We had a nice stay at the Eastern House which was a short walk to Muslim Street. The hotel smells amazing and has a pleasant ambiance upon entering. Few staff spoke Englush but were adept at using their translation devices. The executive room was large and had plenty of space to accommodate large and small suitcases. My 80 year old dad said the bed was not firm enough, but he slept just fine taking naps and such from jetlag. The toilet was low. There's no grab bar in the shower or toilet, but there's a bath mat. The towels were soft (to include wash clothes) and there's refillable shampoo, etc in the shower. The breakfast is Chinese style but satisfactory. We took advantage of the guest laundry, which I think was free. I brought my own laundry pods. Arranging airport drop off was a breeze and cost 30¥ per person. I would stay at this hotel again.

I am extremely impressed and happy with alot of great things staying at Novotel Bell Tower Xian. 1.Awesome location, right outside is Zhonglou station and nearby is Bell tower, there are malls and many eateries nearby too, just need to use underpass to get to the malls. 2. very helpful and friendly service staffs and the cleaning staff. I noticed the cleaner has very good observation, for e.g. I didn't bring my toothpaste so I had to open 1 packet of toothbrush set just to use toothpaste, i went out for the day, my room was cleaned when I returned, I noticed the cleaners placed 2 pieces of mini toothpaste for me at the sink. :) 3. when I ordered delivery items from mei tuan. the counter staff sent to my room using their robot, which is such a cute sight. 4. the breakfast spread are rather decent 5. Hotel is generous with drinking water, alot of hotels in China seemed to have a capped limit in providing drinking water bottles per room day. but this hotel really surprised me. 6. love the convenience of self service laundromat at the hotel too, really convenient for me. I would love to stay at this hotel should I travel to Xian again! thank you so much!

Excellent location and service, I have booked this hotel for my mum as she needs to stay in Xi'an overnight due to an interchange, she carries two pieces of luggage , it will be too much hassle carrying those . She leaves the luggage in the hotel and take tube to visit downtown Xi'an come back for a really good sleep. Much appreciated

Absolutely loved this hotel. The breakfast is aMAZing with so much choice. The rooms are exquisite, comfy with lots space. The queen size bed was super comfortable and sooo big, I lost my partner most nights. In addition, the staff and service was exceptional too. They have a robot that delivers to the rooms which is a bit weird especially if you share the lift with it. However, a couple of things to note. It's quite far from the old city wall although it looks close on the map. The hotel is a bit dated and is in need of a renovation. Carpets in corridors are a bit stained, our no smoking room stank of smoke, the windows were dirty and some things didn't work like the safe. The pool was lovely but again the spa (jacuzzi) was out of order. Overall, I would recommend staying here especially for the breakfast and room sizes.

Because of my deep love for Chang'an City in the Han and Tang Dynasties, and because of the blessing of two subways, I chose the hotel closest to these two attractions before I came. But what impressed me the most was the design of this hotel: the carriage in the lobby on the first floor, the mirrored pavilion at the corner, the relief sculpture of eight rivers surrounding Chang'an, are you coming in the elevator hall on the 38th floor, the statue of the maid in the lobby bar, etc. I was impressed. Because it is a newly opened hotel in 2023, the facilities are first-class. I originally thought that the room must have a decoration smell, but it didn't. And the room has an air purifier. During this stay, I experienced their gym, especially the panoramic treadmill, which was great to be connected to my mobile phone. If you have a chance next time, try the sky swimming pool, it’s boundless. Because it is the Christmas and New Year period, the Christmas decorations are very high. The hotel's breakfast and registration lobby are both on the 38th floor. It feels very good. The meals facing the sun in the morning are also very rich. The whole thing is clean and tidy. She went the extra length in finding my Hilton Honors membership. We will happy with the cleanliness and housekeeping service throughout our stay. We were more impressed even when she extended the kind assistance during our checkout and giving tips and advice on our next visit. We received a well packed chocolate Terracota warrior which make our day more than happy to stay at this Hilton hotel at 199 Dongxin street, Xian. As we are visiting xi’an again, we will definitely stay at this hotel. Thank you Miss Kitty Shang, you make my stay pleasant and happy throughout with your service.

Excellent location beside the Grand Tang Everbright City and Wild Goose Pagoda with many vibrant night activities as well as amenities like convenient stores, local Chinese fast food places, Starbucks cafe and many restaurants etc. The interior and furniture can be a bit worn-off but overall very comfortable with an exceptional hugh bathroom with a bathtub and seperate toilet and shower. Top up for the buffet breakfast during one of our 4-day stay. It was superb and tasty with a wide range of local and international spread. The pastries were really good.

