Upon arrival, they provide a detailed guide for exploring all the scenic spots like the terraced fields, drum towers, and wind-and-rain bridges, making your trip completely stress-free. The wooden homestay features floor-to-ceiling windows with direct views of the entire Dong village's stilted houses and mountain scenery. The rooms are quiet and comfortable, and the Yao medicinal bath is incredibly relaxing. Every evening, the homestay arranges authentic Dong Grand Song performances, offering an immersive cultural experience. The local buffet breakfast is delicious and authentic, and upon departure, they even give you a special souvenir. The service is meticulous and thoughtful. Opening the window reveals a picturesque Dong village landscape. It's definitely worth revisiting."

"This hotel is great! The environment is lovely, it's comfortable and quiet, and offers excellent value for money. The front desk staff, particularly Xiao Jiang, was so kind to give our child a free breakfast voucher. We'll definitely choose to stay here again next time we're in Tongren."

"I stayed here for two nights within a week, experiencing both the 4th and 5th floors. Overall, this international five-star hotel generally lives up to its standards. However, the in-room facilities are quite dated. A consistent issue across both nights was the low water pressure in the shower and poor sealing, leading to a lot of water spilling onto the bathroom floor after showering, which is a safety hazard. This was particularly bad on the 4th-floor room where the shower door couldn't even close properly (see photo). Even though the facilities are old, the hotel should really step up its routine inspections and maintenance. Also, I was surprised to find there was no self-service laundry room, a feature commonly found in many budget hotels."

"I was very satisfied with this stay, and I must particularly commend the concierge staff. Upon arrival, they proactively opened the door and helped with my luggage, showing warmth and politeness. When I asked about walking routes to the Old Town attractions, the concierge patiently explained and even thoughtfully suggested an itinerary, which was very professional. The hotel's location is superb, connected to Hunter Mall, and within walking distance of several historical sites and snack streets. The 55th-floor lobby offers expansive views, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The only minor inconvenience was having to switch elevators to get to the guest rooms. Overall, the service quality is excellent, making travel and sightseeing very convenient. For anyone visiting Guiyang's Old Town, this hotel offers great accessibility, and the exceptional concierge service significantly enhanced my stay. Highly recommended."

They made my trip to Guiyang warm and full of pleasant surprises from the very moment I stepped into the hotel. First, let me talk about Manager Mei'ao, who impressed me the most. That day, I accidentally navigated to the 'Yingbin Building' and was feeling a bit lost. Mei'ao proactively approached me. Upon learning I was checking into the VIP Building, she didn't just point the way. Instead, she smiled and said, 'I'll take you there.' She then accompanied me the entire way, explaining the layout of the two buildings and the hotel's features as we walked. Once we reached the VIP Building lobby, she assisted me with the check-in process, which was incredibly efficient. What's even more thoughtful is that after completing the formalities, she didn't stop there. She personally arranged for a staff member to escort me to my room and carefully informed me about the luggage delivery time. This seamless service, 'from Yingbin Building to VIP Building,' instantly made me feel the professionalism and warmth of a five-star hotel. After I entered my room, Mei'ao even called to inquire if everything was satisfactory and enthusiastically recommended local dining and sightseeing tips – from authentic sour soup beef restaurants nearby to jogging routes in Qianling Park and even the best angles for night photos at Jiaxiu Tower. She shared all this information like a local friend pouring out their heart. This level of dedication, going beyond her job description, was truly touching. At the same time, I must sincerely commend front desk agent Xiao Shi. She always wore a sweet smile during check-in, patiently verified my information, and proactively informed me about breakfast times, gym location, and other important details. Even with a queue of guests behind me, she remained calm and organized, making everyone feel comfortable. Later, when I asked her for bus routes while heading out, she clearly marked Bus No. 1 for me, showing great attention to detail. And then there's the hotel itself – the hardware of the VIP Building is impeccable. The rooms are spacious and bright with excellent views, and the price offers great value for money. But what truly moved me were these warm service details. From the encounter at the Yingbin Building to settling in at the VIP Building, Mei'ao and Xiao Shi, with their sincerity and professionalism, perfectly demonstrated what 'a home away from home' truly means. "This hotel is truly excellent! You can enjoy affordable Maotai here, and they even offer complimentary ice cream. What's more, it's incredibly thoughtful – for a family of three, we only had two breakfast vouchers, and when we offered to pay for the third, the staff at the entrance just waved us in! Definitely worth staying here! It's clean, hygienic, and the service is warm and welcoming! The only feedback I have is that the Maotai specialty store in the lobby on the first floor has too limited a selection. People travel so far to get here, so it would be great if they could offer a wider variety. Expand the range and let everyone happily buy the Maotai they love, wouldn't that be better?"

