Big, clean rooms with full amenities. Curteous staff. Our room was in Building 2 and the lobby felt old in line with the look of the entire water town. The room, however, was modern, big, clean with full amenities. The bed and pillow was even adjustable for the firmness. The restaurant and lobby of the building where we had breakfast was 5 star quality. The breakfast buffet spread was excellent. Could have also skipped this breakfast for the experience at the morning market. Very enjoyable stay at the hotel. Only 1 thing, it is not worth to pay for the balcony room on the top floor as it opens to a garden and not the river (no view). It may be better to take a normal room on the ground floor by the river. Also have to take own luggage up the stair case if on top floor. Otherwise, excellent.

Kudos to the bed, it’s very comfortable to sleep on. We also love the fusion of the Western and Chinese breakfast style The location is also accessible to go around West Lake . Highly commendable for Hangzhou travelers. We will surely come back!

My partner and I enjoyed staying in Elong Hotel. Though it is one of the simplest room in the hotel, it came with a makeup area with a Dyson hair dryer (almost with all the hair accessories), comfortable sofa, super high technology lights and curtain system. I also liked their free self service laundry area, which you can keep track of the time using the room’s tv. The location is also very ideal, just right outside the metro station I truly enjoyed the stay in this hotel. Will come back to stay again in this hotel when i come back go Hangzhou 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Breakfast buffet is superb, a lot of food varieties, which you can hardly see in other Chinese Hotels. + Bathroom amenities are complete and they refill the bath soap & shampoo daily. + Bottled water is also complimentary and you can get more via call or in the lobby. + There's a laundry room on the 9th floor that you can use for free, laundry detergents are also provided. + There's a gym on the lobby floor if you'd like to break some sweat (dumbbell sets with bench, treadmills, chest fly machine, stair climber, etc.). + The staffs are super friendly and helpful. + There's a mini-mart right next to the hotel. Overall, I had a really pleasant stay. Would be coming back when I visited again.

The hotel is conveniently located within short walk from shuttle stop and hotel workers helped us unload all our luggages to individual rooms. there is a bit delayed availability of one of three rooms we booked. Our room has windows opened to the river and bridge views. The breakfast had great variety of choices. Highly recommended!

This hotel is in center of Yiwu and close to night market, many restaurants around the hotel, 15 minutes walking to Futian market and 5 minutes driving by car . Stuff very helpful, very kind 🙏. Hotel is very clean . Breakfast is very good and can find the various European and Asian food. Rooms services available 24hours .I like to thanks to Ms. Will , hotel assistant manager for her help, upgrade to luxury room for free. Definitely I coming back soon👍.

My stay at The Marriott Executive Apartments in Yiwu was extremely pleasant. I was staying here for the first time .Mr. Liu Levy checked in and out for us. and an important factor of my choice was definitely the proximity to many important points . The hotel is just a few minutes' walk from the bazar, opposite the Mall, close to numerous restaurants, close to the office building of the agency I work with. It was an extremely pleasant stay and I will definitely come back.

Have a very nice experience staying in Sofitel. Though the hotel is a bit dated, the location is good and room was spacious and clean. What makes a difference is the service. The staffs were friendly and helpful, especially Mr Liu from concierge service.

We loved our stay at the Canopy by Hilton in Hangzhou. We arrived at 15.30 but needed to wait 30 minutes for the room to be ready. The room is fantastic, really stylish and clean. All staff in the hotel were very helpful and attentive, especially the cleaning team. We really enjoyed the free cocktail available in the bar in the evening, this was a great touch! The staff were accommodating about leaving our car in the car park until 8pm. The only fault in the whole experience was breakfast.y wife and I both ordered from the A La carte menu and my wife ordered noodles and I ordered eggs. My wife’s noodles arrived in 5 minutes and my eggs took nearly 40 minutes. Naturally we were frustrated and the staff explained this was because they were waiting for other egg orders to be able to cook together in a batch. This is not how breakfast service works because I wanted to enjoy breakfast together with my wife and to get out and enjoy Hangzhou as soon as possible. This is especially frustrating when the restaurant was not busy as we arrived early at 7am.

