It was GREAT! From the room to the bed to the bathroom and their services. Apart from the room the scenic and the beautiful garden behind the hotel was awesome. Would definitely be back if we visit Suzhou and other part of China. It’s beautiful on the inside and outside. And breakfast spread was good with the price paid, totally making my money worthy. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

This is the perfect hotel for a weekend getaway in Jinling Hotel Nanjing 新街口. The downtown area on Main Street is a best kept secret and the Jinling Hotel offers everything you need if you don’t feel like venturing out. We were given an upgrade to the executive room and breakfast was served on the 56th floor and we had an amazing time. The atmosphere and service were great. Definitely a must do if you are looking for a good time. The staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable especially to Mr. 邢阳, thank you for making our stay a pleasant one.

The hotel is close to Xuanwu Lake, and the MRT is close by. But other than that, the surrounding area seems rather quiet in terms of shopping and eateries. The hotel does have a well known chinese restaurant on the ground floor and you won't be disappointed with the fine offering there. Although the hotel is rather dated, it is well maintained and everything works well. Cleanliness was good and the staff were helpful. Buffet breakfast spread was good, although certain food sections could be improved - like better fried eggs ( I have seen better fried eggs at other hotel buffets) and offering cook on demand omelette. I would stay here again as I believe it is good value for money

I stay at this hotel every time I need to catch an early flight. This hotel is very conveniently located to both Terminal 1 and 2, either can be reached in just a few minutes of walking. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. I can't say much about the breakfast as I always leave to too early in the morning to enjoy, however the room service meals are quite good. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Artyzen Suzhou is my favorite hotel! It has the best location for my itineraries, and the service and cleanliness are also excellent. I love how they promote environmental conservation in the daily toiletries and amenities. If you need assistance in English, the two professional front desk and room service staff have greatly helped me! Mr. Jerry Wang made my stay comfortable as he also helped me book the taxi using the Chinese app, and you can see his genuine concern and professional attitude. I also received help in the room from Ms. Jala Liu. Overall, the stay was beautiful, and I recommend this hotel for business or leisure. There's a nice place to visit, especially at night, for a lazy walk. It’s on Pingjiang Road, a well-preserved ancient road with many interesting shops to check out. And, of course, the Master Net Garden is a go-to place, too, as it is one of the UNESCO heritage sites.

An upscale Apartment style hotel that has a separate bedroom, bathroom, and living room. It also has a full kitchen with a dishwasher and a full-size refrigerator and freezer. There is also a washer in the kitchen area. It's sparkling clean throughout the unit. Staff are very nice and helpful; from the moment we arrived, and the time we checked out, there were always staff nearby helping with our luggage. The checkin was quick and smooth. A very young man in the front office who helped us take our luggage and showed us our room. He also the one who helped carry our luggage to the taxi when we checked out. The hotel has a big garden with fish pond, rock, bridges and waterfall. On the way to the restaurant for breakfast, it was a pleasant surprised to find artworks exhibit hall. The breakfast section was simple with decent selections. The hotel location is great; it's on a major street that is near a mall and many major shops. It is also near the pedestrian streets; it took us a 10-minute walk to get to the pedestrian street and less than 10 minutes walk to the mall. We definitely would love to stay at this hotel again and would recommend it to our friends and family members.

The location was excellent, and the open facilities were very good. I understand it's a ”China thing” that prevents outdoor swimming pools from being open to the public other than July - August - but it's ridiculous and one that a 5-star hotel should change. You advertise having an indoor and outdoor pool; however, 85% of the entire year, it is closed.... so how can you say you have an outdoor pool? It's false advertising. It was 32 degrees this weekend and perfect weather for the outdoor pool, but you didn't have it open - thus, I took away two stars on facilities. The service in the restaurant was EXCELLENT on the 45th floor, extremely good and well worth the 5stars; the front desk people also on the 1st floor incredible; however, the service in the (the indoor!!!) swimming pool was extremely average - feeling like being served from student intern vs. any 5star customer service at all. The service in the bar on the 78th floor was highly average. also, for 5star, with us having to ask for drinks and not a single smile when serving the drinks, while the 78th-floor views are breathtaking, the service was let down. Last but not least, our parents-in-law traveled with us and rang the front desk for help with the TV. They rang twice, and they were waiting for someone to help them. I have stayed at Intercontinental Hotels in other locations, and the service is always very good. While some departments at this location were good, they needed to be more balanced by the inconsistency of the other departments.

