Guest UserI booked a large suite, and the rooms were spacious. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, which was very convenient. With the room card, we could enter Panmen Scenic Area for free. The Ruimian Noodle Restaurant at the entrance had a great ambiance and excellent food, and we received a 25 RMB discount with the hotel room card – very thoughtful. The butler proactively contacted us before check-in, helped us check in early, and then took care of every little detail perfectly. It was a very satisfying experience! 👍

Guest UserOur stay was very satisfying. The location is super convenient, making it easy to get anywhere. We could even walk to the Humble Administrator's Garden, and the night views of the ancient buildings nearby were absolutely stunning! The room was clean, tidy, and well-laid out, especially the family room which was perfect for looking after the kids at night. The breakfast was delicious, and a special shoutout to the noodle chef who not only explained Suzhou-style noodles but also made the conversation enjoyable. The front desk service was also spot on; the staff were incredibly friendly and enthusiastic.

Traveling to Shantang Street with my good friends and our kids, I was getting a headache trying to find a hotel. Luckily, we ended up staying at this hotel right inside the scenic area. The garden-style landscaping is absolutely beautiful and perfect for photos. We could easily pop back to the hotel for a rest whenever we got tired. 😄 Our room had one king bed and one twin bed, and the best part is that they were movable, so we could push them together – fulfilling the kids' wish to sleep together! ❤️ The hotel's bathtub was huge; even though we only stayed one night, the kids took two baths and had a blast. The air conditioning was also incredibly powerful, which was an absolute lifesaver in this scorching summer heat!!! The hotel even provided afternoon tea, which, paired with the lotus flowers we bought in the scenic area, made for some fantastic photos – we took dozens, haha. It's especially great for a getaway with your girlfriends because the room has a two-sided mirror, so you can do your makeup together. 😄 The breakfast was delicious and served as a set meal with exquisite presentation. Kids' breakfasts are even complimentary! On top of that, you can feed the fish at the hotel, which the kids absolutely loved, hahaha. Next time we visit Suzhou, we will definitely stay at Zhu again. This summer trip was too hot and rushed; only staying one night was a bit of a shame. P.S. The staff were super nice. Before check-in, they thoughtfully informed us about various convenient transportation options and the hotel's Wi-Fi. All our small requests were met quickly and efficiently. The staff even helped us carry our luggage upstairs, and when we asked the front desk for bottled water, they generously gave us several bottles at once. Truly amazing!

ShiziyinThis is my second stay here, and it's still fantastic! The bellboy at the entrance proactively helped with our luggage. The front desk staff clearly explained all the day's activities. The breakfast buffet had a great variety, and the kids' activities were really engaging. The pool water was also very clean. Our dedicated housekeeper and Manager Zhou would send us the daily activity schedule, and they were always responsive to our requests. Angel Raina, our butler, patiently helped us with all sorts of issues big and small during our trip. It's exactly this kind of reliable service you hope for when on vacation. The evening variety show left a truly deep impression on us. We hope to meet again here next year.

Guest UserI was absolutely mesmerized by Suzhou's nightscape. After dusk, the hotel sheds its daytime tranquility, blending classical charm with modern elegance, truly hitting all the right aesthetic notes. Water, the soul of Suzhou gardens, is also the highlight of this hotel's nighttime view.
As night falls, the courtyard's water surface transforms into a deep, black mirror, reflecting the white walls, dark tiles, pavilions, and warm lights. This creates a symmetrical, tranquil, and poetic scene. The illuminated logo in the water feature at the entrance and the courtyard's landscape lake allow the architectural columns and landscape lighting to intertwine into stunning reflections on the water. This interplay of illusion and reality, shimmering with light, imbues the entire space with a dynamic and rich sense of depth.
Traditional upturned eaves, elegant wooden structures, and sleek modern glass curtain walls with minimalist lines seamlessly integrate here, creating a unique 'New Suzhou' aesthetic, beautifully interpreted through the water's reflections. The public areas extensively use high-gloss materials, weaving lights, greenery, and architecture into layers of reflections, creating a serene, yet futuristic and elegant atmosphere.
The room amenities are comprehensive, balancing design aesthetics with comfort. The complimentary mini-bar drinks are a thoughtful touch. A special thanks to our butler, Anbo, for arranging a garden-facing balcony – it was truly the highlight of our entire stay. By day, the red maples against the white walls framed a picturesque view, and by night, the gentle lights and a refreshing breeze on the balcony melted away all the fatigue from our journey.
Here, you can fully immerse yourself in the graceful elegance of Jiangnan gardens while enjoying the comfortable luxury of a modern hotel. This is my top choice for accommodation when visiting Suzhou, and I look forward to returning!

Guest UserThe location is fantastic, just a stone's throw from Pingjiang Road. After exploring Pingjiang Road, it's perfectly situated to visit the Humble Administrator's Garden and Suzhou Museum. The hotel has an antique charm, offering a quiet retreat in a bustling area. I was pleasantly surprised to find a direct dispenser for hot and cold drinking water in the room. Breakfast isn't a buffet; you choose your items the day before, but it's so delicious and generous that we only wished our stomachs were bigger! From the moment we checked in, every staff member was incredibly warm and welcoming. A special shout-out to Front Desk Agent Xiao Xu, who contacted us even before our arrival to give us directions and continued to check in on us until we checked out. She truly made this short trip perfect, and we're so grateful!

The location is an absolute advantage. The hotel is only about 20 meters from Sanyang Plaza, which is an interchange station for Metro Lines 1 and 2. It's also just two stops to Wuxi Railway Station. The hotel is on a high floor, and the night view is stunning. The hotel service is also excellent; the staff are very service-oriented, patient, and meticulous. Currently, the higher floors are undergoing renovations, but this generally doesn't affect guests staying at the hotel.

Guest UserWe booked a private family room, and the housekeeper, Ms. Zhou, checked us in and took us to the guest room. The room has a large bed and a small bed. The bathing pool is in the yard. If you need to soak in the hot spring, just tell Ms. Zhou and she will happily come over and help fill the hot spring water. She is a very nice person. I really like her. No. I had to go to the public hot springs to soak with others, it was very comfortable. I also went to Nanshan Bamboo Sea. The air was very good. I had a very good accommodation experience this time. I will go there often in the future!

Guest UserI came to Nanjing for Liu Yuning's concert, and the Regalia Hotel I chose this time truly exceeded my expectations. The hotel is about 3 kilometers from the venue, so a taxi ride was very quick. After the show, I could get back to my room quickly to rest, avoiding a lot of traffic headaches. The location is absolutely perfect for concert-goers. What touched me even more was the hotel's service, especially Ada at the front desk. She was so warm and attentive, making me feel incredibly welcomed from check-in to check-out. It added a lot of warmth to my solo fan-chasing trip. Although the room wasn't huge, it was decorated very cozily and was impeccably clean. The bedding was comfortable, allowing me to get a good night's sleep after days of rushing around and the excitement of the concert.
The only 'minor regret' was Nanjing's weather these past two days – the temperature fluctuated quite a bit, which was a bit unexpected. However, the hotel itself was always warm and comfortable. If I come to Nanjing again for a show or to visit, Regalia will definitely be my first choice!
