I chose this hotel because of the free airport pickup and drop-off service, which was a decisive factor for me. The butler contacted us in advance and arranged the pickup, even sending us a small guide and restaurant recommendations, which were all very clear. The hotel environment is also excellent, the driver was very friendly, and the room was super comfortable. I do have a small suggestion though: there seemed to be too few trash cans. It would be much more convenient if the small tabletop bins were replaced with larger ones. The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and there was also complimentary late-night congee available, so if you don't feel like going out in the evening, you can easily have a satisfying meal here. The surroundings of the hotel are also lovely; on a clear night, you can even enjoy moon gazing. Overall, I give my stay a full 5 stars.

Having compared many hotels in Yinchuan, my stay at JW Marriott this time left a particularly deep impression. It's not just about the outstanding facilities; what's even more remarkable is the warm and attentive service from the staff. I especially want to thank Geng Wei at the front desk. Her service wasn't just a perfunctory, by-the-numbers interaction; she was sincere and generous in our conversations, proactively sharing tips to avoid tourist traps for local dining and entertainment, providing many practical recommendations. The room had great natural light, and the toiletries were of high quality. It was quiet and peaceful at night, and all my travel fatigue melted away. It's definitely worth making a special trip to experience.

My stay at Wanda Realm Yinchuan was absolutely fantastic! The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of the Jinfeng District commercial area, making it incredibly convenient for getting around, sightseeing, and dining. The lobby is grand and upscale, and the rooms are spacious and clean, with soft and comfortable bedding. The bathroom facilities are complete, and from the high floors, you can enjoy a distant view of the Helan Mountains. Doris at the front desk provided warm and attentive service, and she was very quick to respond to any issues. The hotel also boasts an indoor heated pool and a gym, both of which are very well-maintained. The breakfast selection is rich and varied, including local specialties. This hotel is perfect for both leisure and business travelers. I highly recommend it and will definitely choose Wanda Realm Yinchuan again on my next visit to Yinchuan!

Traveling with my parents during the off-peak season, the hotel upgraded us to a family room with a great view. The hotel's location is right in the city center, directly across the road from the Ningxia Museum. After breakfast, we walked over, and it was just opening, which was perfect. The experience was excellent. The hotel breakfast was good, especially the croissant with chocolate sauce – a perfect combination! Paired with freshly made beef noodles, it's definitely a super recommendation from this hotel. By chance, I also tried the hotel's executive lounge. While the food selection wasn't extensive, it was quite refined, and the red wine was excellent – a local Helan Mountain wine. I'm already planning to buy a few bottles online after returning to Beijing. All in all, it's a very good hotel.

This review is based on an off-season nightly rate of 3,000 RMB. **Pros:** Located directly in the desert, offering an escape from the tourist crowds. The hotel design and environment are impeccable. However, for a hotel at this price point, there are several significant issues: 1. **Shower Pressure:** The water pressure was insufficient for both the handheld and overhead showerheads. You could clearly see clogged nozzles, making it worse than a standard Atour hotel. 2. **Duvet Cover Odor:** Around 11 PM, as I was preparing to sleep, I noticed a faint but unpleasant odor emanating from the duvet, similar to the stale smell of a wet towel left overnight. I had the cleaning staff who came to change it confirm the smell. 3. **Check-in Process Not Smooth:** It had been raining heavily in the desert all day. After driving to the hotel and parking in front of the reception, we had to unload all our luggage, then drive the car out of the hotel gates ourselves to a nearby parking lot, and then walk back to reception. Although it wasn't far, doing this in the rain is unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber (at the very least, they could offer valet parking). 4. **Unprofessional Photo Shoot:** The complimentary photo shoot required advance booking, and customer service strongly emphasized being punctual, warning that tardiness would affect other guests due to high demand. We arrived 5 minutes early, but ended up waiting 10 minutes before a novice photographer was dispatched. About an hour after the shoot, I received a call saying there was a memory card issue, and all the photos taken were lost, requiring a reshoot. Only then was an experienced photographer assigned. 5. **Stinginess at Yellow River Shuji:** My second night was spent at Yellow River Shuji, another hotel in the same group. The service attitude was good, but they were incredibly stingy. I accidentally left behind an original charger, and when the hotel staff mailed it back to me, it was sent **cash on delivery (COD)! COD!** Even Atour hotels don't send items COD, seriously. I know it was my own oversight, but for a hotel of this price, it's quite unbelievable. Tengol did send some goji berry eight-treasure tea as a parting gift, but I'm still incredibly disappointed.

The room was spacious and bright, with lovely morning sun that really boosted my mood. The hotel facilities are excellent, the toiletries were all clean, and the room cleaning was very thorough. The EV charging stations are a major highlight – there were about 10 'Didi' chargers, always with available spots and they charged quickly, which is perfect for electric car owners. The only downside was the lack of heating in the room. The temperature difference between day and night in Yinchuan is quite significant, so it got pretty cold at night.

There's a stretch of desert driving from the station to the hotel, and the driver specifically took us on a 'desert rollercoaster' ride, which was exhilarating yet safe, and our child shrieked with delight the entire way. Upon departure, it was even more impressive; they drove us all the way to the airport departure gate, and we didn't have to touch our luggage once, truly experiencing the luxury of 'hands-free' travel. 🏨 Room Facilities: A Sparkling Diamond in the Desert The moment we opened the door, our whole family gasped in awe. The floor-to-ceiling glass window framed the continuous sand dunes into a flowing painting. The biggest surprise was that they secretly arranged a desert candlelight dinner for our wedding anniversary – rose petals, champagne, exclusive service, so romantic it brought tears to our eyes. Every meal was so delicious we ate until we couldn't move, and the taste definitely rivaled high-end restaurants. 👩💼 Staff Quality: The Soul of the Hotel The most touching aspect of this trip was the people. From butler Xiao Yang to dune buggy driver Master Ma, from the front desk to every lady in the restaurant, they always wore genuine smiles. When my wife had mild heatstroke, the butler delivered medicine and mung bean soup in the middle of the night. When our child's clothes got dirty playing in the sand, the housekeeping auntie immediately helped wash and dry them. They remembered every guest's preferences, not with mechanical politeness, but with the sincere care of old friends. This genuine warmth is absolutely the pinnacle of the Chinese hotel industry. The hotel is new and conveniently located. The young man at the front desk, Xiao Sun, was cheerful, handsome, and enthusiastic. He proactively helped us by bringing an air purifier to our room and even delivered our extended stay key cards. He was incredibly helpful and also offered recommendations for Zhongwei tourist attractions. We were very satisfied! We'll definitely choose Four Points by Sheraton again in the future.

The hotel lobby is huge and the room was clean. Their customer service was also impeccable. The front desk staff had shown that they are so willing to assist you in every way possible, right from the check-in. When my wife was feeling unwell, they brought food up to the room for her. They then gave us complimentary breakfast (I’d booked a non-breakfast room) and even provided us with a free clothes wash and dry service as our WeChat could not be linked to the QR code. The cleaning lady was also kind and was always asking us if we needed more toiletries. I must say that the hotel staff made a huge difference in our hotel stay. The room environment feels comfortable, the hotel is in a good location, and the transportation is generally convenient. Duoduo at the front desk said that there is Hengdian Cinema nearby. We went to the snack street in the evening, which is not far from the hotel and can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The room is comfortable and sanitary, the front desk and room attendants are happy to provide all kinds of help, the facilities are very smart, and the price-performance ratio is good. It is the first choice for next stay.
