5-Star Hotels in Osaka Prefecture, Japan

This hotel is perfect either for a quick stop or longer stay. It is easy to get to from the Osaka airport and it takes less than 10mins to get there by JR train. It’s within walking distance to Osaka Bay, Marble Beach, Rinku park, Rinku premier outlets and Seacle mall/plaza. The hotel check in is at 3pm. Upon arrival you use the self checkin system in the lobby (there are staff available to assist you if needed). The process is easy and fast. If you need any amenities such as toothpaste m, toothbrush etc, you pick them up from the lobby before you head on up to your room. The room we had which was a standard view was very clean. The space was just enough for 2 people and 2 small suitcases. The shower/bath was very clean. It’s not a huge space in there, but it has everything you need for a shower or a bath. Not many people would agree, but I’m all for sustainable practice. Instead of having bottled water in each room, every floor has a hydration room where you can take the water jug/flask from your room and fill it up with filtered and drinkable water. The tap water in our room was not recommended for drinking. However, if you do want bottled water you can pop over to Lawson on first floor and buy some and some snacks. The hydration room has a filtered water machine, ice machine and a microwave. The buffet breakfast is AMAZING! There’s a lot of options from Japanese, Chinese and western dishes. The service is great and the view is spectacular. Get there early to sit by the window. This hotel has a rooftop area that serves craft beer and food. The view is lovely! The pictures I included are of the view from the hotel room I stayed in, the pancake station for breakfast, rooftop view at night. Totally recommend this place.

A wonderful hotel! My daughter and I fell in love with him! Great location - metro, trains, cafes, shops - all within walking distance! Very clean, large room, it has everything you need and even more! Very friendly and helpful staff! The only sadness is that you can't buy pajamas from this hotel. Wonderful hotel and wonderful staff! We will definitely come back to you again! Thank you for the wonderful reception! ❤️🔥

The bed made my body itch a lot... This is really annoying... I don't know why it says that the hotel will open in 2023, but it feels like it has been open for at least 5 years... Also, I saw a review saying that there is a bus to USJ... But it's only available on weekends...? ? ? ? In the end, I took a taxi and spent 500 or 600 yuan on the round trip. It would be better to spend more money to stay in a hotel near USJ... Overall Service: Still good, some of the front desk staff made people feel bad, but it's no problem, I don't care so much But I won't choose this hotel next time

We stayed 6 nights at Sheraton , first 3 nights were upgraded to premium room but the other 3 nights after we back from Kyoto was to normal room , however they have provided everything we need eg like shower chair fir elderly . Very good and thoughtful services , central location and can go everywhere easily . Many eateries n Kintetsu departmental stores n Hihi town n Newly yufura shopping ctr all around the hotel .

Overall evaluation: I booked the hotel after reading the reviews on Ctrip. The hotel is in a very good location, right between Shinsaibashi and Umeda. If you are not tired, you can walk there. The office building where the hotel is located is very tall and grand. The price is not expensive, and it is cost-effective. However, there are the following problems: 1. The overall environment is very noisy. The hotel lobby is located on the 17th floor, like a big inn, full of guests waiting to check in and check out with luggage. The reception staff and arrangements are insufficient, and the experience is extremely poor. 2. Many waiters and drivers are of Indian descent. Compared with other Japanese hotels I stayed in, they have poor service awareness, stiff movements, and no intimacy. 3. The breakfast environment is good, but the food is very poor. The bread and pastries are extremely cheap factory goods. There are a lot of people eating, and the experience is very poor. 4. The hotel hygiene is average, and I didn't dare to go to the public bathroom.

Easy access between KIX airport by train or car, the room cleaning crew is very friendly and thoughtful.  The bakery store has really good stuff but buffet breakfast was not good, supposed to close by 10am but when I arrived there 9:15, most food trays were empty.

Very big hotel, so many rooms and large building facilities. Japanese breakfast is very nicely catered into a set and nice bar

Beautiful property that is clean and well managed. It's about a 10-15 mins walk from Osaka station/ Herbis Osaka bus stop (if you're taking the airport limousine). It's in the Kita area so beware of the restrictions for Uber rides between 10pm to 1am.

1. Location is excellent. Almost inside Izumisano Station, yet perfect sound-proofing and privacy. Takes 10 minutes to the airport from the hotel. 2. The outdoor hot bath is fantastic, very hot, and the bathing area is elegant and high quality. 3. The ”single” room had a good sized bed, possibly ”Semi-double” size. 4. The kettle in the room was Balmuda brand. Expensive and lovely. 5. No negatives whatsoever. I hope to stay here again.

The lobby side escalator will lead you to osaka train station where you can buy direct train to Kansai airport. Then if take the lift to level 1 will lead you to takashimaya shopping mall. Opp is IOIO shopping mall beside it, is the longest walling street... This hotel also near to kumonon market I hope I spell correct

Had a good stay. Booked the corner room with city view. Worth the price I paid for it. Don’t need go observatory tower. It’s abit far to the subway but food and shopping is just across the road, therefore the walk to the subway don’t feel tedious. The French restaurant, Kunsei Kitchen, definitely worth to dine there. From food to service, 5 stars. Though it’s not Michelin rated, it’s at Michelin’s standard. The gym and the room amenities, it’s not a 5-star standard. If we are comparing the stars of hotels. Staff services, definitely is prompt and very good, but not at 5-stars standard since it’s supposed to be 5-stars hotel. More on a 4-stars standard.

I arrived at 2:00 PM to check in, but was told my room wasn't ready and to come back at 3:00 PM.  I decided to have afternoon tea in the lounge.  There were plenty of empty seats visible, but I was informed it was fully booked.  So, we went to the bar for coffee, but nothing there appealed to us.  At 3:00 PM, I returned to check in, only to be told the room would be ready at 3:30 PM.  However, the concierge was very patient and helpful, booking a restaurant for us, and the view from the room made up for the delays.

In general, every thing in the room is easy to use and in good condition. You can put your drink in the refrigerator. Although I forgot after…. Services was professional. Too bad, all the good views room (riverside view) are taken which is pity, we have to face city lights view for five days. There are many 24hours shop around. Quite easy to get stuff you want. Shuttle buses drivers are superior. They are extremely kind and helpful. Best regards to them and greeting stuff who stand in front of hotel.
