"The hotel in located is just 20 mints walk from old town. It is close to resturants, supermarket, bus stop and it is right next to joker mall. Rooms are big. The hotel has indoor swimming pool, sauna and steam room at free of cost. Staff is very helpful specially the gentleman in evening shift was very helpful. Normally parking is paid but he did not charged us for parking. The only issued we had was with AC. It was not working properly bur after they fixed it, it was good. I also think room carpet needs to be changed. Buffet breakfast was pretty good with varities of options."

"The most advanced hotel on Hvar Island, the room size is moderate, the sea view room is facing the port, you can watch the boats come and go. There are many restaurants next to the hotel, but it is still very quiet at night. Turn right out of the hotel gate, there are several net red restaurants, there is also a path to the mountaintop castle, there is a small supermarket 3 minutes walk next to the hotel, life function is convenient The boat is docked, the hotel will arrange a shuttle bus to assist with luggage, and the boat will find the hotel staff with the hotel brand."

"The staffs are welcoming. They helped me with car parking and luggage. The breakfast is fair, with various choices. The only downside is the price drop of the room we booked. There is a price drop of over 40 euros on the day of arrival. So it is better to use We Price Match to claim the differences."

This room has two windows, one is in the bedroom and this one is on your picture, Second window is In living room and has a direct sea view, no wall view. - This is not a sea view. We are suprised by your claim about constant noise during the night because of cleaning activites and general foot traffic in the reception area. First because you didn't mentioned it during your stay and during check-out, and second reason is because we never clean during the night and only one receptionist is in the reception area in this time and there is no possibility of any traffic on the reception. - There are c. Four rooms next to reception. The halls echo. To us it sounded like cleaning. If it was not cleaning, then I advise your staff to be more quiet at night. 3. Puteus Palace is situated near the main church and as Croatia is catholic country so the local habit is that church bell are ringing every hour from 6 am – 11 pm to present time of the day and on Sudays they ring longer to celebrate mass. As you came on Sunday evening to the reception and claimed about bell ringing it was explained it to you that on Sunday the bells ring a bit longer during the day. - it was explained after check out. I advise you inform guests prior to check in. 4. Our receptionist offered you twice assistance with the luggage wich you refused as well. - I would not have provided this feedback if it was not true. It appears that you are calling me a liar which I take great offence to. No assistance was offered. I am appalled that this is your reply. I would have been fine to carry my luggage but you let my girlfriend carry her luggage alone without assistance. I do not expect any compensation for what was a hugely disappointing stay. Your email has magnified what are glaring inadequacies in your offering. Thank you for taking the time to reply but I find your reply totally inadequate and inaccurate."

"Wonderful experience in Hvar and @ the Moeesy, B&G. Hotel is beautiful. Staff are amazing. Friendly, attentive, responsive. Location (IMO) is perfect. Outside of town ( so quiet and relaxing) but easily walkable multiple times a day for lunch/dinner or other activities. A real treat to stay here while on Hvar. And do yourself a favor and go to Stari Grad…"

"Hotel was very nice, pools rooms are fantastic, has a great view. Altough gym was not good they have only smith machine no other equipments, its hardly called a gym and the hotel restaurant is overpriced so we ate another restaurant in the solin which is nice. Other than that hotel was super nice, stuff is very kind and welcoming. we have a pleasant stay."

"This is definitely the highlight of our trip to Croatia. Everything has been absolutely wonderful here. Amazing people, view, food, facilities... They've got a heated swimming pool outside though I didn't get a chance to try. If we had the chance we would have stayed longer."