A wonderful hotel with very lovely and helpful staff. It's a bit of a pain to get back onto the property each time you leave - you need to inform the guard what room number you're in - but most Didi and taxi drivers are familiar enough with the property. The breakfast and dinner buffet selections were just okay. Keep in mind the West Lake area is busy during holidays and summer; there were nights it took us over 40 minutes to get back to the hotel because of traffic. But the room was really nice, they have small bags of Hangzhou tea you can brew in your room (there is a fee, however) and a Nespresso, and the property is nice to walk at night. We'd stay here again!

We loved our stay at this hotel. The room we stayed in was very spacious and clean, and what's better, it has a balcony, and it provides a view of the west lake. It's so nice to sit in the balcony while looking at the west lake and seeing the morning sun casting on the moving branches of the willow trees. The view is phenomenal. The service is also superb and all the staff I encountered are very professional and helpful and friendly. Besides the hotel is built on the west lake, it's right next to the LEIFENG ta and within walking distance to other interests. and the view during the walk is beautiful. The hotel also provides transport service within the hotel and it's very convenient. We also worked with the photographer A SEN from the hotel studio. He's very friendly and patient and professional. My daughter likes the studio staff and enjoyed the photoshoot. we will definitely stay in this hotel again next time when we visit Hangzhou.

Location was good, right by metro station and shopping mall with multiple dining options (fancy restaurants). Just few minutes walk to the lake. Very nice lounge with live music. Service was top notch, the staff was amazing, bilingual and very attentive to our needs. No lake view and facilities were a bit dated.

Good hotel in the newly developed area of Hangzhou! The design of the hotel is pretty cool although the rooms might be a bit old school. Everything is clean and room is large and nice. Good gym with large variety of equipments and weights.

I came here with two large pieces of luggage. The front desk staff, Xiao Li Zhao, was very nice to me. He helped bring my luggage from the car to the hotel. He kindly suggested that I could leave the luggage with him. He would bring it to my room after I checked in. I did. Right after I went to my room, he brought my luggage in. This really helped me a lot. The front desk staff was also very nice. I got fruits and food after I checked in. The breakfast food was great. Overall, it was a great experience staying in the hotel.

The decoration of the hotel is good, but the room is really small compared to comparable hotels in the price range. The walls are thin and I didn’t sleep well due to the hotel room neighbors partying until 2am. I recommend you look for a quieter hotel

Second time in 3 weeks that we booked and stayed at this hotel. It is one of the best hotels that we have stayed at. We will come back again. We stayed in a Superior Queen Room looking onto a big lake which was very beautiful. We went to the pool and had a sauna as well. Breakfast was great and supper also looked great but we did not eat supper there. One disappointing thing was the Costa coffee that we had while waiting for our Didi. It was ice cold and cost a lot of money. The free coffee at breakfast was better than that, so I would not recommend that(maybe it was just my bad luck).

The rooms were modern, clean, and very comfortable. The staff was attentive and friendly, but they didn't speak English and were sometimes unwilling to help. For instance, they refused to help me heat my food in the microwave. Additionally, you have to carry your own luggage as the hotel staff does not assist with it. Location is great, no doubts.

Got myself a single room. Hotel staff are so nice. I went for breakfast after the breakfast hours, they are close but they still allow me to take some snacks that’s available and served me coffee. They even sent it to room for me. The hotel is just 50m walkable to the bar street. And the morning view outside hotel are just so speechless

Hotel it’s one of the best in this city . Location also very convenient and with clean and modern environment. Public areas very cold , especially at the breakfast restaurant.. suppose to be warm but unfortunately most of guest need to keep the coat on . Not suitable to eat dinner at the hotel due for the same reason . Pity .

We booked accommodation for my parents on a trip. We looked at the Yiyuan Boutique Hotel on Ctrip, which had no negative reviews. We were not disappointed. I stayed at Shengting Hotel last weekend and had a very good experience. Since the telephone consultation, the housekeeper Linlin was very kind and considerate. The day before, the housekeeper Luo Le added WeChat to communicate our itinerary for the next day. On the same day, we arrived at the destination VIP parking lot smoothly according to the prompts. The housekeeper came to pick us up. The hotel gave us a free boat shuttle to the hotel. The old and young in the family felt that the boat experience was very good. Welcome refreshments, snow pear fish maw in the afternoon, and Chinese medicine foot bath in the evening. The housekeeper arranged everything clearly.
