The hotel is located in the city, not too far from transit hubs like the Mysore Railway Station or attractions like the Mysore Palace. A short ride of about 10 to 15 minutes to be precise.
The hotel is equipped with modern amenities while their staff are well trained and were accomodating of all our needs.
The breakfast spread was particularly great while being satisfying and wholesome. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in their outdoor dining area.
A special shout out to their front of office staff Mr. Jagatpati and their restaurant staff members Ms. Durga and Mr. Sanjeev for their tireless efforts to make us feel comfortable and attended to.
We had a pleasant stay overall and look forward to staying here again sometime soon.

Only had a short stay there as I was in transit. The staff was great, the room was comfortable and I wish I had more than 8 hours to spend. It IS walkable from Terminal 2 although it’s a pain in the a$$. Anyone you ask tells you to go to Terminal 1 and take the shuttle, but I managed to find it in about 15 minutes. Would be nice to have a frequently circulating shuttle to both terminals.

It was a memorable trip. Services were top notch and impeccable service attitude seen in all staff. Frankly, I have not seen such a high service standards so far in my earlier visits to other countries and hotels. Staff was extremely courteous and made our trip very comfortable in all aspects. Would like to commend one particular female front office staff ms akansha who made all the sincere efforts to make our stay so comfortable. She also arranged to provide us rooms for early check ins as we were very tired upon arrival into the hotel. Please cherish all the staff who made our stay so so comfortable and we felt it like home. Kudos and 7 stars to the hotel for their impeccable and flawless services.
Will definately stay again and recommend the hotel to my friends.

Stayed at Leela Palace twice, this time is a club room, the price is not cheap, in early 2000. No time to enjoy the afternoon tea and drink at the Lounge Bar. Leela is still so beautiful, every detail is like living in the palace. This time I suddenly found that there was a shopping mall and a salon in Leela downstairs. Surprise~ The next decision is still here~

the staff are friendly and professional. the cafe's chef was quite good. the beds clean and comfortable,
the hotel however was designed by a nincompop. there was barely four inches between the front of the toilet and the wall. the sink is designed to splash. the lights cannot all be controlled from the bedside.
overall i had a pleasant stay.

FFernweh_mannuIt's such a beautiful property in the middle of Bengaluru. And it's so pretty coz it's royal in look and based on the theme of Royal palace of windsor.
If i talk about service, it was top notch, checkin and checkout was super smooth and easy. Room service was quick and really helpful!
Food was amazing with so ***y great restaurants within the property. I loved food at Dakshin. And ofcourse there was big breakfast buffet with lots of variety and taste.
I loved my overall experience at this place! 😍 😍

GGuest UserI stayed from 20 to 25 Dec. I checked in late at around 2 am on 20 Dec and checked out super early on 25 Dec at 8:30 am in the morning. My dad unexpectedly passed away in the city on 21 Dec and for most of my trip, I was busy with the arrangements, returning late only to sleep in my room. On check out day, my flight got postponed and I returned to the hotel. For the most part, the Front Desk people were super helpful. However on the last day when I requested some private space just to sit and collect my thoughts. I was curtly told by Mr Sumit to 'sit around in the lobby'. Of course I wasn't expecting my room back but some sensitive courtesy in replying to a request would have been appreciated. It was a bitter jarring end to an otherwise smooth stay. I won't be staying here in future.

I stayed in this hotel as it was the best one to visit my grandfathers grave in Kolar Gold Fields. The duty ***ager Parvin went above and beyond to organise a driver for the day to take me to buy flowers and then pick up a guide to show me KGF and help me find my grandfathers grave. When I was visiting from England. The whole experience was beyond all expectations.
We stayed in the hotel for two days enjoying the roof top pool and delicious buffets. This is a very well run hotel who treat their guests as their number one priority.

CChrissy GWould definitely highly recommend this hotel to any traveller. The location next to the mall is perfect with ample shopping and lots of food shops to try. The hotel is beautifully kept with attention to detail at every level of service and cleanliness. Staff are super helpful and very friendly willing to accommodate your every need. The hotel is also equipped with day spa which is the perfect end to your holiday. The architecture design of this building is incredible so gorgeous to see during the day and even more impressive at night. Keep the great level of service up would definitely book again if visiting India again

It's close to the exhibition hall and there's a mall next door, so it's great for a meal.
