Excellent 8-Night Stay – Great Location and Service We stayed at Shangri-La Yiwu for 8 nights, coming from Romania, and had a wonderful experience overall. Our room had a beautiful view of the river, which made the stay even more relaxing after long days of work. The location is ideal — just a short drive from the Yiwu International Trade Center, making it perfect for business travelers. The hotel is modern, very clean, and the service throughout our stay was consistently professional and attentive. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of both Western and Asian options, fresh ingredients, and great coffee. Housekeeping did a fantastic job every day, and all the staff we interacted with were polite and helpful. We would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Yiwu, especially for business purposes.

The hotel lobby is elegant and grand, and the decorative details that integrate Quzhou cultural elements (such as the giant Panlong crystal chandelier) highlight the high-end quality. The guest rooms are equipped with ”Good Dreams Always™ Sleep Experience” mattresses, Crabtree & Evelyn® toiletries and separate bathtubs. Some room types also offer balcony views with excellent lighting. The health center on the third floor includes facilities such as a heated swimming pool, a gym, and a children's playground to meet the leisure needs of all ages. The front desk staff provided warm service throughout the whole process, and giving chocolate cookies at check-in has become a special ritual. The front desk often takes the initiative to upgrade the room type (such as high-rise buildings) and provides detailed care such as luggage assistance. Asking about the stay experience at check-out reflects the brand's attention to guests.

One of a handful of international brands in Yiwu, second best after the Shangri-la. Rooms are quite huge. You can use the pool and gym at the hotel, even staying at the Residence. You can have breakfast at the Residence side, and not the main restaurant at the hotel. Choices are definitely limited compared to the hotel restaurant. Everything is passable, with the exception of an awfully rude pool attendant who reprimanded me with spiteful words for taking an innocent picture of the empty hallway. It's not like I was taking pictures of the pool filled with other swimmers. He should be fired for even speaking to a guest that way. No awareness that he is in the hospitality sector and is representing the Marriott group.

Marriott never ceases to impress—it was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The cleanliness was unmatched; every corner of the room and facility was spotless and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly polite, helpful, and professional, making every interaction feel warm and seamless. But what made this stay extra special was that I proposed during this visit—and everything about the experience contributed to making it perfect. The smooth service, calm ambiance, and attention to detail made it a truly unforgettable moment for us. Highly recommend the Marriott for anyone looking for both luxury and heartwarming hospitality. The hotel is perfectly located on West Lake, right by the famous lake light fountain display and street stalls. Also in easy reach of commercial shopping area, including international designer brands. The reception and lobby area is vast and beautifully set out with plenty of comfy sofas, plus pastry stall, cafe and bar (behind the antique door). We stayed in a River View Twin Room on 7th floor and had amazing views of the lake. The room was spacious with sofa and table area. The bathroom had a bath, single sink, and plenty of space for toiletries. The smart toilet and shower were each in their own cubicle, making it easy for privacy. The free swimming pool was a nice addition and not busy at all. We even got to use the jacuzzi in the spa as it was empty. Just remember to bring your swimming cap as it's mandatory for the pool! The highlight is the breakfast buffet....a vast array of stations with western and Eastern dishes, freshly made and plenty of cakes and fruit. Really fantastic quality and taste. As we had upgraded to Club status, we also had access to the 8th floor roof top which is brilliant for more sights of the lake, plus you get arrival snacks and drinks, and nightly happy hour for 2hrs. Do not miss this as it's not just drinks and alcohol - food is also included and it was enough for us as our dinner. Overall, we couldn't fault anything with this hotel. It was perfect for our 2-night stay for sightseeing Hangzhou.

A wonderful hotel with very prpfessional and froendly staff. The breakfast offers a good range of western food. Thenrooms are very clean and on mon smoking room there is not smell of smoke! Thenstaff is super professional and super friendly. I will go back there, for sure.

The hotel is amazing in everything, staff are so friendly and nice, they always want to serve you better, room was extremely nice, i liked the room setup so much, bath tube was so big as I’m 6.3 feet tall it was very comfortable to me, toilet base is operating using remote control and has very nice features, food was nice i was having bed and breakfast stay and breakfast was nice and I found halal food to eat, fruits they offer at the breakfast is so delicious, location and view is incredibly nice Overall great experience

Recommend! Convenient location, within walking distance there is everything you need (shops, cafes, shopping center, etc.). The family (2 adults, 2 children, 7 and 3 years old) chose a Deluxe room with an impressive view of the river (two beds). Breakfast is at a good level (surcharge 64 yuan for a child from 6-10 years old). The pool is open until 23:00 (there is a sauna, hammam, Jacuzzi), the games child room is open also until 23:00.

Me and my colleague traveled to Keqiao for a business trip and shared a room Wyndham, price is cheap, clean, elevators are very fast. But in reception there is small table and just 2 workers only, needs to wait. In the bathroom there is no tower of feet, instead a white rug, i thing it stays there for multiple guests (maybe i am wrong). There are not enough english notes everywhere. Breakfast is not so inressive. Room temperature was 20c, heat system didn’t work.

A Serene Escape at West Lake! Perfectly located within the West Lake Scenic Area, this hotel blends tranquility with accessibility. The peaceful surroundings and fresh air instantly relaxed us. Our room was great, offering a cozy retreat after exploring the city.  Morning/evening lakeside walks were pure bliss, a true antidote to urban stress. Breakfast delighted with diverse options from local favorites to global classics, all freshly made. Though the dinner buffet isn’t extensive, every dish shines with fresh, high quality ingredients.  Standout service made our stay exceptional. A special shout-out to Ms. Zhu Mengyao (朱梦瑶）at the front desk, whose warmth and efficiency during check-in/check-out made us feel genuinely welcomed. The electric cart drivers also deserve praise, always cheerful, prompt, and eager to assist with luggage or sightseeing tips.  We really enjoyed the stay and will be back!
