We had an amazing stay in Tong An! We were given a free upgrade to the room overlooking the canal and it was so pretty and calm at night. The rooms were clean and modern and the service was awesome. They even had free porridge supper for guests at night.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. You can walk to the pier to take the canal boat and walk to museums nearby. We also walked to the west lake, about 1.4 km. The breakfast is good (Chinese style). We went during Chinese holidays and the hotel was full, people took all the pudding as soon as it arrived, but the hotel kept refilling. The room was very comfortable, big, with a bed and a nice view of the city (13 floor). The cleaning lady was very patient and cleaned our room past mid-day. The receptionist kiki helped us in English using WeChat translation, and gave us a lot of information on the walking tours to the west lake, pagoda and canal.

One of the best hotels in Hangzhou we have stayed! Previously we stayed somewhere else and had a bad impression of that hotel but we managed to book this hotel in the last minute! Even though we have selected the normal queen room, upon check in they upgraded the room for us into a queen room with sofa bed instead! There is also a Dyson set for the ladies which was very handy! Overall our stay in Hangzhou for the last few days we had were very pleasant because of this hotel!! Will recommend it to my friends and families☺️

Mr. Kane at the executive club lounge is highly commendable. He serves with dedication and enthusiasm. He had made our stay at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Hang Zhou a memorable one although we had just a short one night stay.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and attentive, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and dining options. I particularly enjoyed breakfast. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

Me and my colleague traveled to Keqiao for a business trip and shared a room Wyndham, price is cheap, clean, elevators are very fast. But in reception there is small table and just 2 workers only, needs to wait. In the bathroom there is no tower of feet, instead a white rug, i thing it stays there for multiple guests (maybe i am wrong). There are not enough english notes everywhere. Breakfast is not so inressive. Room temperature was 20c, heat system didn’t work.

The hotel is exquisitely decorated, clean and hygienic, and the breakfast is fragrant.🥰The staff was polite and enthusiastic, and we will choose it again next time!

I recently stayed at the Yandoo Hotel and had a positive experience. The hotel's location and ambiance was convenient. The food at the hotel was delicious with a wide varied selection of cuisine. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The hotel's facilities were well-maintained including fitness center,pool and business center. The Wi-Fi and staffs were reliable and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, I would highly recommend the Yandoo Hotel to business travelers/couples/families

Absolutely love this hotel - from the hotel grounds, the rooms, service and location - just perfect. Within wuzhen - just steps out but yet quiet and serene. Rooms were spacious and luxurious. we booked a driver through the hotel back to hongcun and the hotel porter not just helped with our luggages but accompanied us to the visitors centre where our driver is waiting, helped us load our bags, told the driver to take care of us as we are foreigners and do not have local numbers and to drive us safely. He waited until we got into the car and drove off. I cant recommend this hotel enough.

Our stay at the Wuzhen Tong’an Inn was nothing short of delightful. This review is specifically for Wuzhen Tong’an Inn, not the Waterside Resort. We were fortunate to have encountered a helpful lady at the visitor center who informed us that our original booking didn't face the Wuzhen grand canal but instead their own small private canal, which wouldn't offer views of the ancient boats. She assisted us with an upgrade to the Tong’an Inn, which provided not only beautiful scenery but also a prime location right at the heart of all the happenings. All Wuzhen guests head to one place for the breakfast buffet, which, conveniently, was right at our hotel. This was a significant advantage as the original booking would have required a 20+ minute walk, especially inconvenient in the rain and cold. Our room was a blend of ancient Chinese style, with fragrant old woods, and a modernized living quarter complete with a hot shower and smart devices. It was impeccably clean, providing a perfect balance of traditional charm and contemporary comfort. Everyone in Wuzhen was incredibly friendly. Special shout out to Mr. Ling, who helped us with our heavy luggage bags. He was courteous, professional, and extremely helpful. It's unfortunate that we only booked two nights here. We would definitely love to stay longer in the future.

The front desk staff are super nice, e.g. Selia. They patiently answer the questions we have and also give some gifts to my kids during checking out. The room is spacious. FOC to providing bottle of water. Very near to the Metro (LRT) station.

Amazing hotel, best stay in my trip to China. It’s worth every second. The food is great, the location is incredible, and the beds are really comfortable. Totally recommended.

Every morning was a delightful culinary experience. The housekeeping team did an excellent job keeping the rooms spotless, and I especially want to commend Li Cai Jing (李彩琴). She went above and beyond, taking the time to chat with us and understand how she could make our stay even better. Her warmth and dedication truly made a difference. Overall, this hotel offers top-notch service, great amenities, and an unbeatable location. Highly recommended!

