Overall, we had a very pleasant experience at the hotel, thanks to its prime location and the quality of products and materials used. However, we wished the room lights were brighter at night. Unfortunately, we missed our first day and night at the hotel due to flight delays. We requested an additional breakfast for one more person for two days, but the hotel only provided one free breakfast...

This hotel is perfect either for a quick stop or longer stay. It is easy to get to from the Osaka airport and it takes less than 10mins to get there by JR train. It’s within walking distance to Osaka Bay, Marble Beach, Rinku park, Rinku premier outlets and Seacle mall/plaza. The hotel check in is at 3pm. Upon arrival you use the self checkin system in the lobby (there are staff available to assist you if needed). The process is easy and fast. If you need any amenities such as toothpaste m, toothbrush etc, you pick them up from the lobby before you head on up to your room. The room we had which was a standard view was very clean. The space was just enough for 2 people and 2 small suitcases. The shower/bath was very clean. It’s not a huge space in there, but it has everything you need for a shower or a bath. Not many people would agree, but I’m all for sustainable practice. Instead of having bottled water in each room, every floor has a hydration room where you can take the water jug/flask from your room and fill it up with filtered and drinkable water. The tap water in our room was not recommended for drinking. However, if you do want bottled water you can pop over to Lawson on first floor and buy some and some snacks. The hydration room has a filtered water machine, ice machine and a microwave. The buffet breakfast is AMAZING! There’s a lot of options from Japanese, Chinese and western dishes. The service is great and the view is spectacular. Get there early to sit by the window. This hotel has a rooftop area that serves craft beer and food. The view is lovely! The pictures I included are of the view from the hotel room I stayed in, the pancake station for breakfast, rooftop view at night. Totally recommend this place.

I went on a three night trip with my younger sister to Osaka. Everything about the hotel was grear, with the exception of the breakfast at the Japanese restaurant. With a prefix single food option, it was hard to eat the same food over and over again over several days. Otherwise, the room condition, the location, and the hospitality from the staff were all great. Strongly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a hotel during your Osaka stay.

This time, I experienced the special room type on the 38th floor, which is similar to the executive room in China. That is, five meals a day, plus hot soup on the 30th floor. After the experience, it is expensive for a reason. 1. Service: It is so good that there is nothing to say, and the emotional value is full. I originally thought that Japan always checks in at 15 o'clock, but I didn't expect that this time after 13 o'clock, we checked in on the 38th floor and got our room immediately. The waiters on the 38th floor are all older uncles. They are very good in English and very elegant. They told us about the mountains in the distance and the planes taking off and landing at Itami Airport. 2. Environment: The 38th floor is very quiet, and the lounge can overlook half of Osaka, and the mood is very good. 3. Room: The bedding is comfortable, and you don't need to bring your own pajamas, because it is very comfortable. The amenities are OK, and it is also equipped with a facial mask and a polo 4-piece set. The minibar is free. The only complaint is the sound insulation. You can hear the rumbling sound of the train downstairs. It is recommended to bring your own earplugs. I slept after 12 o'clock in the evening, and the sound is small. 4. Meals: Breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner all use the lounge on the 38th floor. There is champagne and wine from morning to night, and there is more wine from 17:00 to 19:00 in the evening. In the morning, there is fish roe and sea urchin rice. The sweet rice with fish roe and fresh sea urchin is 100% delicious. It is even better in the evening. There are lobsters (sweet and elastic), abalone (soft and chewy), and beef tongue. They are all self-service. In addition, you can also order Wagyu steak, lobster noodles, etc., but I think the self-service ones are more delicious. There is caviar for both breakfast and dinner. There is bread all day long. Their bread is really delicious. I can only eat two a day. Finally, before leaving, I bought the same bread on the first floor at my own expense and took it home. If I have the chance next time, I will go to this hotel again. I can stay there without any hesitation.

Our stay was just OK. The staff were pleasant and kind. The room was also reasonably spacious with a nice bed and very good rain shower. Facilities in the hotel are poor. There is no swimming pool, sauna or steam room. There is a train station very close walking distance to the hotel. Overall, the hotel was nice. But I just didn't get a great vive for the place. I normally like Courtyard Marriott Hotels - I love the one in & HK at Sai Ying Pun, and I love the CMH in Nusa Dua Bali. But this one isn't great.

A wonderful hotel! My daughter and I fell in love with him! Great location - metro, trains, cafes, shops - all within walking distance! Very clean, large room, it has everything you need and even more! Very friendly and helpful staff! The only sadness is that you can't buy pajamas from this hotel. Wonderful hotel and wonderful staff! We will definitely come back to you again! Thank you for the wonderful reception! ❤️🔥
