They made my son's birthday celebration truly special with beautiful room decorations and a delicious cake. The beachfront dinner was outstanding, showcasing impressive culinary skills. Breakfast was also superb, with fantastic coffee. The resort's lush surroundings and serene atmosphere made us feel like home. I stayed at Aksari Resort from April 30 to May 2 with my girlfriend to celebrate our anniversary. We had such a memorable experience that I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation. From the moment we arrived, Ms. Ayu Diah assisted us with great professionalism and warmth. She kindly guided us through everything during our stay—from check-in to check-out. Although the resort was fully booked and we weren’t able to receive an upgrade, she was incredibly responsive and helpful with all our requests, including spa and restaurant reservations. Her service made a big difference in our overall experience. The resort itself is stunning, the breakfast was excellent, and we were also impressed by Ms. Lovi at the restaurant, whose friendly attitude and warm smile added to our positive memories. If we have the chance to visit Bali again, we will definitely choose Aksari Resort without hesitation. Thank you for making our special occasion even more special, especially thanks to both, Ms. Ayu Diah and Ms. Lovi!

+ve: There's greenery around the hotel, even the room's balcony. Nice seaview at breakfast. There's a kids' club with playground and kids pool. -ve: Service can be improved. We checked in after 3pm and was told room was not ready. Had to wait for almost an hour. Totally unacceptable! Staff only called housekeeping to rush them while repeating the guest is angry. That is not polite. Manager only appeared at the end and was not sincere in apologies as well. In another incident, our driver was asked by staff to stop away from the shelter, note there was no other cars around, and it was raining, we are with kids and bags and stollers. Staff watched us getting caught in the rain and didn't help. And another incident, we just went out for breakfast in the hotel. When we were back, the housekeeping guy was in the room and our stuff was on the floor and in the cot. Do not understand why the housekeeping guys are always near our rooms, for long hours, Sometimes the trolley blocked our door, we have to push it away to enter the room. Location wise, there are many other hotels down the road nearer to malls and shopping streets.

Absolutely Exceptional Stay at Mulia Resort! I had an amazing solo trip staying at Mulia Resort — it truly exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warm Balinese hospitality that instantly made me feel at home. Cleanliness: Everything was spotless. The room was perfectly maintained, with fresh linens and a lovely scent. Common areas like the pool and dining areas were also kept immaculately clean. Location: Ideal beachfront spot with stunning views and easy access to both peaceful relaxation and vibrant local attractions. Service: The staff were kind, professional, and genuinely attentive. Every request was handled quickly and with a smile. Amenities: World-class facilities — the pools, spa, gym, and restaurants were all top-tier. The breakfast buffet is one of the best I’ve ever had! Whether you’re traveling solo or with family, I highly recommend Mulia Resort for a luxurious, worry-free experience in Bali.

The hotel is generally nice. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Housekeeping is very successful. The atmosphere in the restaurants is pleasant, although the venues are a bit expensive. Other than that, it’s impossible to use a stroller within the facility — there are no ramps and mostly stairs, so you don’t really have the option to use a stroller. Overall, we liked it.

Great location for shopping and lots of restaurants nearby. Overall the staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was ok in terms of size but more space for putting up wet swimming suits are needed. One very unpleasant experience was that there was no clean up for our room in the last night of our stay. We certainly put up the clean-up sign. At that night we have to call for bath towels and drinking water (the hotel does not recommend to use tap water, even after boiling. They provide two large bottles of drinking water instead). To make it even worse, they didn’t bring anything to us until I made another call 20 minutes later. And still, I asked for two towels and they just gave me one (we are a family of four).

Always a blast staying at Potato Head. If you’re staying with 2 kids i suggest to book a the sky view sanctuary or on the rooftop suites. They can provide 2 sofa bed for free of charge As always, during our trip we only stay most of the time in the hotel since there are a lot of activities and a lot of restaurants that can be explored For kids there are few kids activities over the weekend and also i encourage to take the waste tour and there’s a mini workshop towards the end Overall, i always felt that this hotel is quite pricey but i understand they’re trying to sell the overall “good vibes” and also the excellent hospitality

Great views and relaxing environment - rooms are very big and with some which were refreshed. Ritz Kids was great for the kids. Slow service though - check in (perhaps it was busy but still) took 45min. 3 different restaurants but the food is all the same-ish and on the salty side with service being slow and or a lack of attention to detail.
