The location is good and nearby to a lot of attraction, walkable, the service is also good where suitable for stay if you come to Xian. Near to a lot of eatery place and even arrived after mid night there are still stalls around to have quick bites.

Hotel looks very grand. Only problem i had was with room being too warm as no air-conditioning. Room had a window but it appears to be too small for any wind to be felt while inside the room. Fortunately I was there for 2 nights only and will be sure to keep a look out next time if no-airconditioning is offered again. Thank you for the service and hospitality.

When I booked the hotel, I just wanted a clean, value for money with a good location hotel. We booked 2 rooms for 6 nights in Dec 2024 at CNY425 per room per night, inclusive of daily breakfast and high tea. Food: Simple breakfast and high tea, but good enough to warm our stomach to start our day. Coffee was better than expected (I thought it would be 3 in 1 type), the breakfast consist of fruits, salad, noodles, rice, porridge, bread, etc. Tea break has some simple snacks like portuguese egg tarts, mochi, mini cakes, cookies, fruits, chinese tea and coffee. Room: There were no connecting rooms, but we were allocated nearby rooms. We had clean white towel and sheets. The toilet and sink were clean, but if you're staying with friends it's a bit inconvenient due to lack of privacy. Although there are doors for the individual toilet and shower stalls, it would be better to have another door at the entrance to the changing area just before we enter the shower stall. This is a minor issue as we are more conservative. Tour bookings: The hotel has staff that assist with daily tour bookings, thus it was very convenient. We booked our day trip to the Terracotta Warrior and the coach came to pick us up at the hotel. I would suggest that you spend the extra CNY 298 per pax to watch the performance, it was worth it. Overall we had good night rest and enjoyed the stay. Thank you again to the hotel for exceeding our expectation.

The hotel itself is very nice, design is very unique and looks extravagant. The Restaurant and Bar has a terrace where you can see the city walls - looks exquisite at night with all the lights on. The room is just as shown in the photos. Bed is good quality and very spacious. The room is well equipped with all necessities. Breakfast was also excellent- chinese and some western cusine as well, everything delicious , fresh and plenty to choose from. Late night noodles were a real treat after a long day of walking. Reception is very kind and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay for Xiao Pan and Xiao Wang Zhong Chow.

First trip to Xi An and I am so glad that I booked Sheraton as for my stay here! The room is fully equipped with all the things that we need. Location wise, it is very convenient with an underground train station just next to it. Scenic spots are also just down the road! Will definitely recommend Sheraton to others.

This hotel is at a superb location just next to 不夜城. However, to go to Metro need a long walk. Breakfast has wide selection of food. Bed is very comfortable. We also tried the buffet dinner which is great. Also visited the free ticket to basement museum which is quite a good scale and collections. Truly enjoyed our 3 night stay at this hotel. Highly recommended although price is not cheap.

We only stayed for 1 night, but have decided that this hotel will be our go-to-hotel every time we come to Xi’an. My parents enjoyed their stay too. My wife and I decided to visit Xi'an for her birthday from November 30th to December 4th, 2023, and we chose to stay at the Grand Hyatt Xi'an during that time. In short, it is an exceptional hotel, offering super delicious breakfast with a wide variety of both Western and Chinese dishes. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. For examples, the gentleman in the front door of the hotel always welcomed us with very beautiful smile, the lady who took care of our room every day, displaying meticulous attention to detail that never failed to surprise us. The employees at the Italian restaurant were exceptionally kind, going above and beyond to provide extraordinary care and respect. When they discovered it was my wife's birthday, they surprised us with a small cake, decorated our table with balloons, and even offered us complimentary cocktails. Furthermore, the staff in the Lounge went out of their way to help me arrange a surprise birthday cake for my wife. They decorated the table with great care and passion, and even presented her with a thoughtful gift and a postcard, sharing their kind wishes with us. I almost forgot to mention that they also surprised me by offering a birthday cake when I was in my room. So, we ended up with three birthday cakes in one night that gave us the opportunity to share our joy and share a slice of happiness with the incredible staff. These are just some examples of their great team of their staff. Without doubt, I would highly recommend this hotel if you are planning to visit Xi'an.

