"This is my fourth time staying here, and overall, my experience has been great. The hotel facilities are well-equipped and in good condition, and the room hygiene is meticulously maintained, making it clean and comfortable. The service is thoughtful and patient, although communication can be a bit challenging when trying to express specific needs. The location is very convenient, right next to the airport shuttle pick-up/drop-off point, which saves a lot of time and effort when catching flights. There was also an induction cooker, pots, and bowls, so we could even cook our own instant noodles. It was incredibly quiet at night. We watched the sunset in the evening and saw the starry sky and the Milky Way at night – my child was absolutely thrilled. She said this was the best ”hotel” I'd ever booked.
The park offers various room types to suit different traveler needs. The entire park features Yardang landforms and three salt lakes. The breakfast was also good, and we even received two complimentary Nova coffees.
The service was excellent too; they thoughtfully showed us to our RV, provided a detailed introduction, and even gave us a small gift.
I hope the hotel continues to thrive!"

We had a truly wonderful stay at Boliya Bu Hotel in Xining. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed not only by the excellent facilities and comfortable rooms, but also by the warm and thoughtful service. One of the hotel staff members shared their service philosophy with us: “我们希望给客人带来最温馨的体验” — “We strive to provide our guests with the warmest and most welcoming experience.” We felt that this was truly reflected in the way the staff treated us throughout our stay.
What made our stay especially memorable was the genuine hospitality of the staff. Everyone was friendly, attentive and always ready to help. Their sincere and caring service gave us a wonderful feeling of being welcomed and looked after, rather than simply being hotel guests.
The hotel also provides many thoughtful complimentary services, including a good breakfast, late-night snacks and a self-service laundry room. These little touches made our stay so much more convenient and comfortable, especially after a long day of travelling and sightseeing.
The facilities are excellent, the service is outstanding, and the overall experience is excellent value for money.

"I stayed at this hotel for three days in Xining. The rooms were spacious and bright, very clean, and the service was good. Parking was usually available, but sometimes it was a bit tight, so it's best to reserve a parking space in advance with the front desk. The hotel breakfast was plentiful and quite good. It's right across from Wanfang City, with a large supermarket downstairs, making it very convenient to buy all kinds of daily necessities. There are also many snack shops and yogurt shops nearby, which I won't go into detail about.
Also, this hotel is located in the center of Xining. In case of altitude sickness, the Second Affiliated Hospital of Qinghai Province (I think) is just a ten-minute walk away. Don't ask me how I know 😂"

"Let's start with the positives: the location is excellent, with many restaurants nearby making dining convenient, and there's an airport shuttle stop right outside. The higher floors offer a panoramic view of the city's nightscape, which was one of the reasons I chose this hotel for my last stop in Xining before flying home. However, on the second day, breakfast was a bizarre experience. They had simply set up a few tables with food in the second-floor hallway, and strangers were squeezed together at large round tables to eat. It was incredibly awkward. There were only two or three unresponsive servers who showed no service awareness. On the third day, we were informed that breakfast had returned to the first-floor restaurant, and the food and environment were finally up to a normal hotel standard. Since my flight was in the afternoon, I called the front desk and was granted a late check-out until 3 PM, which shows the hotel's consideration for guests and good service. This is also why I gave a higher rating."

The room phone was always unreachable and there were no instructions on how to use it. I really don't understand how this hotel operates and is managed. No matter how grand its appearance, it'll be hard to attract repeat customers with service like that. Quite a disappointment."

The hotel is very close to Xining Station, within walking distance, which is super convenient for catching high-speed trains. The front desk staff were very dedicated and proactive in helping with any issues. The hotel breakfast was plentiful, and the restaurant was spacious. They also have an underground parking garage, which is great for those traveling by car. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the bedding was very comfortable. The hotel's surroundings have a well-developed commercial area, making shopping and strolling very convenient. It's close to Xining's shopping streets and night markets. Highly recommended!

The facilities are comprehensive. The breakfast is rich and delicious, with both Chinese and Western buffet options, catering to various tastes. It offers excellent value for money.

Guest UserI had a wonderful stay! The room was spacious and well-designed, spotlessly clean, and completely odor-free. The bed was so soft and comfortable, I slept like a baby. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, and there was plenty of hot water, with all the essential amenities provided. The hotel staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and friendly. The location is super convenient for transportation, yet the surroundings are peaceful and quiet. It’s definitely an excellent choice for a trip.
The hygiene was top-notch; there wasn't a speck of dust or dirt anywhere, and the room was well-ventilated with a comfortable temperature. The soundproofing was fantastic, making for a truly quiet night's rest. The facilities were excellent, with soft, pleasant lighting. The staff were responsive and friendly. This hotel offers much better value for money than others in its price range, and I would genuinely recommend it and definitely return.

The location is excellent with great services. The staff are friendly and helpful. They always try their best to serve you.
The only concerns were someone smoke in the non-smoking floor that made the floor smelly. Hotel should minor and make sure no one smoke in non-smoking floors.
My rooms TVs were not working properly, expect hotel check all room facilities before customer check in.