Xiao wang and xiao ting - excellent service Lovely hotel. Superb service and amazing facilities. Awesome royal banquet at the hotel with make up and dress up services. A night to remember. Add on photography session at hotel scenic landscape. Pan men scenic area right behind the hotel with complimentary entry for my purchase. There is also an ice bar in the hotel. Thank you reception for upgrading my room from 1 king to 2 king beds.. all in all.. superb hotel, people, scenic landscape and cultural experience. Received a hair pin as farewell gift. Very Recommended place to stay in Suzhou.

Very good Hotel and excellent location and great service staff. Special mention to Cici and Chloe who are very very helpful. Room does need an upgrade as some of the things are too old. Hotel is close to 20 years old and will undergo renovation but does not affect the staying experience. Will return to stay at hotel next time in October

This hotel’s location is really good. It is located right next to a major shopping mall with lots of good restaurants and stores. It’s located within walking distance from Xuanwu Gate 玄武门 and Xuanwu Lake 玄武湖. It’s right next to a subway that provides easy access to other parts of Nanjing like the Nanjing Museum 南京博物院 or the Confucian Temple area 夫子庙. The rooms were clean and everything in it felt high quality. The view of Nanjing from my room was beautiful. Although the hotel staff are very friendly, I marked the service and amenities as 4/5 for a few reasons. First, laundry is relatively expensive whereas at Atour 亚朵 it’s free. If i remember correctly, they wanted me to pay 35 or so rmb per article of clothing. Secondly, the hotel allows delivery of takeout but they do not send it to your room like they do at Atour 亚朵. You have to go to the lobby and pick it up yourself. These are the only two things that stop me from giving all 5/5s. Other than that, I loved this hotel especially for its location and comfortable rooms. If you dont care about doing laundry or having takeout ordered directly to your room, then those two criticisms are relatively minor things. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel regardless.

Good food compared with its' price. Survice is fabulous. Waiters in restaurant can tidy up dishes been used at once and room service also respends fast. The only dilemma is that the bathtub has not been cleaned carefully. Totally, good.

The most incredible service to date in 20years of China hotel stays. Extremely friendly staff, great English and attention to detail. 10/5 stars for service. Breakfast buffet also good. The only very small issue was the rooms didn’t have plugs on side of bed to charge phone. Lovely hotel, amazing service and highly recommended to others. To management just would politely suggest to and plugs on each side of bed so can charge phones, it’s not 1995 anymore and everyone has devices to charge.

This hotel most certainly did not disappoint, the stay was extremely pleasant and the views were spectacular. The hotel staff were fantastic and their efforts did not go unnoticed. Kyle, for example was professional during the check in process and patiently answered questions. I initially booked the ‘King Premium Jinji Lake View’ room, however, he kindly upgraded my room for free so that I could have a better view of both Jinji lake and the city, which was stunning. The housekeeper was attentive and did an excellent job in maintaining the cleanliness of the room. The room service team were also accommodating of special requests to meet my dietary needs. Although there was some minor dissatisfaction with temperature of food being served, what stood out to me was their receptiveness of feedback and how they provided instant solutions. Overall, the staff working here demonstrated utmost professionalism and are an asset to the hotel.

One of the most impressive hotels I stayed in recent years. - Good value: hotel at same caliber would cost 2X ~3X more in first tier cities easily. - Friendly staff: aside from being offered an upgrade to one of the ground floor courtyard suites (thanks David!), everyone is genuinely friendly. - Top notch room/interior design: modern and high-end furniture/fixtures/appliances/accessories (huge TV). - TV accepts screen casting; also a Bluetooth speaker is on one of the bedside tablets. These are small things but makes the stay much easier to be personalized and enjoyable. - Of course the curtains are motorized. - Only complaint, that's is, if you come here to work, there isn't a proper desk for your laptop etc other than a small round coffee table. But I suppose that's intentional, maybe? ;-P

Always a good stay. Only one concern is the odour in the room what i assume is the sanitary system. I think the building is quite old and depreciation has taken its toll on infrastructure. Aside from this the lounge is great and the guest services manager is always obliging and very courteous every time I visit. Breakfast was noticeably better this time too. More condiments and food quality seemed fresher too.Many thanks.

Especially when we need to change the room from our first booking to second booking (with different family members so we have 3 different bookings), REN JUN DANIEL provided extraordinary services!! This hotel is the first Hilton (changed to Grand Metro now) in Nanjing, 10 minute from Zhong Shan Landmarks, close to every where. Although not brand new, but the services and location make up every thing. Buffet breakfast has all kinds of different style gourmet, and changing every day. Beautiful view from the window!

