5-Star Hotels in Shaanxi, China

I booked a 3 night stay and it was the best choice ever. Location was literally opposite a night market with awesome street food and shopping, and right in the heart of Xi’An. I would like to specially commend Lucy for accommodating to my request for window view despite the hotel being almost fully booked, for answering all my enquiries promptly and patiently, and also for making my trip in Xi’An so lovely. Feels so at home talking to her. Definitely will book Novotel again. Thumbs up to Lucy and team! Highly recommended 🥰

A beautiful hotel, felt welcome as soon as we walked into the hotel. The staff were polite and helpful. We received a complementary gift bag containing snacks and biscuit shaped in the local main sights, along with a hand drawn map of Xi’an city. The room was nicely decorated, there was a complementary face and eye mask in the room which was a nice touch. The location was very central, with all main sights in the city no more than 10-15 minutes walk away. Having a self service laundry room with 2 washing machines and a tumble drier was a real bonus.

Thanks for the clean rooms, delicious breakfasts. The view from the window is wonderful. In the evening, we managed to taste delicious noodles while admiring the evening city. Special thanks LIUXIAOMEI for the help with the extension of the ordered rooms. The staff does not speak English, but using a smartphone will help solve any problems and questions. They also helped me top up alipay, which helped me a lot due to the unexpected cancellation of my flight.

It's convenient if you in the 3rd termianl or nearby. And a little difficult to get from the Terminal 5 at night. The entrance from the airport itself is closed from 1 am. So you need to call the hotel by phone to get inside. The pool is not working on mondays and tuesdays. The gym is fine, but the shower was closed and staff refused to open the shower for me. The breakfast have variety good for the 4-star hotel or less. The food is okay, nothing to praise, though. The room is nice, a little bit old. The beds are comfy. Overall - a good price/quality stay for one night in the airport.

Hotel is very nice and well suited to international travellers. Has all the amenities and features you need for a short or long stay. Location is amazing as it’s right next to the subway which is easy to use to explore the city or visit the Terracotta warriors. Would happily stay here again!

Cindy Zhang is attentive and understanding our needs and able to provide an affectionate and warm welcome for our stay in West in Xian. Location is superb next to tang streets and goose pagoda is walking distance opposite hotel. I visited spa perhaps can check sauna room is not hot in the morning and jacuzzi is neither cold or hot should change to hot water. All staff showed highest standard of service and hospitality. Keep it up!

Highly recommend this hotel!!!!! All the facilities are new and the rooms are super clean and spacious. No doubt it was a five star stay. We only stayed for 1 night, but have decided that this hotel will be our go-to-hotel every time we come to Xi’an. My parents enjoyed their stay too. My hubby was very happy that the front desk staff were able to communicate in English. Also accepted the international payment. Oops, did not take any photos of the room.

There was heat wave during our stay and hotel just shutdown their AC system. Complained with front desk and they were able to turn it on during hottest time of day. They however should keep the AC running overnight since I woke up in the middle of night on the first day due to heat. The room decors aren't the newest but not too shabby. The lighting switches were super confusing! It says it does one thing but sometimes it doesn't work for some reason? The room cleaning ladies were super nice!!! The front desk folks are super helpful! Thanks Selinas for helping me out with ordering of delivery! Stay away from the Spa (independent from hotel) on third floor, you will be spending triple the price compare to locals. I suggest that the hotel should reevaluate their relationship with the spa since they overcharging hotel guests. Overall very pleasant stay and as expected of Hilton brand.

The service was amazing, with the staff helping me with my bags as well as explaining how to use any of the amenities offered, being consistently patient despite by subpar Mandarin. The actual site itself is picturesque and the atmosphere is serene and peaceful - a perfect atmosphere for a hot spring hotel! I unfortunately didn’t get a chance to use the larger hot spring pool, but the small private one I had access to was stellar and very soothing! I’d highly recommend to anyone in the Xi’an area.

