We were there for business first then stayed with my husband.  It was a lovely hotel all around.  Perfect stay and service and bar and room and everything.

Amsterdam Oud Zuid
The overall environment of the hotel is good. It is a 10-minute walk from the Van Gogh Museum. It is a 20-minute walk from the National Museum. The surrounding area is quiet, and there is a small town commercial street within a 7-8-minute walk. There are restaurants and supermarkets in the commercial street. The room size is OK, equipped with a capsule coffee machine and a kettle. The sound insulation is good, and you can hardly hear any outside noise. The bathroom facilities are good, and there is plenty of hot water, but unfortunately the water pressure is not enough. The hotel breakfast is worth mentioning. Although there is no chef to cook on the spot, the overall quality is good. The time period from 7:00 to 10:30 can meet the needs of most guests. Check-out is at 12:00 noon, but you can store your luggage. There is an outdoor seating area at the entrance of the hotel. This hotel is recommended.

Had a wonderful 1 night stay. Lovely room, great breakfast. The location is incredible, basically as central as you can get. I was a bit worried about noise pollution but the windows etc were very well insulated and I slept great.

It is very convenient to travel. The Central Railway Station, Dam Square, the Royal Palace, and *** are all within walking distance. The nearby Sichuan Hotel is delicious, but the exterior of the hotel is being renovated, which is a bit disturbing!

The location of the hotel was good. It's walking distance from the central station and surrounded by many shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and the receptionist even walked me to the lift. However, the layout of the hotel was a little weird as the lift to my room was a small one in a corner next to the carpark entrance. Wasn't a good impression given the amount paid for the stay. The room was small but the decor was pleasing and very comfortable. The toilet was of a good size and the shower was relatively wide. Breakfast provided at the hotel was good.

The hotel is located in the heart of Amsterdam's Dam Square, to Chinatown, just a 10-minute walk from the red light district. The hotel is opposite the Queen's department store, the most exclusive department store in Amsterdam with many designer shops, and the shopping street is the second road on the left side of the hotel. On the pedestrian street, about two or thirty minutes is the flower market. On the right side is the Madame Tussauds Wax Museum. On the first floor is the famous watch shop. Walk to Haicheng Restaurant for five minutes. The hotel has only 16 rooms in a boutique hotel. It takes about 30 minutes to get to the airport. It can be reached by walk from Amsterdam Central Railway Station for about 15 minutes. It is recommended to take a taxi for large luggage, because the road along the road is uneven and difficult to tow. Between 20-30 euros, because you have to detour. The hotel ci is located on the third floor, the service is warm and thoughtful, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, stylish and sophisticated, the smart panel control system is convenient to use, provide late bed service, welcome chocolate and use French Langfan toiletries in Amsterdam hotel Should be among the best. The hotel offers a restaurant on the third floor, which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. The only products are available, and the price is not high. Because there are too many restaurants around the hotel, the competition is strong. The bar is also on the third floor, and the evening is fragrant. This hotel is worth checking in, but it needs to be booked 15 to 30 days in advance, otherwise the price will rise.

I was one person and they asked me to pay the city tax 2 times because they said that it is a double room and that's how it sould be - 30 euros instead of 15. They said ”its on the systeme and that it can not be changed even if i am just one person”. In that hotel they do not allow to anyone open the windows - that is very stressful even for people with no claustrophobia. No window open - of course in all rooms closed by key - but in the entire hotel also. It was a very strange feeling to not be able to have fresh air and beeing closed in all that big building. I personaly will not recommand this hotel to anyone and even if i would pay 0 euros i would not return.

There is an excellent hotel in a beautiful mansion on the Prinsengracht. The staff is very friendly and happy to take the time to answer all your questions. The room is beautifully decorated with a classic design that fits seamlessly with the historic ambiance of the building. The welcome drink in the attractive and intimate restaurant was much appreciated. In short, a wonderful experience.

First room provided had a small window, that can onky be reached with a ladder. The claustrophobic feeling creeps in. Request a change of room, and was provided with one that is much better. Breakfast was OK, limited spread. No hot water in the morning as the overall heating system was down apparently. Checked out, and was given a free taxi voucher to go to our next destination. Good service saved the unfortunate circumstances. Kudos to the front office team thar managed this. Thank you.
