Everything is just perfect , from the arrival welcome drinks and the staff are nice. The Onsen is also beautiful. One thing is not good is the flashing on top of the ceiling is quite annoying for people who don’t like any light during sleep. If it can be improve, say can switch off during night time. Probably it’s a perfect hotel for family vacation!

The rooms were spotless, spacious, and elegantly designed, with modern amenities that added to the convenience. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful stay. The on-site dining offered a great variety of delicious dishes, and the breakfast buffet was a highlight. The location was perfect, within walking distance of key attractions. Overall, this hotel is a fantastic choice for both leisure and business travelers. I will definitely return and highly recommend it to others.

We first went to Jinlin Lake Street, and then drove to the campsite for about 25 minutes. Although the weather was freezing, it was not too hard, and there was no snow. After arriving, we camped in the reception. The staff was very friendly. The package we ordered included dinner and breakfast. In fact, it was basically enough for two people. All the drinks in the refrigerator were free. For dinner, there was rice and curry sauce. The curry was delicious. The weather was quite cold at night, so in the end we chose not to ask the staff to help us make the bonfire. We went out to the camp at night and looked at the many stars in the sky. We also saw the sunrise in the morning. This place is worth a visit!

The private hot spring in the room was a dream come true. It provided a serene and indulgent experience that was the highlight of my stay. The staff were exceptional, providing top-notch service that made my stay unforgettable.

We changed room type when we got to the hotel (from Seaside Maisonette to one of the Tower apartments) and this was seamlessly offered to us by the night staff. Service is top notch. Great for families. The food is wonderful and there is private onsen in every single room. Highly recommend for families of up to 4 persons to stay in the tower apartments. They are very new and well furnished.

The location is a bit far from Hita City, but there is no problem in driving by yourself. The hotel has a first-class view and is baby-friendly. Only the decoration is a bit old, but the overall experience is good. The two meals a day are great! !
