Any questions I had throughout my stay were addressed promptly, with a reassuringly quick response time. The hotel offers turndown service every evening, with different essential oils and incense daily, catering even to my sense of smell. I also received a turtle-shaped aromatherapy sachet as a gift. **Living in a City Forest Park:** The room felt incredibly spacious, and the balcony was equally generous, featuring a large soaking tub ready for use at any time. With the lights off, I could hear birds returning to the woods outside and bullfrogs croaking in the lake – natural white noise you don't find in the city. **The Most Touching Detail:** The hotel discreetly runs a stray cat adoption program, and you can see well-cared-for cats around the grounds. This initiative truly showed the hotel's respect for life, a sincerity reflected in every detail of their guest service. **Good Value for Money Travel Photography:** My stay included a complimentary 1-hour travel photoshoot with 5 free digital negatives. **Practical Tip ⚠️:** Because the hotel's ecosystem is so rich, there are more mosquitoes and insects in the summer. Be sure to bring mosquito repellent, especially when walking around the grounds in the evening. I woke up the next morning to light filtering through the blinds, landing on my pillow. The curtain wasn't fully closed, leaving a gap where the light streamed in, slowly moving across the wall. I didn't check my phone, just turned over and lay there for a while longer. No need to rush to the next itinerary item, no messages to reply to, no pressure to hurry to the next lively event. Many people's summer breaks have already drawn to a swift close, but my holiday, with no end date, isn't over yet. Slowly recuperating, slowly finding myself again. Overall, this is a very thoughtful resort hotel, where all the good things are hidden in subtle details. It's perfect for friends who want to temporarily escape the city's hustle and bustle and quietly unwind."

"The MGM Shenzhen Prince Bay, nestled in the Prince Bay coastal area of Shekou, is Shenzhen's newly established luxury coastal landmark. The hotel is surrounded by the sea on three sides, offering direct views of the expansive bay. In the evenings, as the lights come on, the illuminated buildings and the twilight sea create an incredibly atmospheric scene. From the high-altitude terrace, you can enjoy panoramic views of the harbor, the pier, and the city skyline. With magnificent sea views on one side and urban prosperity on the other, it perfectly integrates coastal relaxation with city life. As a high-end hotel on Shenzhen's west coast, it complements the commercial facilities of Shekou's coastal area, becoming a new destination for leisure and travel. Under the night sky, it truly showcases the modern charm of a coastal metropolis. I must particularly mention the hotel's service. The day before check-in, a dedicated staff member reached out to me, thoroughly detailing the hotel's facilities. Tinny from the guest services team was very attentive. Specifically, upon learning that our visit coincided with our wedding anniversary, she even secretly arranged a surprise for us. After checking in, a heartfelt card and a celebratory cake were directly delivered to our room – incredibly thoughtful! Thumbs up! Dining at the hotel's 32nd floor for dinner was a delight, offering a commanding view of the beautiful scenery. Enjoying delicious food while taking in the views was truly a pleasure! The hotel's buffet breakfast, located in the 6th-floor lobby, was of excellent quality with a rich variety of both Chinese and Western dishes. The ambiance was elegant, and the service was attentive. The hotel's accompanying swimming pool and 24-hour gym were both in good condition, and the pool water quality was excellent. MARK WU and ALISON LI, guest relations managers at the front desk, both provided patient and enthusiastic service. Finally, I want to mention the hotel's travel photography service. The photographer, Ah Hong, was superb! In just half an hour, he captured many beautiful and outstanding photos! Summary: The MGM Shenzhen Prince Bay, in just two nights and three days, left us with wonderful memories. We are grateful for all the caring service provided by the hotel!"

"I often visit Shenzhen, and this is my first time exploring Huaqiangbei. The transportation is incredibly convenient; it's right at Exit A of Huaqiangbei Metro Station! 🫶🏻 All the front desk staff were very attentive and enthusiastic. Thank you for the complimentary upgrade for our three rooms, and for the two boxes of mini mooncakes for the Mid-Autumn Festival! ❣️ Communication was smooth, with no issues in both Mandarin and English. 🙂↕️ The breakfast selection was extensive, a great mix of Chinese and Western dishes, which made for a wonderful experience! 🥳"
