"Sorry but i had a view complaint about the hotel
First is the lift, it is annoying that we had to switch lift just to go to the lobby and concierge
Mall is not open yet so it is not quite like the advertising
Plus dialing the receptions could really took a long time to pick up.
Amenities are so basic.
Even the soap and shampoo smells like reguler brand. I dont know, but i can not recommend this hotel for future stay. ๐"

The view is great. The room is clean and spacious. We have played kayak, snorkeling, and feeding animals. Children are happy.
