"The hotel facilities are a bit old, but the unbeatable river view makes up for it! Tengwang Pavilion is right downstairs, and the night view is stunning. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby, making dining very convenient. However, we still think the food at the hotel's 4th-floor restaurant is the best, especially the Three-Cup Chicken – highly recommended! We ate there twice, and the beer duck and chicken feet were also delicious~"

Hotel near Qili Ancient Town/Meilin Ancient Town,Ganzhou
"I came to Ganzhou with a specific purpose this time: to show my father the barracks where he once served. My hotel requirements weren't complicated; I just wanted a comfortable stay. Let me start with the positives. As an InterContinental hotel, the environment and facilities are excellent. Although the nearby Qili Ancient Town was quite empty, the landscaping was exceptionally well done, making for a very pleasant view on a nice day. The hotel room was also very clean. A special shout-out to the thick toilet paper – some hotels look great but miss these small details. The room service was also very responsive, so kudos for that. Now for the downsides. I couldn't log into the hotel Wi-Fi with my name and room number; I had to use a code, but there was no clear indication of this. I only found out after calling the front desk. After check-in, no one offered to help with my luggage (though some people did get help). I'm not sure if that's standard. The hotel is very large, and finding my room was a bit tricky. The soundproofing in the room was terrible, and I mean really bad! During the holiday season, there were a lot of children, and it was incredibly noisy, severely affecting my sleep. Additionally, the 88 RMB breakfast was very disappointing and completely not recommended. Overall, the hotel's service gave me the impression that they want to do a good job but just haven't found the right way."

The lobby, a renovated ancient house, boasts old trees and bluestone slabs everywhere, creating an incredibly serene atmosphere. "Drive to the end of the road, and you'll find two peaks facing each other with a gurgling stream suddenly appearing. This is where you'll find Xing Shan Wai, Dong Li Yuan. The guesthouse's ambiance perfectly matches its name. The service is incredibly meticulous, covering every single detail. From the moment the butler added me on WeChat before check-in, it was a seamless, all-inclusive experience. They sent the address, confirmed my arrival time, arranged the shuttle, helped with luggage, and even let me choose complimentary incense during check-in. Seriously, from the moment my feet touched the ground there, I was basically surrounded by excellent service. The room had a tatami mat and a complete tea set, so my friend and I immediately sat down for tea. Halfway through, we started asking where to buy the side-handle teapot, only to discover that Xing Shan also owns a very tasteful homeware store called Xing Shan Za Ji. We then rushed to their offline store in Tao Xi Chuan to make some purchases. The meal vouchers are a thoughtful touch. You get two vouchers, and if you don't use them for breakfast, you can use them directly to offset the cost of à la carte dishes for lunch or dinner. So, we tried both breakfast and lunch, and the stir-fried dishes at the restaurant were also excellent. The guesthouse's coffee bar is located at another branch, Jie Lu, which makes Dong Li Yuan even more tranquil. It was a truly memorable stop during our travels, and I'm sure I'll be back again."

"Great hotel, great location and great services! I had a wonderful experience staying at the Lushan Howard Johnson Hotel, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with comfortable rooms, a peaceful atmosphere, and excellent facilities that make it a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring Lushan. What truly made my stay memorable, however, was the exceptional level of service provided by the staff—especially Mr. Yi Yang, the Front Desk Manager. From the moment I arrived, Mr. Yi Yang went above and beyond to ensure everything was smooth and enjoyable. He was professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, making me feel valued as a guest. The environment was decent, and breakfast offered a good variety. Overall, the service was okay. However, the main drawback, likely due to management issues, was the poor elevator experience. Not only were there cigarette butts, but the long bench inside was covered in thick dust, as were other parts of the elevator. Upon entering the restroom, a strong smell of urine hit me. Since the room's door closer was faulty, and it was late, I decided to just deal with it and go to sleep. Around 5 AM, I was woken up by the noisy street outside. The room phone was useless, so I eventually had to call the front desk to get engineering to come fix it, which took over ten minutes. At breakfast, I had to look through more than ten cups, all of which were chipped. It was truly a very disappointing experience.

I opted for one of their newly opened rooms for this stay. The bed was incredibly soft and comfortable, ensuring I slept soundly right until dawn. What I particularly loved was the Huipai architectural style, with its classic white walls, dark tiled roofs, and charmingly arranged courtyards. The subtle aroma of tea permeated the air, instantly putting me at ease.

Facilities: The room was quite spacious, and the TV was projected onto a large screen. There was a huge balcony with a view of lush greenery. There was a swimming pool and hot spring. When we went, it was already quite warm, so we swam but didn't try the hot spring. Environment: The hotel is located halfway up a mountain, suitable for those driving, but it's centrally located in Wuyuan, so driving is quite convenient. The only problem was that there were no streetlights in the mountains, so we arrived at the hotel in the dark at night. 😂 Considering the hotel's facilities and room size, it's extremely cost-effective. Experiencing the hot spring in winter would be quite nice.

