"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ **A Wonderful Hotel for a Family Getaway**
We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The front desk staff were warm, friendly and extremely helpful. When we needed cash, they kindly helped us exchange it. The washbasin in our room was clogged, but the maintenance team came and fixed it promptly.
The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the hotel was excellent value for money. The beach is right outside the hotel, and there is also an indoor children’s playground and a pool table for the whole family to enjoy.
Highly recommended for families looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!"

Mohd Sharafie Bin AhmadExcellent cleanliness. The building facilities include a clean and spacious swimming pool, a gym, karaoke, and a pool table. There are plenty of food stalls around the building, so you'll be spoilt for choice. It's only RM11-13 to take a Grab to Midvalley Southkey.

The unit is spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed is bouncy and we slept well. The place also comes with useful amenities like a fridge, electric stove, oven, iron and hair dryer. However, there is no water dispenser or water filter provided. Basic utensils such as plates, spoons and bread knives are available, but there are no forks, bowls or other cooking tools, so you may need to bring your own or purchase separately if you plan to cook.
The downside was the check-in experience. We were only given the access card without the bedroom key, and ended up stuck outside for almost an hour trying to figure out how to enter. The owner’s response was quite late, which made the situation frustrating. The TV in the room was also not functioning. On the positive side, the owner did allow a late check-out at 1pm.
Overall, the stay was comfortable after settling in, but the initial access issue and late response affected the first impression.

mochietteHotel located very close to the checkpoint area. Nice room with a decent amount of space, staff were helpful with all queries. It’s right next to a small mall with eateries available plus supermarket and a Watsons at basement level. Easy to get cabs to go elsewhere in JB. Hotel check-in counter is on level 5. Small gym and pools available on level 6.

solo Beginner tripThis location offers a strategic setting with diverse dining and entertainment options. The nearby movie theater is ideal for a movie marathon, providing a quiet and enjoyable experience. On Mondays, the area features a night market (pasar malam), which attracts a significant number of visitors. For those seeking to avoid crowds, exploring nearby food courts—such as Cedar Point Food Centre—offers a convenient alternative for food hunting.

Guest UserNice hotel and clean room, but hotel does not seem ready for operation or they’ve manpower issues.
When we arrived on Friday afternoon there was nobody at the reception area, I had to walk around and finally found a staff outside. He then helped us to contact his colleague, who then told us to proceed to another level.
Bfast option was very limited and similarly they seemed understaffed.
Location was secluded, there were no amenities around.
Overall nice concept (if you like airplanes) and place is clean/new.

Great stay at Capri by Fraser Johor Bahru
I had a really pleasant stay at Capri by Fraser Johor Bahru. The room was spacious, clean, modern and very comfortable. I especially liked the apartment-style layout and the kitchenette, which made the room feel more like a home rather than a typical hotel room.
The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spacious, and the room was well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The facilities were also great, especially the swimming pool, gym and laundry facilities.
The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the overall service made the experience even better.
The location is also convenient, especially for those travelling between Johor Bahru and Singapore. It is close to JB Sentral and CIQ, although depending on the current road conditions, walking may not always be the most convenient option.
Overall, I had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Spacious room, good facilities, friendly service and a convenient location. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Capri by Fraser Johor Bahru! 😊

Absolutely fantastic, this resort was an unexpected surprise! It was a very last-minute decision, but it's now one I wholeheartedly recommend!
There's a free shuttle from the pier that gets you there in about 5-10 minutes.
The hotel lobby is super picturesque; you just want to relax as soon as you walk in. The complimentary welcome drink was delicious.
The room was spacious, and they provided a lot of amenities. The view from the room was absolutely stunning!
There are two pools and two bars, both highly recommended.
Breakfast didn't have many options, and the taste was just average.
I also tried the hotel's spa on the second day – highly recommended!
The service was excellent!

The room was clean and great!
Breakfast was great, a lot of choices!
The gym was well equipped. Walkiing distance to beachfront, not private beach area.
They provide only 1 basement parking per room.
