I visited Frankfurt during the ACHEMA exhibition. All the hotels were expensive and Hilton city was expensive too, but it was more reasonable compared to the other hotels. No problem reaching Messe in the morning. Like the part behind the hotel. Most of the staffs were kind(front desk, DFAC) but the staffs on the Bar were below average. Anyhow, really enjoyed the stay!

hotel location is very convenient. The lounge service in the hotel is quite good. you can enjoy from breakfast till dinner. Restaurant Cross serve quite good foods but not in exhibition rush hours. During that time, this restaurant likes a war zone! We finished the main course, our soup and salad came, we finished our soup and salad, the red wine just came. But staffs are quite friendly.

Excellent location with amazing staff. Hotel is completely renovated so everything is new and bright. Facilities and lounges are nice with excellent breakfast options. Very good service throughout the entire hotel. And the famous Heavenly Bed is really something else.

Excellent hotel, very nice breakfast with a lot of foods, Clean and comfortable room, even close to the airport but very quiet. Only 5 minutes to T1, but need take shuttle bus or skyline to T2.

I feel that the English spoken in this hotel is communicated in Germany. The restaurant is very comfortable and the breakfast is very rich. The only thing is that the water and minibar in the hotel room are only 500ml and 200ml bottles of water. Europeans are used to drinking tap water, but we are not used to it. It feels that there is not enough water to drink. The water provided by the hotel is basically carbonated. Maybe carbonated water is considered a high-end hotel in Europe. It is worth mentioning that you have to pay for parking, 15 euros a day, and 30 euros for 2 nights. In our country, generally, there is no parking fee for accommodation~ After all, this hotel is not in the city center.