I'm from South Korea, my team and I stayed for two nights for a business meeting, and we had a truly satisfying experience. What we appreciated the most was our dining experience at the Chinese restaurant on Basement Level 4 over Sunday and Monday. We were able to enjoy delicious Chinese cuisine at a relaxed pace and at a reasonable price. Additionally, the staff thoughtfully and meticulously served the liquors without corkage charge. A particularly memorable moment occurred on Monday evening. Before the dessert was served, we accidentally settled the bill and returned to our room, forgetting about the dessert. However, the staff noticed this and kindly delivered a warm note, along with fruits and an apology message, to our room. This gesture left us deeply impressed and grateful. I just hope you to encourage their warm minds. As we have several more business trips planned to Hangzhou in the near future, we are already looking forward to staying at InterContinental again.

The hotel’s location is excellent, situated right at the foot of Leifeng Pagoda. Just by lifting your eyes, you are greeted with the picturesque beauty of West Lake, with its stunning scenery of shimmering water and lush mountains. In the morning, as you open the window, the fresh air, infused with the lake’s vibrant essence, rushes in, bringing a sense of tranquility and delight. The room is well-equipped with complete facilities. Special thanks to our butler, Xue Chen, for proactively assisting us in handling our lost items. We are very satisfied with our stay and will definitely come again.

The apartment is so homely and the staff are very friendly. Yuri from the reception really helped me and my son with luggage. The food is amazing every time I spend in Yiwu I always live at Marriott because it is close to the markets and other night life.☺️❤️🇨🇳

This hotel is definitely a premium one, from the greeting at the entrance by a very friendly and outgoing male receptionist at the first floor to lovely female receptionist on the 22 floor. Although, the check in time was about forty minutes wait the staff regularly updated us on the situation of the room so this made the wait time easier. Also, the hotel is located in a prime area with easy access to malls, restaurants and other fast food brands. The room was modern, with a unique layout. The amenities from TV, to bathtub, smart toilet, curtains, and lights were also functional and easy to use. The bathtub was spacious, which provided for lots of comfort and space to move for someone with a larger body frame. Additionally, the toilet and bathroom were quite spacious and very clean. Other than the room the hotel has spa, bar, restaurant, and Cafe services. Breakfast was top-notch, with many Western and Chinese dishes to pick from. We thoroughly enjoyed breakfast and loved that we were able to enjoy dishes from around the world. All in all, lovely hotel that depicts premium in staff, location, room, and food.

We loved everything about this hotel. It’s located in front of the Xihu park offering beautiful views of the lake and pagoda. The room was very clean and modern with all the amenities you may need. The breakfast was delicious with a great choice of Asian and western food. We had to share a table with other guests because the dining area didn’t have enough small tables. Overall, totally recommend for any type of travelers ✨

Best place to stay in Yiwu when you travel for business. It's near the Futian Market, near the train station and the airport. Breakfast is very good with both Chinese and international dishes. The staff is very kind and the hotel in general is very clean.

The rooms were modern, clean, and very comfortable. The staff was attentive and friendly, but they didn't speak English and were sometimes unwilling to help. For instance, they refused to help me heat my food in the microwave. Additionally, you have to carry your own luggage as the hotel staff does not assist with it. Location is great, no doubts.

The hotel is new and the room was very spacious. Bed was very comfortable and room is very cleaned. I will suggest to stay to Homes2 Suites by Hilton specifically who is coming to Yiwu for business because his location is very near International World Trade market.

We had a wonderful stay at Dishang Resort in Wuzhen, and here are some highlights from my experience: Location: The resort is conveniently situated inside the West Gate Scenic Spot, allowing guests to explore the area freely, even after it closes to the public. The view is stunning—peaceful and filled with a serene atmosphere. Check-in: The check-in counter is located right at the entrance to the West Gate Scenic Spot, with the entrance fee included for resort guests. The added perk is that you’re allowed multiple entries and exits throughout your stay. Buggy Service: A buggy service is available for guests, making it easy to travel around the scenic spot and explore its many sights without much hassle. Room: Our room was very spacious, and we were fortunate to be upgraded to the Family Room during check-in. The living area between the two rooms was especially comfortable, and both bathrooms were large, with a bathtub. The only downside was that the toilet seat wasn’t heated, which would have been a nice touch. Breakfast: The buffet breakfast offered a decent variety, including many local dishes. It was a good way to start the day, though it wasn’t extraordinary. Service: The reception staff were excellent—very helpful and informative. When we arrived, most restaurants within the scenic spot were closed, but the receptionist kindly suggested a few places for lunch, which was greatly appreciated since we were starving. Overall Experience: Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I’m already looking forward to visiting again in the future!