My wife and I decided to visit Xi'an for her birthday from November 30th to December 4th, 2023, and we chose to stay at the Grand Hyatt Xi'an during that time. In short, it is an exceptional hotel, offering super delicious breakfast with a wide variety of both Western and Chinese dishes. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. For examples, the gentleman in the front door of the hotel always welcomed us with very beautiful smile, the lady who took care of our room every day, displaying meticulous attention to detail that never failed to surprise us. The employees at the Italian restaurant were exceptionally kind, going above and beyond to provide extraordinary care and respect. When they discovered it was my wife's birthday, they surprised us with a small cake, decorated our table with balloons, and even offered us complimentary cocktails. Furthermore, the staff in the Lounge went out of their way to help me arrange a surprise birthday cake for my wife. They decorated the table with great care and passion, and even presented her with a thoughtful gift and a postcard, sharing their kind wishes with us. I almost forgot to mention that they also surprised me by offering a birthday cake when I was in my room. So, we ended up with three birthday cakes in one night that gave us the opportunity to share our joy and share a slice of happiness with the incredible staff. These are just some examples of their great team of their staff. Without doubt, I would highly recommend this hotel if you are planning to visit Xi'an.

A ginormous hotel with spectacular Mountain View’s, but not so many guests so felt like a ghost town. The location is excellent, a few minutes walk from the Huashan scenic area booking office, and a handful of restaurants, couple of coffee shops and massage salon. The main reason for this location is hiking and enjoying the amazing hot springs. There isn’t anything else nearby for those who are not interested in those two activities! Lots of hot spring pools, and a large swimming pool, which you access via the shuttle car, this runs every couple of minutes so super convenient. Room is very large, so is bathroom. Breakfast is sufficient, restaurant for dinner closes at 21:00 and didn’t try. Overall a lovely hotel stay.

The hotel is newly opened, very clean, and the facilities are relatively good in Weinan. The price is not expensive. Convenient for travel around. The service attitude is very good. I will stay here again if I have the chance.

The hotel environment is OK, and it is quite big. According to the front desk, there are 3 buildings, opposite the ancient city gate of Hancheng, and it has its own courtyard~ However, the courtyard with better scenery is open to the outside, so even though I booked a courtyard room, there is no view outside the window~ The room is not small, and the overall facilities are OK. It is a bit strange that the shower water is not very good, the water flow is too small, but the shower design has problems. The water will overflow after washing, and the whole bathroom is wet and inconvenient. I still think it should be improved. The breakfast is also simple, but it is okay to eat enough

There is a free parking lot. Check-in and check-out are fast. The elevator is only used by the hotel. We made a mistake. The front desk should inform or have someone to guide you.

My room was immaculate, and the cleaning ladies ensured that I returned to a welcoming and tidy space after a day of exploring Weinan. Beyond the excellent facilities and services, the Jianguo Hotel's location is also worth mentioning. It provided easy access to the public transport, allowing me to explore the rich culture and history of both Weinan and Xi'An, effortlessly. The room is spacious, clean, the facilities are relatively new, the service is almost a little, there is no doorman at the door to help with the luggage, you can cart yourself to the room. Ctrip searched for five stars online and pushed this one for me. I actually asked the front desk to be a four-star standard. I left the store at 7 pm and wanted to make a half-day room. The result was not enough. I said what a system problem. I had to go in a hurry at night. I ate a buffet of 75 people downstairs. It was very general. There was nothing to eat and the scallops were not fresh. In general, the hardware is still passing, and the soft convenience is very general. The price of more than 300 is like this. If it is worth recommending from the perspective of cost performance. Other hotels in Hancheng are estimated to be worse, this one is relatively new.

I can't help but give a five-star review 👍During the May Day holiday, I traveled to Yan'an with my family. It was convenient and comfortable to stay here. Every staff member I met in the lobby was very enthusiastic and service-minded. I stayed with the elderly and children for two nights, and they upgraded the special kang room. The children had a lot of fun playing in Wanda Red Street opposite. The hotel shuttle bus responded promptly, and it was very convenient to watch the performances and then return to Yan'an (the performances are also recommended. If it is not the May Day holiday, the viewing experience will be better if there are fewer people). It is a meaningful red journey. I recommend friends to stay here.

非常棒的度假休閑酒店，設施齊全，酒店位置極佳，沿河風景很美，離紅街也非常近，而且有免費接駁車可以接送酒店到紅街，非常有特色，那時提前打酒店電話諮詢，前台小姐姐回答我的疑問並加我微信，給我發了延安市景區介紹，真的很貼心，入住一進大堂真的有驚喜到，裝修風格都帶有陝北特色，大堂的小紅軍栩栩如生，房間乾淨衞生，床很軟，躺在上面很舒服，浴袍也很軟，穿在身上一點也不硬，衞生間淋浴是分開的，洗澡上廁所互不影響，節省了一點時間很好。 冬天旁邊的湖上面可以溜冰，晚上房間還能看到紅街夜景，很nice。

The hotel of the army is good. You must choose Hongxingyuan when you come to Yan'an. It is usually not open to the outside world.
