Room: Stayed on the 27th floor in one of the executive rooms and it definitely was not executive. Luxury was definitely lacking as most of the interior in the bathroom/shower bath area was old and in need of help. The closet was so dusty inside too. However the room itself was nice enough with a big enough bed and a good view of the city. Complimentary fruit was there on arrival but compared to other executive rooms in hotels it missed the personal touch. The executive lounge on the 30th floor was fine enough with cakes, salad and some hot dishes alongside fruit and beverages. Would be nice if they offered wine though. Staff: staff here are wonderful. Very attentive and cheerful. Cleaners, waiters, reception and everything in between- all lovely people. Breakfast. The breakfast buffet is the highlight. Absolutely delicious and such a wide variety of to choose. Western and Chinese dishes are available with plenty of fruit and bakery items too. Fantastic. Location: Easy enough to reach plenty of attractions and snack street is very close by. Overall a pleasant stay.

It was already dark at this time. Because it was a downhill road, we decided to walk to the hotel instead of changing to the second shuttle bus. The housekeeper Lala came to meet us and picked us up. The room included mini bar and delightful evening dessert. Morning breakfast was also very appropriate. On departure we were also provided some snacks for the trip back and a souvenir Maison Alvar sheep toy. Thanks to everyone at the hotel for their hospitality definitely the best in china. Staff are very courteous and helpful, from front desk to cleaning personnel, and room services. You’ll receive instant response to address your need whenever you raise it. 4. Facility: It was put in operation in 2022 so everything is new and maintained well. It had indoor swimming pool, gym, billiard room (even one for snook), and ping pong room. It is purposed to host large conferences/events. Now the part that I think they can do better - 1. Smoking: It’s not smoking prohibited hotel, which is pretty common in China, especially not the first tier cities. But they don’t assign some rooms to be non-smoking. Instead, all rooms are smoking permitted and it is allowed in most public areas too. Though this might be OK for domestic visitors, it can be an unflavored factor to people from abroad. 2. Laundry: It doesn’t provide self-served laundry. There is laundry service but it costs dearly going by items.

This hotel is simply MUST STAY in Guiyang. Staff over there are all super friendly and helpful. Especially duty manager Luke Lu welcomed us with fruits, cake and lovely hand written card. I stayed on 51st floor suite room which allows full access to executive lounge on 53rd floor from 2 to 10pm. Its location is in the heart of city, so Jiaxiulu甲秀楼，shoppings and restaurants ste in walking distance. Even airport is just 15 minutes drive. Anshun Banshan Hotel is located next to the railway, and the air is quite fresh. The room is of moderate size, but the facilities are a bit old. I stayed at the New World Guiyang for my friends birthday, even though I live in Guiyang. I was not disappointed. When I arrived the staff was quite friendly and welcoming, best of all, there was someone there that spoke English, which I think is very important. The check-in process was seamless and easy to do. The staff explained everything well and the process went by smoothly. I got my room card and the concierge took my bag and showed me to my room. The room was clean and smelled fresh, the bed was well made and had a beautifully hand crafted welcome note that was a nice touch. I was also given flowers with a heartfelt note. I was so appreciative of this. The hotel had a gym, sauna, swimming pool and hot tub, which I took full advantage of. The spaces were clean, and I love when I walk into a space and its clean and welcoming. We had dinner in the Buffet Hall, there were a wide variety of foods that catered to all the guests alike. Breakfast the next day was also an experience to remember.\ Overall this hotel was a great stay for me, from the staff being so welcoming to the food being so delicious. My judgment: - just 2 staffs I met with acceptable English - breakfast very poor: no cold cut, , no cheese, quality of food in best case 2nd class, no fish, therefore a lot of watery vegetables - no heating in the lobby and lobby lounge no heating at breakfast, guests were eating in thick winter garments (temperatures in the morning close to 0°C) - room cleaning not sufficient - defect water tap Never ever again! It took Zhenyuan three months to recover from the raging floods. The hotel is one of the three five-star B&Bs in Zhenyuan. It has a good environment, large rooms, and a great sense of design. The hotel is right next to the observation deck, which is very friendly compared to the homestays that need to climb stairs halfway up the mountain. The three stores have their own advantages. You can see the scenery while lying on the bed. If you have the conditions, I still recommend coming to Zhong, and the experience will be better. The three days and two nights of Huangguoshu tour experience is very good. You can go back to the hotel to eat and rest during the hottest time at noon. Baiweiyuan Chinese Restaurant: Large portions and delicious, the skin-on beef in clear soup, crispy eggplant, and marinated pepper and plum meat are all very good. When we ate, we thought the herbal tea was delicious, and the beauty in the restaurant even gave us a bag of tea leaves. Self-service laundry room: clothes can be washed directly after returning from the waterfall, very friendly for family travel The room was not ready when we checked in, so the hotel directly gave me meal vouchers for the children. When I left the hotel, I found that I had left a belt behind, and the hotel was very considerate and helped to deliver it to my home. The entire trip to Huangguoshu is very easy, and the hotel is an indispensable part.

Perfect location, nice wester food served to your room (better than any other option in town). Decent breakfast (perfect Chinese options, decent western options. I missed some cheese for breakfast). Great service. Delightful bed and shower. All one expects from Hilton.

This is my fourth time staying here. The service is still very good. Xiao Hei and Xiao Wang at the front desk were very enthusiastic to help me check in and give me all kinds of warm reminders. Absolutely amazing. I’ve spent most of my adult life traveling the world. Staying at all types of hotels. Mostly 5 star international hotels as I aged. This hotel by far exceeded my expectations. The staff and service are amazing. The VIP driver (didn’t get his name) amazing. Food recommendations amazing. Free laundry service. You guessed it, amazing. The rooms cleanliness and the hotels aethstetics well above par. Located walking distance to the waterfalls entrance, it is conveniently located. Not to mention a music and fountain light show across the street in the park with a beautiful view every night was an unexpected delight. So glad we found this gem. I usually don’t write reviews but this is well deserved and definitely is a 5 star stay!
