We always spend our New Year here because everything we want to do are here. They have sports facilities, pools, beach and even a playhouse for toddler and kids.

Staff service is very good they communicate very well with guest. The room and toilet is clean but when you take to shower the water over flows to the toilet, making the toilet wet. Bidet handle is detached/ moving not stable, cobwebs in every corners ,the secret garden pool full of fallen leaves looking very unpleasant to swim in I get disappointed by little things i’m sorry but little things matters. I hope they will improve their service next time we vist

The chair and sofa had tacky covers, likely because they were really old. 3. **Towel Availability:** Surprisingly, there were no towels in our room upon arrival. We had to request them, which was quite disappointing considering this is a 5-star hotel. It was an excellent stay,service,cleanliness,my children enjoyed the heated pool. The complementary birthday cake I was requested for my daughter never arrived.i wished even small details request can be look after too. We wished to comeback soon this march for my son's birthday and I hope that my request will be granted. Overall excellent stay and breakfast buffet excellent a lot of dishes to choose from. Thank you twin lakes,mngt and staff.

the room i giot was not as i expected to be nice and clean..i made request prior to my booking but not granted..seaview casitas room i got was covered with trees and branches so where is the seaview!? internet or wifi is very poor..breakfast was not ok either. the beach doesnt have any chairs or tables nor umbrella or tent and no lifeguard to watch over. over all its just ok..

Everyone are very attentive &courteous from reception to room service to the restaurant servers/waiters and pool attendant. Love the breakfast buffet spread and the heated pool. We really loved our stay here and will definitely be back soon! #welcomehome ❤️

Nice place to stay, near to everything that Tagaytay tourists usually visit - malls, restaurants, tourist attractions. Also, the place almost has everything you need from a home.
