My first visit to China was truly memorable. From the doorman to the reception and housekeeping team, every staff member was attentive, professional, and genuinely friendly. I was simply amazed by the high standard of hospitality and the warmth extended throughout my stay. It made me feel welcomed and cared for at every step. To add on . Daily brew soup is an awesome gesture ! I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and will definitely come again!

We came downtown Shenzhen from the suburb for the weekend. It was a great choice to take this hotel. My 4yrs son loved the children's pool next to that of adults. We had such a great time during the weekend. Lobby staff and room keeper are nice and friendly. They always tried their best to help us all the time. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for the family with kids.

We love the idea that this hotel is connected to a huge indoor park, hence we booked the biggest room 1774 for parents and kids, which was said to be 70sqm. However, when entering the room, we found the room is too small, looks more like a 35-40sqm. Then we walked to the balcony and that's explained, the balcony was quite big, surrounding the whole area; however, it's completely filthy & moldy, covered with thick layer of dust, seems like nobody ever vacuum or mop it. I dropped something on the floor and it rolled under the electric sofa, guess what I found? 2 big pieces of food on a stained carpet. There's something looked so disgusting 🤢 on the drainage in the bathroom that I didn't dare to take a close photo. The toilet seat is crooked. Overall, the staff are friendly and helpful, good location. Plus point: can watch fireworks to the fullest from the balcony. Honestly speaking, we did have good time despite the unhygienic room. Hopefully this poor hygiene was just due to overwhelming peak season.

I had trouble organising a pick up from the station despite contacting them well and truly before my arrival. There was just no reply in the end. The room was large and comfortable, but the entire floor, including my room had an awful musty smell. The breakfast was excellent as was the service there. I ended having a massage which was great. The only downside was that the room was really bright and the lights directly above my eyes were left on (full brightness) and made it difficult to relax.

Frequent traveller obsessed with the gym. 1. Hotel is fine, like aged wine, tastes good if you like it, average if you don’t appreciate it. 2. Staff are excellent, from floor staff, lifeguard to reception at the concierge.&&& this was the best thing about the hotel. The staff 3. As mentioned, aged wine. It is an old hotel, the carpet in the rooms are comparatively aged as well. Which is not our cup of tea. 4. Gym is fine, big, but machines are at least 10 years old. 5. Swimming pool was acceptable. Can’t complain too much. 6. Kids thought it was ok, but there are better choices. But close proximity to luohu control point, nothing beats that.

The reason why I picked this hotel is because of the location that is right at the center of Jiangmen. Parks, museums, mall surrounding this place as well ad tons of great attractions and restaurants. Great grand reception and 5 star services and smile from all fellows among the hotel. Lovel!y Nice indoor swimming, but PLEASE a warmer water would be much more family friendly. Thank you. Free underground parking with direct path and lift to the lobby, perfect. Great value pack family hotel. 5 stars recommended.

This hotel is at the best location with shopping area and food stores right downstairs. It was a birthday trip and the hotel was so nice to arrange free upgrade to the suite room for us and arranged special room setting plus a birthday cake which we are very pleased. Really appreciated all the arrangements. Staff Elena was very kind to handle our check-out with good attitude and very attentive. Enjoyed the stay and will come back again.

Super nice! Top notch! Right next to a nice shopping mall, free parking, opposite a river with jogging path and cycling trek. A number of outdoor cafes. Beautiful. The room is very comfortable

I booked this hotel to celebrate my husband’s birthday, hotel made some birthday arrangement for us and it was amazing. The staff at the crowns plaza were very helpful and accommodating. Especially May, Peter & Lilith at the front desk. They offered help a lot and made our stay felt special. Breakfast was good and they had quite a good range of selections, however, it was too crowded and we were sat at the member area(the cafe next to the lobby). The gym and swimming pool were good. Even though pool and gym are located within the same building as the hotel but they are not part of the hotel, they partner up with PANATTA fitness. Therefore, their gym members get access too. Besides, if you want to use the pool, please prepare the swimming hat as we had to buy online as the swimming hats were hired out when we wanted to use it. The receptionists at PANATTA gym on the 4/F were not that friendly as the rest of the hotel staff. Didn’t smile and didn’t make us feel welcomed. Since it’s still part of the hotel and the hotel guests will be using the gym and the pool, they could have been more friendly, smiley and helpful. Overall, we will still come back to this hotel for sure despite the lack of hospitality at the gym reception. This was a good stay and the overall experience made us feel special. Thanks!

Excellent services and great facilities. Front desk manager Ms. Yan did a fabulous job to meet our needs by having an engineer to solve the voltage conversion problem, she recommended room change for the best view, and offered us various dining options with great deal. Our first stay for about a week. The guest relationship offered us a free upgrade for our second stay (for about two weeks), which made us very happy and feeling warm. The concierge and the restaurant personnels are very professional and polite, the food is super delicious! We are truly very satisfied with our stay in white swan hotel. Definitely we will recommend it to all friends and will stay again in white swan hotel in near future.