This may be the best hotel in Huayin City. The room is nice. The front desk lady has a sweet smile and a friendly attitude. She showed me the delicious and fun places in Huayin City. She also upgraded me to a superior king-size bed room for free. There is a guest room with a return tour route. There is a large supermarket downstairs. There are also many restaurants near the hotel. The hotel is located in the center of Huayin City and is not far from anywhere. In addition to these, I need to thank the hotel a little bit! Because of my planning error, the time of going down the mountain from north to west was later than expected, and I might not catch up with the high-speed train returning at night. When I asked the hotel for help, the hotel responded positively and helped. The hotel arranged a driver to take my stored luggage to the tourist center, so that I could get off the bus and take a car directly to the high-speed rail station. Finally, I caught up with the return high-speed rail. I believe that if it weren't for the help of the hotel, it would be difficult for me to catch this high-speed train. Thank you again!

The hotel is in a prime location, right at the foot of Mount Hua. You can see the scenery of Mount Hua from the room. The parking lot is spacious, suitable for novice parking and charging piles are available. It is within walking distance of the tourist center, which saves parking fees. You can also order a lot of takeout in the county, which is a good place for self-driving! The hotel public area is very large and there is a children's play area. The room is exquisitely decorated, the bedding is soft and comfortable, clean and tidy, and the details are superb. The bathroom is large and separated from wet and dry. After climbing the mountain, I also went to soak in the hot spring. The water temperature was just right and the water quality was clear and clean. Soaking in the hot spring, it was steaming hot, and the fatigue of climbing disappeared instantly. The overall check-in experience was very good, and the service was excellent. I especially praised the front desk lady, who was warm and thoughtful, checked in very quickly, and introduced the hotel facilities intimately. The check-in needs can also be met in the first time. The hotel is very close to the highway, just off the highway, the room is large, with a bathtub, and it is quite comfortable to stay in. The underground garage is convenient and free to park. Ctrip searched for five stars online and pushed this one for me. I actually asked the front desk to be a four-star standard. I left the store at 7 pm and wanted to make a half-day room. The result was not enough. I said what a system problem. I had to go in a hurry at night. I ate a buffet of 75 people downstairs. It was very general. The hotel is luxurious, with complete facilities and friendly staff. When we checked in, the outdoor temperature was 0 degrees, but the indoor temperature was 28 degrees. The air conditioner was not cooling. Turning off the air conditioner and opening the windows didn't help, but it was still very hot. It is recommended that the hotel provide short-sleeved clothes and shorts, otherwise it will definitely make you unable to sleep.

The hotel environment is OK, and it is quite big. According to the front desk, there are 3 buildings, opposite the ancient city gate of Hancheng, and it has its own courtyard~ However, the courtyard with better scenery is open to the outside, so even though I booked a courtyard room, there is no view outside the window~ The room is not small, and the overall facilities are OK. It is a bit strange that the shower water is not very good, the water flow is too small, but the shower design has problems. The water will overflow after washing, and the whole bathroom is wet and inconvenient. I still think it should be improved. The breakfast is also simple, but it is okay to eat enough

I have stayed at Licai Tianqi Hotel many times. I like the smell when I enter the lobby. The hotel staff is polite and generous. The location is excellent and there are all kinds of conveniences.

The hotel front desk is very enthusiastic and the service is thoughtful. The guest rooms are in good condition. Many facilities in the room are automated and can be reached with one click. The hotel's services are quite satisfactory. There are many choices of hot springs, which are clean and hygienic. I especially praise the housekeeper Ma Qiaorong, who is attentive and thoughtful and answers all questions. I will choose here again if I have the chance in the future.

The receptionists and hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful. We ran out of drinking water and they already send new bottles of water to our room. The hotel indoor swimming pool was really long. The hot spring room is not that large but adequate. There were not many people when we were using it . Buffet breakfast was very good with lots of juices and choices. However, the buffet dinner was nothing special.

Last month, staying for two nights together in this hotel with my family. Last year, as a hotel open, accommodations are state-of-the-art. clean. All staffs are the best kind attitude. I was offended by the news that Executive's lounge and dinner buffet were not available when I checked in, but the staff's interest and response to us throughout the hotel led to my satisfaction to the best. I especially thank to Mr.Martin Sun of the restaurant team. Although I couldn't eat dinner buffet, I was able to have a much more satisfactory meal. Also thank you to the desk staff Cloy. She always asked us if we had any inconvenience and was interested. One thing I regret about this hotel is that I wish there was a swimming pool.
