This was an excellent hotel with superb services. The staff, in particular was very helpful in arranging drives to various interesting sites. The lady called Sophia spoke excellent English which made life easy for foreigners. The only thing I would recommend is that they make an effort to clean the carpets more thoroughly.

Overall the check-in process was smooth and efficient including the tedious task of having to show health QR codes, having pictures taken of passport with China residence visa side by side with phone showing health code, then making copies of visa page, passport page, last China entry stamp page, etc etc. In spite of the time this whole process takes the staff knew what they were supposed to do and went about the process as quickly as possible. A small welcome gift was an unexpected surprise. Special word of thanks to Ms.爱森那赫 at the reception (not sure if this is her actual name). She was the only one who spoke English and was guiding her colleagues to check us in smoothly. She also gave us a good recommendation to try local cuisine for dinner at a restaurant which was a 5 min walk from the hotel. The only confusing bit is the fact that hotel reception is located on the 3rd floor. Our Didi drivers did not know how to get us there as the drive up to the 3rd floor was through a parking lot next to the hotel. The hotel should either post clear instructions on a sign board for taxi/Didi drivers to follow or they should have someone posted at the entrance to guide vehicular traffic up through the parking lot to the lobby for check in. But all in all a pleasant experience and we would not hesitate to stay here again should we plan another trip to the city.

The pros: it’s attached to a high end mall it has a top of the line automatic bidet as it’s part of Marriott group, interior of room is reminiscent of its sister brand, the EDITION has a beautiful executive lounge Service and lift arrival is always prompt Bellboys and L1 aunties are helpful, earnest and friendly Byredo toiletries The cons: Poor awareness by local drivers resulting in many drivers, dropping off the wrong entrance Signages of the hotel can be vastly improved, as it’s not immediately clear that reception is at L37, and that there’s even a L1 lobby Room was stuffy even as I tried to lower the thermostat to 18 celcius, I was still perspiring in my room and the middle of the night One of my wash sinks was clogged The pillows are not exactly comfy and I didn’t know there was a pillow menu until the day of checking out, even as I stayed in other Conrads of the world Most of the staff who are in their twenties and thirties, have major rbf until you actually speak to them where they appear to be more pleasant and accommodating

Due to the good stay experience when traveling in Kashgar a few days ago, after returning to Kashgar from the Pamir Plateau, the family strongly requested to refund the original hotel near the ancient city and still chose to stay at the Global Harbor Hotel. The hotel is very close to the ancient city, a ten-minute drive, and the fare is about ten yuan. The online taxi can be called in a few minutes, which is very convenient. The hotel room decoration is very high-quality, we like it. Opposite the hotel is Kashgar Water City, which is also good to visit. Special thanks to Manager Wu Huaying for providing excellent service during our family's stay, and Kashgar in southern Xinjiang left us with good memories. Recommended to stay.

This photo shows the toilet paper holder of another hotel I stayed in during this trip. There are two rolls, but your hotel only provides one roll, which is only half the size of the one roll in this store. It's a very small thing. A few other suggestions, I sincerely hope that the management of your hotel can see: First, this is the first time I see a so-called five-star hotel being so stingy with toilet paper. I don't know what happened in your management, but there is really no need to be stingy with toilet paper. Second, the lobby. There are two types of reception channels in your hotel, one for VIPs and the other for individual guests. Aren't individual guests VIPs? Third, there are only two bottles of drinking water in the room. If you want more water, you have to pay separately. The Global Harbor in your city defaults to six bottles. Fourth, the environment. Kashgar is very hot now. The air conditioner in the public area of each floor can be turned on. Anyway, the corridor on the 27th floor where I live is too hot. Fifth, catering. Your breakfast is really bad. Don't compare it with other hotels, just compare it with the Global Harbor in your city. You are really terrible. There are many other complaints. Frankly speaking, this is the second worst so-called five-star hotel I have ever stayed in.

We paid 700 a day for our room and felt that it was overpriced. The room is a bit outdated and we had issues with the fridge, but the staff kept dodging our concerns and insisting everything was normal. We know what a properly working fridge is, and the light sensor in the room was not working at times, yet the staff again insisted it was fine. It seems the staff is trained to avoid fixing issues. Considering the price, there are much better options available. The so-called executive privilege is just the same noodles served daily in the breakfast hall. Unless you can get a room cheaply at this hotel, don't bother staying here because it is not up to 4 or 5-star standards as claimed!

The hotel is very friendly to families who drive here. First of all, the parking lot is large, there are plenty of parking spaces, parking is free, there are charging spaces, the lobby is spacious and bright, the front desk staff is very enthusiastic, the New Year decorations are also very good, the guest rooms are also clean, spacious and bright. The breakfast variety is very rich and the taste is good. The breakfast restaurant is on the 16th floor, with a good view, and it is very comfortable to eat by the window.