My husband and I had an amazing stay at Nanjing Central Hotel (Room 576, from 30 July to 1 August). Upon our arrival, we were warmly greeted by the Executive Vice General Manager, Mr. Charles Hao. We didn't know he was the GM until he introduced himself after personally leading us to our room. He was humble, friendly, and lovely to chat with. He even gave us an upgrade and assigned us a newly renovated room at no extra charge. We are so grateful for such warm hospitality. The room was perfect. It was extremely clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The air conditioning was cool, the shower pressure was good, the bed was comfortable, and the smart TV was even bigger than the one we had at home! Best of all, we met sweet Pan Na, the housekeeping manager in charge of our room, who presented us with two cute animal towels. On our departure day, the hotel porter not only helped us with our heavy luggage but also protected my head with his hand as I entered the taxi. Such a gentleman! All in all, the service here is really top-notch, and we highly recommend this hotel to everyone. We will definitely return the next time we visit Nanjing.

The hotel is walking distance to everything downtown-malls, the confucious temple, etc. got two rooms for my family and both were nice and provided with toiletries.We will come again!

Great view from the room (28th F). Very satisfied with the stay. The staff was friendly and welcoming. An only complaint would be the dinner menu a la carte which was disappointing.

Great hotel, right in the heart of the city and close to a lot of attractions and restaurants. My room was comfortable and had a great view. Breakfast had a good selection.

This hotel really surprised me! It feels very new From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I could feel its high quality and professional service. And it has a strong artistic atmosphere. The room is spacious and bright, the bed is super comfortable, and the facilities are complete. The front desk staff Yang Xiang is warm and polite, and always meets my needs at the first time. There is also a big plane next to it The accommodation experience here is excellent, highly recommended! !

Hotel is 10 minutes taxi ride from Wuxi station. 100 metres from Center 66 luxury mall with many eateries nearby.

Very good hotel, bought the Three Kingdoms Water Margin City package, the Japanese food store on the first floor is also very good, the occupancy rate is very high, many rooms were not cleaned at 2 o'clock, the front desk service is very good, our three rooms were moved to the same floor, and one room was upgraded for free, the garden behind the hotel has a nice view, the only thing that is not good is the hotel buffet breakfast, there are not many varieties, the taste is average.

Old oriental style hotel witha rich history. Look majestic and grand on the outside. (Interior of hotel in many nooks n corners are poorly maintained) Room service is superb. Super comfortable n firm bed. Located right within 太湖 (taihu lake) so you can jog/walk around the beautiful lake and giant ferris wheel in the morning and take in the fresh air. With outdoor pool n gym. Hotel food is mainly big fancy chinese restaurants n buffet. No casual dining . No western selection except the high tea cafe which serves some sandwiches and pasta. Hotel can organise ferry trip to turtlehead island

This is the 4th time we stay in this hotel, will choose to stay there again when we need to visit Wuxi again. Needless to say to say, it’s located just right at the high speed rail and metro, and many food options in the station. The new and big shopping mall right beside should be ready by now, but we did not go to the mall, so we are not exactly sure. Our colleague said that there’s also a f&b street with drinking pubs just 5 minutes walk away. But do ask for directions if you are interested. This time, the hotel was really nice to upgrade us to the suite rooms, despite us only booking the standard rooms. The room has very big and nice bathroom, wardrobe, with separate bedroom and living room space. Definitely highly recommended.

The services were excellent. I had my Taobao delivery all delivered to the hotel. Even before I put in the order and email the hotel for the address in Chinese and check on how can I deliver the items over, the staff responded to the email very fast. When I checked in the hotel, they offered to deliver the packages up to my room. Really like their experience.

The hotel has a good environment and is surrounded by trees and greenery. It is not far from the Yuantouzhu Scenic Area. During the long holiday, many people went to Yuantouzhu. I took a taxi for a while, but the road was closed. A kind person said that I could get there by walking straight along the road in front for half an hour. Later, I came out and found that there was a bus stop across the road. The bus can go directly to the gate of the scenic area. The hotel has welcome fruits and small desserts every day, and the service attitude is very good.

Good service by the hotel once I arrived the hotel someone help me to open the door and someone help me with the luggages until my room. That service staff is an elderly which I truly respected him for hold on this job responsibility. Check in procedure is fuss free as well. Kudos to all the staff there. We get to see a lot of fireworks from our room

We received a complimentary upgrade, as we had not yet received our purchased tickets to Nianhua Wan due to not having the China identity (as informed by trip agent & hotel). The breakfast provided was satisfying, offering a good start to our day. Despite the hotel's older appearance, it is well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Overall, we were pleased with our experience and appreciated the hotel's efforts to accommodate us.