We arrived at the hotel around 10 PM and were warmly welcomed by a gentleman in a light blue jacket (apologies, we didn’t catch his name; he was slightly on the plump side). His friendly demeanor immediately made us feel at home. During check-in, we were attended to by Sam at the reception. Noticing that we had three kids with us, he thoughtfully offered some delicious snack crackers to keep us busy while waiting. The snacks were so tasty! As a family, we preferred our rooms to be close to each other. Unfortunately, the rooms we had reserved were at opposite corners of the building. Sam went the extra mile and consulted the Manager, Ms. Candy, for a solution. While we were ready to downgrade one of the family rooms to a standard room, Ms. Candy instead graciously upgraded one of the family rooms to a suite to accommodate our request. This gesture was deeply appreciated! The breakfast at the hotel was fabulous, offering a wide range of options, including Chinese and Western dishes, along with kid-friendly snacks. We had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Candy again in the lobby, where she provided excellent sightseeing advice. She recommended a visit to Mount Hua and even arranged for the hotel driver to take us there. The trip turned out to be absolutely fantastic, and we were in awe of the stunning mountain scenery. I highly recommend this hotel to travelers visiting Xi'an. Its location is superb—right next to Datang Everbright City, with plenty of restaurants and shopping malls within walking distance.

It should be the top hotel in Huayin City, not far from Huashan North Station and Huashan. I made an appointment for the pick-up service before getting off the high-speed rail, which is really considerate. When checking in, I found that there were quite a lot of foreigners, and many people came to my country for tourism. Room facilities: To my surprise, the room was very large, and there were welcome fruits and Bingfeng [dog head][dog head][dog head], which was very considerate. The wifi was relatively slow, which I had to complain about. It happened to be in the center of the city. To the west is the old city, convenience stores, and the so-called pedestrian street; to the east is the new district, which is very convenient for eating out. There is a shared battery car at the entrance of the hotel, which is really convenient for travel. Finally, I left my luggage when I left the hotel. The hotel is very cost-effective and worth recommending.

Mr. Wang at the front desk was so kind that he offered to drive us around the hotel's ground in the hotel red cable car. The room itself is big. Breakfast had variety Chinese and Western foods. The Hotspring experience was amazing. Hotel location is isolated however, it's 5-6 minutes walkable to the Huashan Tourist Center and few restaurants are 6-10 minutes walk from the hotel.

Brand new facility but the staff is not yet trained to welcome foreign guests. The registration to the police is their duty but they sent us the WeChat link to do it by ourselves. We had to insist so they do it. The swimming pool is great. 👍 Dining service can improve too (why spoiling the food by pouring the wasabi sauce in front of us without instead of leaving the sauce in the pot for us to add the suitable flavor). They are trying their best and we can feel their efforts but the result is yet to achieve. Better management should be provided to guide the team..

The hotel environment is OK, and it is quite big. According to the front desk, there are 3 buildings, opposite the ancient city gate of Hancheng, and it has its own courtyard~ However, the courtyard with better scenery is open to the outside, so even though I booked a courtyard room, there is no view outside the window~ The room is not small, and the overall facilities are OK. It is a bit strange that the shower water is not very good, the water flow is too small, but the shower design has problems. The water will overflow after washing, and the whole bathroom is wet and inconvenient. I still think it should be improved. The breakfast is also simple, but it is okay to eat enough

The hotel is very close to the highway, just off the highway, the room is large, with a bathtub, and it is quite comfortable to stay in. The underground garage is convenient and free to park. The hotel lobby is large, with a huge chandelier. The breakfast is simple, and the restaurant is relatively cold.

The room is spacious, clean, the facilities are relatively new, the service is almost a little, there is no doorman at the door to help with the luggage, you can cart yourself to the room. Ctrip searched for five stars online and pushed this one for me. I actually asked the front desk to be a four-star standard. I left the store at 7 pm and wanted to make a half-day room. The result was not enough. I said what a system problem. I had to go in a hurry at night. I ate a buffet of 75 people downstairs. It was very general. There was nothing to eat and the scallops were not fresh. In general, the hardware is still passing, and the soft convenience is very general. The price of more than 300 is like this. If it is worth recommending from the perspective of cost performance. Other hotels in Hancheng are estimated to be worse, this one is relatively new.

It provided easy access to the public transport, allowing me to explore the rich culture and history of both Weinan and Xi'An, effortlessly.