moment🫧 A blissful moment 🥣 A few days in Jingdezhen 🤍 Staying in a minimalist, 'blank canvas' space nestled in the mountains, with white walls, interplay of light and shadow, and distant mountains, sketching out the most gentle sense of ease. There's no hustle and bustle here, only a breathing-like quiet, and lazy moments enveloped in gentleness. As light and shadow shift, life slows to a leisurely pace, allowing the mountain breeze and your relaxed self to truly connect. The hotel's overall aesthetic is a minimalist white tone, so clean it's instantly captivating. Large areas of blank space paired with transparent floor-to-ceiling windows make the distant mountains and greenery the most captivating decor indoors. ☁️ Curl up on a lounge chair by the pool to sunbathe, or snuggle into a soft sofa in your room with a cold drink. Light and shadow slowly flow with time, and even the air exudes a sense of relaxation. The hotel's attention to detail really impressed me, from the simple soft furnishings in the public areas to the skin-friendly bedding in the rooms – every detail reveals thoughtful sophistication. Here, there's no need to rush; just slow down and enjoy the tranquility and healing embrace of the surrounding greenery. #ResortHotel #BoutiqueHotel #HotelReview #TravelDiary #WeekendGetaway #VacationOutfits #Jingdezhen #ResortHotel #MinimalistHotel #RelaxingGetaway #HiddenGemHotel #WeekendTrips #HighValueHotel

I stayed at Tea Sage Luxury Wilderness Villa, Wunuzhou Resort ([婺女洲度假区茶圣·奢野别墅]) during the last week of March, which was an off-peak period. It turned out to be a great time to visit because the crowds were manageable and the park did not feel too overwhelming. I would recommend checking in on a Friday or Saturday, as there are usually fireworks on those nights. It is best to confirm the schedule on the resort website before booking. One of the best parts of staying here is that the hotel booking includes free entrance to the theme park, which offers very good value. There are many things to see and do inside the park, so it is worth planning enough time to explore. I stayed in the Detached Duplex with Slide Suite. The room was very spacious and clean, and the slide added a fun touch. The villa is also very close to 抱玉塔, where the main performances and fireworks take place. However, this room type does not have a view of the fireworks or shows. Some other room types do offer those views, so it is worth asking the hotel staff at check-in if they can assign you a room with a better view. The hotel breakfast was decent, with a typical Chinese hotel buffet selection. My suggestion is to spend the first day focusing on the night shows and performances. On the second day after check-out, you can leave your luggage with the hotel and continue enjoying the theme park, including the games and NPC interactions, before heading to your next destination.

For our family trip, we booked three twin rooms via Trip.com. As a hotel located in the heart of a UNESCO World Heritage site, our stay exceeded expectations, especially for families traveling with seniors and children. Check-in and Upgrade: A Pleasant Surprise Upon arrival, the front desk service was highly professional. Although the hotel is split into two buildings, 'Sanqing Tower' and 'Yunxi Tower,' with some facilities spread across them requiring a walk through a long corridor, the check-in process was smooth. We were fortunate that all rooms booked through Trip.com received a complimentary upgrade, including several with fantastic mountain views. Waking up to such scenery truly delighted the seniors. Breakfast: A Taste of Local Flavors Breakfast at the Green Ripple All-Day Dining restaurant offered a rich variety of dishes. What stood out most was the abundance of local Shangrao, Jiangxi specialties. We enjoyed sweet kudzu root juice, sticky fried dough sticks with glutinous rice cakes (youtiao maci), unique taro dumplings, and candied fruits like dried pumpkin and sweet potato. It was a refreshing and appealing spread for the seniors. The noodle station’s freshly cooked rice noodles and wontons were also excellent, perfect for an energy boost before hiking. The restaurant environment was comfortable, and refills were prompt. Facilities: A Mix of Regret and Delight in the Mountains The hotel boasts an indoor heated spring water pool, reportedly filled with clear mountain spring water. Unfortunately, our family itinerary was packed, and we didn't have time to take the children for a swim, which was the biggest regret of our trip. Other facilities like the gym and children's playground were also well-equipped. Dinner: Highly Recommended Sanqingxuan Chinese Restaurant I highly recommend dinner at Sanqingxuan Chinese Restaurant! All the local specialties we ordered were delicious, especially the local duck and special bean products. The flavors were authentic and received unanimous praise from the whole family. For rooms without executive lounge access, this is also where you can enjoy the executive set menu, offering great value and taste. Summary The Hilton Sanqingshan Resort is ideally located, just a few minutes' walk from the Waishuangxi cable car, making it perfect for families planning to explore Sanqingshan. Although the facilities show some age due to its earlier opening, the service is excellent. Coupled with the distinctive local cuisine and generous upgrade policy, our family trip was comfortable and hassle-free. If we return, we definitely plan to experience the pool!

I specifically sought out a tranquil escape and ended up choosing Xixinyuan. The entire hotel is beautifully integrated with the surrounding mountains and water, maintaining a perfect distance from the bustling commercial street of the ancient village, which means no crowds to contend with. The staff provides attentive service without being intrusive, and they're always quick to respond when help is needed. The guest rooms have soft lighting, and the bedding is wonderfully soft and skin-friendly. The biggest surprise was the freedom of staying within the scenic area, no need to repeatedly verify tickets. In the morning, strolling along the paths within the complex, it's completely quiet, with only the sound of the wind and birdsong. It was a peaceful and relaxing break from the usual fast-paced routine.
