Good customer service however for a 5 star hotel, it needs to improve facilities. The room has very dim light. I thought that's just the design but the lighting to the other room I also booked is different! The room is quite old too.

Amazing food, great staff! Great hideaway from the hustle and bustle of metro manila! All staff were very friendly and helpful! Really enjoyed their vegan breakfast spread and using their pools. Having the spa package is a must try! so nice to wake up and just have a nice walk around too. Will definitely come back for more R&R in the future. :))

The view and swimming pool are very nice. It's perfect for relaxing without thinking about anything. really! The sunset is also really pretty. I’m enjoying the sunset of my life~

The resort was so relaxing, and I loved the amenities, especially the swimming pool; it was a heated pool even if you swim at night. Also, all the staff is very accommodating wherever you go if day sees you they don't hesitate to greet you. It was a pleasure that they gave us an exclusive breakfast buffet in Anya Elite Club Lounge even though we are not an Elite member in the club lounge. My fiance and I enjoyed staying at the hotel. Anya Resort is one of the best resorts we've visited so far. We're planning to come back again soon. Before I end this review, thanks again for all the complementaries you've given us. Nice place to stay, near to everything that Tagaytay tourists usually visit - malls, restaurants, tourist attractions. Also, the place almost has everything you need from a home.
