The Royal Family Suite by Memoire Palace Resort & Spa
4.8/531 Reviews
I rarely take time to write detailed reviews but I wanted to share my truly unforgettable experience at The Royal Family Suite by Memoire Palace Resort & Spa. Nestled amidst the vibrant city, the hotel stands out as the epitome of luxury and hospitality. Impeccable service (a special thank you to the manager, John), exquisite, carefully thought out design (you can literally swim from your balcony), and outstanding amenities, I genuinely believe Memoire Palace Resort & Spa has established itself as the premier destination for travelers seeking an unforgettable experience in Siem Reap. Some of my favorite parts about the hotel and experience in general were: Interior & Exterior Architecture: A harmonious blend of traditional Khmer influences and contemporary elegance creates a truly breathtaking atmosphere. The attention to detail in the interior design, with its lavish furnishings, excellent choice of lighting, and unique artistic touches, elevates the overall experience to new heights. The room was spacious, elegantly furnished, and equipped with state-of-the-art amenities. The plush bedding, tranquil ambiance, and panoramic views create an oasis of relaxation. The Exceptional Service: One of the standout features of Memoire Palace Resort & Spa is its commitment to providing exceptional service to its guests and the environment. The staff members are attentive, courteous and go above and beyond to meet every guest's needs. The manager even made an effort to visit me at the gym as he could not greet me at the reception. The hotel's staff is truly dedicated to creating a seamless and memorable stay for each visitor. In addition, the commitment to a plastic-free experience was impressive - there was literally none in all the facilities. They should be commended. Culinary Options: Memoire Palace Resort & Spa boasts an impressive array of dining options, each offering a unique culinary experience. From traditional Khmer delicacies to international flavors. The Stage 1960 had an impressive menu with imported meats I doubt can be found elsewhere; breakfast every morning was beautiful with the freshest local ingredients to create innovative dishes; even the room service, typically an afterthought, was thoughtful with something for everyone. Location: The Royal Family Suite by Memoire Palace Resort & Spa is ideally located. The hotel is a stone's throw away from the magnificent Angkor Wat, allowing guests to easily explore the UNESCO World Heritage site. Additionally, it's only a 2-minute ride to the bustling Old Market and the vibrant Pub Street, providing convenient access to local markets, shops, and lively nightlife. Tuk-tuk drivers are on standby outside the hotel so there is no wait In summary, Memoire Palace Resort & Spa is a beacon of luxury, hospitality, and elegance in Siem Reap. I have yet to find a flaw! Whether you are a business traveler, family, or here for a honeymoon - I highly recommend choosing this resort when booking your accommodation in Siem Reap!
Anjali by Syphon

Siem Reap National Road 6
Anjali was perfect. Quiet, restful, and beautiful. The pool is always shaded by dense foliage so it seemed like we were in the middle of the jungle. The restaurant was amazing, and all the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They helped us arrange all our tours and activities. We were especially lucky to have Mr. Chhlen drive us around all week in the tuktuk and the van: not only was he kind and knowledgeable, making helpful suggestions for attractions and restaurants we wouldn’t have known about otherwise, but also he was very attentive to our kids and helped keep them safe and entertained when we were out temples and souvenir shops. We highly recommend Anjali and would stay again.

While staying at Metta residence my Husband enjoyed a nine night stay. The breakfast buffet was consistent each morning and lucky served us each day with a smile and fresh hot coffee. The rooms were clean daily and very spacious. The front desk was always hopeful. It was a bit moist at times. Tuk Tuk driver called Kimsun was extremely helpful and very generous, many evenings, he drove us around without asking for anything extra, which gave us a reason to provide him with a great tip. I do recommend this hotel for couples and families. The pool is beautiful and is in the sun until about 4 PM daily.