The waterfall flows 365 days a year, with no dry season, and its white noise is easily ignorable, making for a quiet and pleasant stay. 2. **Luxurious enough**: The design is simple, elegant, and subtly zen. It boasts huge floor-to-ceiling windows, high-end amenities and products, impeccable cleanliness, attentive service, delicious food, and a rich breakfast that's served until 1 PM. 3. **Plenty to do**: It's the most conveniently located hotel in Chishui, with many attractions nearby. At the hotel, I tried bamboo weaving, tasted Pu'er tea, and enjoyed activities like flashing flowers and paper planes. 4. **Great views**: The scenery is picturesque without even leaving the hotel, perfect for photos. The hotel also offered complimentary drone photography and even made a video for me, which I really appreciate. 5. **Excellent quality**: Great value for money, spacious rooms, and top-notch bedding and amenities. Rooms of different sizes and locations have their own pricing. The facilities are complete; it was my first time staying in a room with a fireplace, which was warm and great for photos in winter. There's also a soaking tub, and lighting candles creates a wonderfully romantic atmosphere – perfect for couples. 6. **Summary**: Good value, you get what you pay for, with options for every budget. What you see and experience perfectly matches the promotional pictures. It's comfortable, relaxing, and offers many activities. The facilities are comprehensive and well-equipped, even exceeding 5-star standards. There's almost no insect disturbance or noise, and the food is fresh and delicious, with a rich breakfast. Everything was just as I imagined. Highly recommended for couples and family vacations."

"When I first got out of the taxi, I almost couldn't find the hotel. The taxi driver dropped me off at the back, and that area of the hotel looked quite old and run-down, which was a bit scary arriving at night. With a lot of luggage, I couldn't even find anyone to help with greeting guests. It took me a long time to walk around and finally find the front desk. Luckily, the lady at the front desk was very nice, and I finally settled in. It's a new hotel, and the public facilities are well-decorated. However, the five-star rating is a bit misleading."

"Pros: The hotel was pretty good, with spacious rooms. Although it's a bit older, it's well-maintained overall. The pet-friendly restaurant on the 5th floor was unique, and the facilities on the 4th floor were well-equipped. All the staff were very polite, professional, and well-organized, even during the peak season. A special shout-out to Victor for his professional and friendly service – and of course, all the other staff were great too! Cons: The lobby on the first floor was quite chaotic. I heard there are many entertainment venues, and with so many customers, it felt more like a noisy shopping mall. I suggest the hotel guests and entertainment venue patrons be separated, perhaps by not sharing the same elevators. As a hotel guest, I really hoped for a quiet and comfortable space."

"My stay here was absolutely wonderful! The hotel is super close to Huangguoshu Scenic Area, just a few minutes' drive away. It has a really peaceful vibe, and I loved sitting on the balcony at night, looking at all the stars with the mountains all around – so quiet and relaxing. Check-in was efficient, and the staff at the front desk were so warm and polite. My room was spotless, the bedding was comfy, and the soundproofing was excellent. Breakfast offered a great variety and tasted delicious. A huge thank you to the front desk for the room upgrade; after two nights here, I felt completely refreshed from my travels. The overall service was top-notch. They also have a lot of free activities; I tried batik making and fridge magnet crafting, which was fun. This is definitely my go-to choice when visiting Huangguoshu, and I'll be back for sure! I'll be recommending it to all my colleagues and friends!"
