Beautiful hotel with friendly and courteous staffs. Our room was clean, and we would receive surprise desserts daily. The breakfast buffet had extensive choices & was delish! Would definitely be our go to hotel in Bogor.

The staff was friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any requests. From the check-in process to housekeeping and restaurant service, everything was smooth and professional. They made sure every guest felt welcomed and well taken care of. 3. Facilities (5/5) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Pullman Ciawi offers top-notch facilities that cater to both relaxation and recreation. The pools were well-maintained, with beautiful views of nature. The spa, gym, and kids' play area were also excellent, making it suitable for all types of travelers. The resort’s lush gardens and serene ambiance added to the overall relaxing experience. 4. Location (5/5) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Situated in Vimala Hills, away from the city's hustle, the resort provides a peaceful retreat while still being accessible from Jakarta. The surrounding greenery and mountain views create a refreshing escape, perfect for relaxation. Despite being outside of Puncak’s main area, it remains convenient for those looking for a luxury getaway. Final Verdict ✅ Highly recommended for those seeking a luxurious, clean, and peaceful stay with excellent service and facilities. Pullman Ciawi excels in providing a premium resort experience, making it a great choice for both couples and families. Would definitely return!

Top services, facilities and breakfast. Great city view as located in mountain, but drawback is the traffic congestion in peak travel season. Twin premium suite has no city view but facing to villages. Highly recommend booking the suite with city view. (Shown in the swimming pool pictures)

Location is great, near the Bandung Train Station and Paskal 23 Mall, which has a supermarket, lots of eateries, and stores. You can easily book Grab as well. Security is very good and the hotel is safe. Service from every single staff member is so pleasant, warm, friendly, and awesome. The concierge is ever helpful as well. The staff also reached out on our 2nd day to check that we were happy with everything and whether we have any requests. Room service is very efficient, and they are attentive to our setup for the 6 nights we stayed. Only that toilet can be a little bit cleaner. 😅 We would definitely love to stay at Hilton Bandung again!

Booked non-smoking room. Was given rooms on level 9th floor, which is a flexible floor where guests can smoke. I have asked what if there’s still smoke smell, the receptionist convince me that they ozone the rooms so shouldn’t have any smell. Room only ready at around 4pm (check-in starts at 2pm). Once i went in, the cigaratte smells was so strong, the staffs immediately sprayed deodorizer. Left the room, come back at 10pm, same smell. Called the service, no reply, called again to receptionist immediay ask to change room. They wanted to ozone the room again. It’s freaking 10pm, mind you. The guy ozone came and asked me whether i wasn’t aware with the floor flexibility. Mind you, i am paying for NON SMOKING ROOM, NOT FLEXIBLE ROOM. This hotel is a joke.

I’m so surprised with the hospitality from each division of the hotel. They are very humbled and have a quick respon to all my request especially when I said that I brought parents. Very well mannered The only thing that I really hate the most is the location and of course it goes to the traffic I literally need 24 hours from the hotel to Jakarta due to the super stuck traffic, I know it’s a long holiday but I think they need to figure better way to avoid this situation, and hopefully they can fix it in the near future Overall, I love it! I booked for one night n ended up to extent another night in the same hotel…. Its a great hotel in Bandung. Normally i like to hop hotels as i will make review vedios in utube but this hotel was good. Will surely stay here if i go to bandung again

the room is too noisy because all room facing open space which have rstaurant/cafe in downstair. At late night a lot of guess talking and laugh very louder and asking the hotel staff to control, but the hotel staff cant do anything

Even the hotel was old but they maintained it quite well. I was told that they doing some renovations on the 3rd and 4th floors but that doesn't effect us at all as couldn't even hear a noice. Only feedback is that maybe the hotel can look at the towels as they seems old and need to be changed... Other than that they are good.