The hotel is situated in a classic scholar garden. It's a bit far away from the entrance but free shuttles offer excellent way getting in and out the hotel. The surrounding is very quiet and away from major tourist traffic. The hotel is right by a classy covered bridge and near the canal so it's nice to walk to that side. We have traveled the world staying in many luxury hotels but Eden Club House offered the best service we've received. XiaoJin小金 and team picked us up from the entrance, arranged luggage to be transferred to the hotel and back to the entrance on the departing date. I like Eden Club working with the nearby large hotel to offer the swimming pool options. We enjoyed the infinity pool a lot. We appreciated hotel staff toured us around that lively riverbank area. My girls loved the free fish food offered by the hotel, just one of many examples that the hotel service team went above and beyond to increase customer satisfaction.

Wah I really enjoyed alots to stay at this hotel..even though this hotel is awesome for family activities and I come with friend without kid, I also enjoyed staying here. You will be treated like a VIP as you are the one can enter the WU village with the wrist band provided besides WU ZHEN. Everywhere in this place is nice for photo shooting. I also enjoyed having five free beautiful photos from 伯爵旅拍. The service from the hotel staffs is great and helpful. The hotel provided a variety of breakfast and I can visit to Wu Zhen for a 早茶客visit as well.

It was our wedding anniversary so we wanted to have a cozy trip to a town we had not been to. Did some research and found Wuzhen and decided on Wuzhen Clubhouse.  We knew the pricing would be higher to be inside the visitor zone so it was mainly to take advantage of the location of the hotel. For the price, it is basic and aged. The room is exactly as you see in photos for the listing. Because the hotel  is in a historical building, there is no lift if you stay in a second floor unit.  With a stay inside the visitor area, you can normally have unlimited access to go in and out of the area, whereas if you stay outside then you are limited to the number of access. You can also remember to call and buggy to take you longer distances from the hotel and from certain spots; they just ask you to show proof of stay like your hotel key card. Otherwise you pay per ride at 10 RMB which is not cost efficient.  It’s quite humid and rainy for most of the year so since it’s stone and wood construction, it is vulnerable to be run down easily.  Since we visited in October, it was cool and slightly rainy but the temperature in the room was pleasant with the windows open or with the air conditioning on.  I imagine it could get quite hot in summer so this is something to keep in mind.  Breakfast is either in the hotel or you receive a voucher to a breakfast spot in the town. It’s a very full breakfast either Chinese style or western.  The staff are friendly and patient. This is the highlight of the hotel.  When you arrive in the visitor center, you can confirm your check in and your luggage is transported directly to your hotel. And when you depart, the same process in reverse is arranged for you.  We then called a Didi car to leave and the driver picked us up outside of the visitor Centre. You can take a regular yellow taxi in the line in the same area. The price is only slightly higher when you call a car but the car can be much nicer so I think it’s worth the 20 RMB extra to go to the high speed rail station (to go back to Shanghai).  As I said, the price is high for what you get at this location so do some homework and make sure you know what you are looking for.

Take advantage of the off-season to getaway in Wuzhen. The experience of staying in Wuzhen is simply full. There are several popular snack shops (wontons, sesame cakes, etc.) just outside the door. It is very convenient to go anywhere. You can experience the less crowded Wuzhen before 10 am and after 8 pm, and be an NPC in Wuzhen for a short time! The hotel offers free tickets to Mu Xin Art Museum and Wu Village, and you can also experience the singing bowl, which is full of healing ❤️🩹Here I would like to praise the housekeeper Gesang 👍👍. He warmly received us at the door when we arrived in Wuzhen, and helped to arrange various itineraries. After checking out, he was also sent to the entrance of the scenic spot, so that there was no trouble in the whole trip. I could feel the full professionalism during the process. The other staff in the hotel were also great 👍It is recommended that families traveling with the elderly and children choose such a butler service hotel. This time is off-season, so there are not many people staying in the hotel. Although the hotel is built on the main road of the scenic spot, the single sound insulation is very good and very quiet. The room facilities are relatively new, and the Dyson hair dryer is well received. The hotel provides midnight snack service. Although the TV cannot be projected, you can still watch most popular dramas. The only drawback is that the breakfast is a bit small. I feel that everyone can order more when ordering hahahaha!

Overall a good experience. I have to point out though that the pool is lukewarm and not fully heated. I would also like to point out that the concierge chose to speak in mandarin to my friend and didn’t include me in the conversation even though the booking I made was on my name and he was able to speak English. I had to guess what was happening the entire time.
