HENDRO PRDOn my frequent business trips to Semarang, I always stay at the PO Hotel, which is conveniently located next to Paragon Mall. It's a 5-star hotel in the city center, offering a nice staycation experience. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and for dinner, I just walk to PG Mall through the connected doorway. The breakfast menu is also comprehensive and delicious. My suggestion for PO Hotel would be to upgrade the TVs to smart TVs and add more local channels, specifically Anteve and Indosiar, if possible.

Savira zhuanzahAlila is a nice hotel , but being a city hotel lacks the personal touch . A personal request made at the time of booking from my husband was ignored, which was disappointing. Aside from waiting 1 hour for our luggage to be delivered to the room and the front desk not responding to an enquiry to pay a room upgrade.
The hairdryer is so sad for 5star hotel, i hope you change it. It’s works but it very difficult to use, even when you put up the hairdryer is off, so basically you only can dry the front hair. Modern hotel should have modern amenities as well.
Too tired to raise a complaint so i just leave it there.
everything was ok. Breakfast is good 👍
Most of the staff is friendly.
Is not bad but not that good .

Guest UserOn the recommendation of close friends, we chose to try Padma Hotel Semarang for our stay in Semarang, and we absolutely did not regret it. We truly enjoyed our stay.
The breakfast was extensive and delicious, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the gym was beautiful, and the coffee and pastries at Goolali were also of excellent quality. Combined with the beautiful entrance and the warm atmosphere of the hotel, it created a very pleasant overall experience.
What stood out the most to us, however, was the outstanding service from the staff. We would especially like to thank Mr. Syahrul for his professionalism and friendly service during breakfast.
One small point for improvement would be the speed of the Wi-Fi, especially when using YouTube on the television.
We certainly hope to return next year, hopefully for a longer stay.

Away from the hustle and bustle of yogya. Being in the city can be overwhelming, hence this location is just right, surrounded by nature - birds, clouds and an amazing view. The location is super interesting because the car has to go through so many winds through the village. If U take a morning jeep tour, the jeep will fetch U from the villa with the car top exposed and you can feel the wind in your hair, absorbing the peace from th village and fresh air.
They also have a massage, quite expensive but worth it at 450,000 idr per hour.
The geckos can be loud at night but that's nature. They have an amazing pool that oversees borobodur and Yogyakarta. The villa door has some ants but I think it's because of the wood?
The junior room suite villa roof feels a bit hollow because we can hear the birds jumping and squawking on top of it in the early evening.
Food is not fantastic, especially their breakfast. But since they locally produce long beans, try their long beans. It's crunchy and fresh. Their grilled ayam chicken rice is good too. Their sambal, however, is a must try. Fresh, spicy, tangy!
At night, you can hear adzan, which is call for prayer, across the whole of Yogyakarta. An amazing and holy experience.

Guest UserThank you so much, Hotel Tentrem! The breakfast here is truly the best – when you're in Semarang, you really don't need to go searching for food, everything is available at breakfast, it's perfect! ❤️❤️ It's absolutely the best! The service and hospitality are top-notch. We even requested decorations for Father's Day, and they helped decorate the room so beautifully and wonderfully. ❤️ All the staff are super friendly and helpful, and the room is incredibly comfortable, no doubt about it.

Guest Userlove every part of this hotel, during all my hop on and hop off hotels this past years, this Gumaya hotel has met a good standard in most of aspects, especially the breakfast. im so suprised find hotel that the breakfast food taste delicious in all the stalls (usually will be too salty, too bland or just bleh..) but at gumaya, we are like travelling to each own traditional food restaurant, the authentic gudeg, the very nice lumpia and ikan bandeng, the warm soto ayam semarang and the homemade jamu and juices.
all is excellent.

After booking, I contacted the hotel to arrange the pick-up and other transportation. The hotel responded to the email promptly. The car and driver were also the hotel's own car. Because the hotel is located in the countryside and is relatively remote, I dare not Grab it myself. It turns out that the hotel's car and driver service are very satisfactory. The pick-up in Yogyakarta city is 850,000, and the delivery to Borobudur and waiting, and then the delivery to Yogyakarta hotel is 1300,000.

Our family had a wonderful staycation at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to an executive room, which made our stay even more special. The room was spacious, nice and cool, and clean with a 50 inch Smart TV—exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway.
The pool was great, and our kid had an amazing time playing, especially with the new playground. It’s a fantastic place for families, with plenty of space for little ones to have fun.
Since it was fasting time, the hotel went the extra mile by sending breakfast to our room, which was a thoughtful touch. The service was excellent throughout our stay, and we truly appreciated the attention to detail.
Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend it for a comfortable and family-friendly staycation.

Anonymous UserThe room size was sufficient. We were told the phone system was broken and to use WhatsApp for communication, but it wasn't fixed during our 3-night stay. The towels were stiff, old, and some even smelled, so I hope they improve their management. Breakfast had a wide variety.

Tokyo07Everyone was friendly..Staff were helpful and polite..They greeted you everytime they see you..Some even offered to assist you even though if you didn’t ask.Service was simply perfect,no complains!
Gym and pool were under maintenance.Construction was going on at the main hotel.Wasn’t aware of the maintenance till you checked in (Maintenance Notice placed on room table).Maybe updates should be reflected on third party apps or via whatsapp to avoid disappointment.
Wifi was poor. For a well rated hotel, this was a huge letdown.Management & maintenance should look into this. Was staying at room 806.Not sure if other floors or rooms are encountering this problem.Ended up using data roaming through my 3 days there.
