"We recently stayed at Taj Yeshwantpur, Bengaluru to celebrate my mother's birthday. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and there were several things the hotel did well. The check-in process was smooth, the reception staff were courteous, and we genuinely appreciated the effort the team put into decorating the room with balloons and a cake for my mother's birthday and upgrading us to a higher floor. That thoughtful gesture made the celebration special. However, what stood out was that many of the small details expected from a luxury brand like Taj were missing. Luxury hospitality is often defined by consistency in the little things. While walking through the corridors, several staff members passed by without even a smile or a simple greeting. It may seem minor, but these small interactions are what create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. At other luxury hotels such as Oberoi or St. Regis, the staff consistently make you feel like a valued guest throughout your stay. Unfortunately, we didn't get that feeling here. There were also several oversights with the room setup. The room was booked for three guests, yet only two pairs of slippers, two toothbrushes, and one bathrobe were provided. We had to call housekeeping for additional amenities. Again, it's a small detail, but these are the small things that guests naturally expect at this level of hospitality. The Locker rooms just had towels with no bath robes and slippers. Clearly it's cost cutting and any experienced traveller would feel that. Breakfast was not up to the mark as well. I usually start my morning with soup, which is commonly available at many luxury hotel breakfast buffets. When I politely asked if soup was available, the response was simply, ”We don't serve soup here,” rather than offering a warm or helpful alternative. None of these issues individually ruined our stay. In fact, the birthday arrangement and reception experience were genuinely appreciated. But when you're staying at a property carrying the Taj name, it's the attention to detail that makes the experience exceptional. Those details were unfortunately missing throughout our stay. I hope this feedback is taken constructively because the foundation is clearly there. With better attention to small touches and more consistent guest interaction from the staff, the overall experience would better reflect the luxury reputation that Taj is known for."

"Very central location nearby to MG Road, with good security that checks every vehicle entering the Hotel. There is also bag check at the entrance for safety. Rooms are quite large and comfortable and amenities are very decent with a large Gym, pool, and 3 restaurants to choose from (Indian, Asian, and Italian). Breakfast spread was also delicious and included in my stay. Concierge service is good as they are able to arrange airport transfer and vehicle local transfer from hotel to office and back fairly quickly. The only downside is the wifi login was unable to work and we had to get the 24hour one time code to use the wifi everyday. Inconvenient as we need the wifi to clear some work."

"It was really good experience. From the beginning to the end. The stuff is really great, very helpful and kind. I truly want to say thank you for this stay ! Clean , comfortable, quiet. The food was good. We were welcomed and they allowed us to check out later. Also , we experienced earth hour which was pretty special. ❤️"

"We had a really bad experience with our first hotel which was oakwood whitefield (please don’t book oakwood! I was trapped in elevator for 15 min and didn’t get any apologies or acknowledgment from the staff and general manager) Palm meadows on the other hand were awesome from start to finish. We came very early but I think the receptionist saw how distraught we were and allowed us to do early check in. All throughout they have been really helpful. The room had black out curtains so we had such good sleep. Very worth it for the price."

"The staff came pick us up at the airport with nameplate and happy smile at midnight. Despite the 5 minutes ride to the hotel, he introduced Bangalore to us enthusiastically then saw him again at breakfast time. Very hardworking staff!."

"The service was great! I had wished for a bigger Hyatt-type room although it was very comfortable and clean. So it was alright.The staff are so friendly and warm and very helpful from the doorman, reception, concierge and wait staff at the Brasserie on the 4th floor. I had the best idlys and dosas. The butter dosa was superb. I'd like to name the following staff who were really outstanding and who were the only ones whom we had encounters with: Dibiya, Biswajit (Manager), Trishana, Aryan, Shiva (reception desk), Joseph, Kaif, Roshan, Kecha, Chinmay (Manager) Hyatt Centric should be very proud of them. The breakfast could do well with a change in the daily breakfast. For those like us who stayed for 5 days, it became mundane after the second day. Overall kudos to the team!!"

"Had a wonderful stay, staffs are soo polite and helpful. Facilities could use bit of modern touch. There are complimentary tjings included in the stay, it would be better if the staff could explain them properly during checkout. I almost missed out going to the sauna/ steam room."

"Beautiful hotel with wonderful decor and rooms. Staff at admissions could be a bit friendlier. Advertises a shuttle to airport but actually need to pay 11,800 rupees for one way trip - we got an Uber."