I travelled to Siem Reap alone and as a solo female traveller, I cannot stress enough how safe and wonderful my experience was staying at this hotel. Here's some info to consider if you decide to stay here: 1. Service: The best ever! Although, I would say this for absolutely every local I met, such beautiful people. Mr. Key and team certainly deserve 5 stars, very attentive, polite, friendly and hands-on...you made my stay worth every penny. Thank you for your kind hospitality 🙏🏻 2. Facilities: The hotel is beautiful and elegant and has such a peaceful energy as you walk in. The room I stayed in was incredible, squeaky clean, tidy, spacious, harmonious and the bed/pillows felt like a cloud after a long day, it has a mini bar and I don't think I've ever cared much about the robes...but I gotta say, the softest robes ever! Not to mention that I do appreciate that the bed linen, towels and robe smell good and clean. The pool is very clean and surrounded by a well kept garden. There's a gym and the spa service is not to be missed, the masseuse is very skilled, strong yet gentle, I came out of the session feeling refreshed and my skin was so silky, do get the scrub! 3. Breakfast: There's a little cozy restaurant that offers a variety of food. Breakfast is buffet style with a delicious western and local menu to choose from. They also prepare fresh omelettes, yum. The staff in the restaurant are very courteous and friendly, I personally enjoyed talking to Sa and Sokhim. 4. Location/transportation: The hotel is located at about 10mins from the city centre and places of interest like Pub Street and the Markets, and about 20mins from Angkor Wat. They offer free tuk tuk rides and can arrange airport transportation from/to the airport. My only complaint is that I didn't stay long enough...but that's on me 😁 Oh and because the atmosphere of the hotel is all natural, do expect to see some friendly lizards and other garden pets while walking around the facilities🦎 So, be careful not to hurt them. This is now my go-to place to stay in Siem Reap!

We provide refreshing coconuts and wet towels in the large and spacious car that picks you up from the airport. After eating the coconuts, you will arrive at the hotel. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is fresh and delicious. We provide fresh fruit juice and delicious coffee. The room is large and clean, the air conditioner is cool, and the bathroom is clean. Even if you are far from the city, a tuk-tuk is waiting for you at any time. If it rains, they will lend you an umbrella and the smiling staff will make your trip pleasant. Free massage and welcome wine and fruit will make you feel good. The swimming pool is large and great for relaxation. The owner is friendly and seeing his smile makes me realize why the hotel staff are so friendly. I had a really comfortable trip in Siem Reap, Cambodia. Thank you.

Siem Reap Downtown
Hotel is very conveniently located. close enough to walk to Pub street and the night market, yet far away enough to not have your sleep disrupted by the noise and crowds of prople. surrounded by local and international restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful, we needed a wheelchair and they arranged everything for us. Breakfast had a good variety of local and western food with even an omelette station. Only 15 min away from Angkor Wat complex by tuktuk. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
Jaya House River Park

Angkor
As a hotel enthusiast, I have to say Jaya House went above and beyond my expectations and truly represents what a true luxury hotel experience should be. What makes this place above and beyond is the people. From the owner to the managers to the staff, every single person at Jaya House brings their whole, authentic, warm-nature and kind-hearted self to deliver an experience that truly makes you feel welcomed, noticed, appreciated, relaxed and dare I say… ‘loved’. Everyday you are greeted with warm smiles and a ‘ready to help’ attitude. No request is too small or large. At some point, I felt as though I was staying at the Aman. That’s how good the service was and those who know me, know that I’m a tough critic. At the moment, the entire country of Cambodia is still recovering from Covid. Tourism is not back 100% yet so the spa is not open and dinner service is not available. Jaya House will let you know this in advance so you can manage your trip organization. Beyond the service, the rooms are spacious and well maintained. The housekeeping team is so on top of their game, to the point that we had to stop them from replacing the towels after only being used one time. The facilities are beautiful and well maintained. The food is delicious and they make their own tea which is amazing. The location is a bit outside of the ‘center’ and when I say a bit outside, it’s only 1.5km at most… but hey, when you’re in a relaxing mode even a 5 minute tuk-tuk can feel far 😊. Overall - an amazing experience and I cannot wait to go back when the spa is opened.

This hotel is excellent in every way but the staff are the icing on the cake. I received a warm welcome with a glass of fresh orange juice and Mr Meas gave me a personal introduction to the hotel and showed me around and the room. The breakfast is delicious and you could choose from variety of options and open from 6 am until 11 am. Other meals can be provided also. The breakfast lounge is next to the pool and very pleasant environment to start your day. The room was beautiful, spacious with antique wooden furniture. Very clean room and daily cleaning provided. The services provided are excellent and staff are always around to facilitate any of your request and willing to go extra mile to accommodate. The foot massage was very professional and one of the best I have had. The location is not too far and costs about 3 USD for a Tuktuk ride to the centre. Mr Sochea sent me off after my stay with colleagues and throughout the stay I received a more personalized family orientated service I would say. It was sad to leave this hotel. On an additional note, Cambodia is a must see country with full of very friendly and kind people. I had a great time there! I shall return again to this country / hotel and looking forward to staying longer the next time.

Good location, clean rooms, amazing pool and the best part, extremely nice staff, especially Rose who even memorised our names and made our experience even better. The hotel is well located, only a 10 minute walk from the river side. The hotel staff did their best to make us comfortable and the restaurant had amazing food, both local and western. We spent three nights and wouldn’t mind having stayed more.
