO KARIMA who took excellent care of us and provided warm and personalized service during both days we visited Citron for breakfast. SPA/GYM Shared space with ritz carlton, beautiful; as part of your resort fee package you get to visit their classes - they have yoga, stretching etc. However keep in mind that those are only available on certain days of the week :) It would be nice to have some alternative for off days, I would love to go to one of the classes but both my days fell on off days unfortunately. You can also get bikes for 1 hour per day for free. SPA area has their own pool and hot tub which are basically empty because you need to have a spa appointment in order to use them. SHUTTLES TO DISNEY are available but you need to book them 24 hours in advance, we missed that part and had to Uber 😅 POOL SERVICE was pretty good across JW and Ritz, with plentiful chairs, towels and friendly staff to assist to your wishes :) GABRIEL at JW pool provided great service and was very nice - thank you Gabriel! I had a prepaid booking. They charged 800$ for incidentals with the POS that gave the “Approved” status. We spend like 1k and they locked us outside of the room and asked us to pay this again the whole amount. They did not recognize the initial payment. Front desk guy Christian very rood, pushing it to the edge of snapping. Eventually I asked to speak to the manager on duty..he got at the front desk in 20-30 minutes, apologizing and saying that everything is ok with the initial payment. We spent 1 hour locked outside by this “system error” The service at the Sofia (downstirs restaurant) is very poor because of the kitchen staff. The roof top restaurant is quite nice for dinner. I waited 30 min for the valet to bring my car. The have no f idea of what they’re doing. You can get only inroom dining after 10pm. Shuttle service only to Disney parks.

I've been to Disney World many times and I've stayed at the contemporary and the Polynesian, but never The Grand Floridan And it sure is GRAND! from the beautiful architecture to the grand piano being played in the lobby, the excellent restaurants and beautiful rooms. We stayed in building eight, which was very convenient. We had a pool and a resort view plus it was a short distance from the lobby. From there, you can take the monorail, of course, but also buses to other parks. I highly recommend this hotel and any Disney resort on property in Orlando.

We stayed for 4 nights beginning on July4th. OUTSTANDING experience and would stay there again. First time stay and Ann Clarke, Guest Experience Expert, seized the day for us with great care and grace. As a long-time Bonvoy Rewards member I was upgraded to one of the best rooms we have experienced through Marriott. It was a Lake Front Suite which was very kind treatment for a business road warrior. Living Room and separate bedroom with two balconies. The 4th fireworks were spectacular and almost eye-level. They do them on Saturdays too. Next time! The grounds are immaculate. The rooms are spotless. The service is what you want from Ritz Carlton with everyone friendly and eager to help. My wife enjoyed a spa visit and I went to the gym for a great workout. The Ritz and JW are connected as two massive conference centers which added extra dining options so we didn't need to leave the resort. Massive corridors and more meeting rooms than we could count. For our needs we added the Club Lounge access which took the pressure off incidentals. Need food or drink? Head to the Club Lounge which is open all-day until 10 p.m. Food presentations throughout the day in a comfortable room with a balcony and nice view of Orlando. We also dined at Knife and Spoon which was a treat for an upscale dinner. Great food and service. All good. Finally we traded the hassle and expense of an ocean beach vacation for the Ritz Carlton pool. It was hot this week but the pool at RC is clean and spacious. Many chairs open. I hope the nearest beach and long-lines were fun? We had a great time here. Service was excellent there with lots of choices for drinks and food poolside. Overall this resort gets all 5 stars in my book. Have fun!

The phone at the front desk of the hotel is almost always unanswered. The minibar in American hotels does not provide any beverages. They only provide coffee machines and mineral water. There are no saucers, small spoons, and the kitchen cabinets are empty. I feel that my family is so poor that there is no one. The tableware 😓, the safe checkin is locked, I made a phone call, and went to the front desk face to face, and no one came after staying for three days. The hotel service in the United States cannot be compared with that in China, and the restaurant is very good!
