"Came to Hefei for a weekend trip by high-speed train, it's my first time in this city. I chose the Grand Hyatt for accommodation. It's on a high floor, offering great city views. Check-in was very convenient, the hotel lobby is on the 40th floor. Shirley at the front desk even upgraded us to a lake view room, and we could see Swan Lake outside the window, which was pretty nice. The WeChat butler service was also very attentive. The hotel room and bed were both large, clean, and hygienic. Breakfast was decent with a good variety. The freshly baked dried plum vegetable pastry was delicious, and they also had local specialty snacks like Sanhe rice dumplings. Breakfast is on the 39th floor, offering panoramic views from all sides, highly recommended."

"Banyan Tree, as always, lives up to its excellent reputation. The service is top-notch, the environment is spotless, and they cater to your every need! Upon arriving at Banyan Tree, the welcome ceremony after getting out of the car was very distinctive of Huizhou. The fermented glutinous rice wine was also delicious and not too sweet. A waitress in the dinner restaurant was absolutely wonderful – always smiling, taking orders, and providing service that was incredibly professional. She truly deserves commendation! We dined at the dinner restaurant for two consecutive evenings, and she served us both times. Her service was impeccable in every aspect, making guests feel very well taken care of. She definitely adds value to Banyan Tree! The hotel's photography service was also excellent; the service was great, the technique was superb, and they were very polite. The photographer was of high caliber, enduring the heat without any complaints, taking fantastic photos for guests from all angles! Upon checking out, we were even given a special Huizhou gift 🎁. It was truly a perfect stay! Fantastic!"

"Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my stay. I especially want to commend the floor service team and housekeeping. The cleaning was meticulous; the room was spotless, with bathrooms, tabletops, and corners all perfectly cleaned. The floor attendant, Zhang Guohua, was proactive, polite, and professional, making communication easy and pleasant. The clean and comfortable environment, combined with the warm service, made my stay exceptionally reassuring. This experience exceeded my expectations, and I give it a five-star rating. There were no unpleasant odors, and the mattress and pillows were very comfortable. It's convenient for travel and shopping, and the living environment is quiet. The hotel boasts an excellent location on North First Ring Road, making it very convenient to take a taxi to shopping districts and pedestrian streets. There are also many diverse Anhui cuisine restaurants nearby, so finding food is effortless. The lobby incorporates elements of Huizhou design, creating a serene and elegant atmosphere without any noise or commotion. The moment you step in, you can feel the quality of a five-star hotel. Check-in was very efficient, and the staff were polite and gentle throughout. A special thanks goes to the Guest Relations Specialist, who communicated with me online about my itinerary in advance and thoughtfully prepared a handwritten welcome card and local souvenirs. The attention to detail was impeccable, and any requests I messaged were quickly responded to. They were gentle, professional, and always put the guest first. The guest room was spacious and airy, with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows on a high floor offering expansive views, where the city's nightscape could be fully enjoyed in the evening. The cleaning was meticulous; corners and bathroom mirrors were spotless. The mattress was moderately firm, and the soundproofing was excellent – I couldn't hear any traffic from the street during the day, ensuring a particularly peaceful night's rest. The bathroom amenities were comprehensive, and the toiletries were of high quality, making for a supremely comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet offered a rich variety, catering to both Chinese and Western tastes. The freshly cooked noodles and local beef soup tasted authentic, and there was a full selection of desserts, fruits, and hot dishes, all delicious. The hotel's facilities are comprehensive; the 24-hour gym is well-equipped, and the heated swimming pool has clean water, perfect for relaxing in your free time. From the concierge and front desk to room service, all staff members maintained an appropriate sense of discretion, never overly intrusive, yet always ready to assist when needed. Whether for a business trip or a short getaway, this hotel is highly suitable. I will definitely prioritize staying here again on my next visit to Hefei, and I sincerely recommend it to everyone!"

"Before coming, I compared almost all the hotels and guesthouses on the mountain, and Beihai stood out as having the best value for money. The room size was quite decent, and the concierge service from Xinyi was excellent – she was very knowledgeable about the surrounding attractions and routes. The location is also good; it's about a 10-minute walk to Monkey Watching the Sea, which is currently the closest viewpoint for sunrise. Bright Summit is a bit further, probably a 45-minute to an hour walk for the average person. The closest to the hotel is the Yungu cable car, about a 20-minute walk, making it very convenient for going up and down the mountain. The hotel restaurant's breakfast spread was very generous, and the à la carte dinner dishes were also delicious, especially the bamboo shoots and the old chicken soup – so fragrant! The hotel staff were all friendly and welcoming. There's also a cat named Yundou, who's plump and adorable and often wanders around the hotel entrance early in the morning. Right outside the hotel, there's also a medical station, a police station, and a coffee shop, which makes the facilities incredibly convenient. While prices on the mountain are high, it's understandable, considering all the food and drinks are carried up by porters. I hope they are compensated fairly for their hard work. Overall, it was a good experience, and the money was well spent."

"First of all, the hotel's location is excellent, right next to the ticket gate, and across the street from the core temple complex of Jiuhua Mountain. The temples are just steps away, making worshipping Buddha incredibly convenient! There's a direct bus to Huatai right outside the hotel, and the shuttle bus stop is just a minute or two's walk uphill, making it perfect for families with children and elderly members—no walking required. I must commend the hotel front desk staff on the morning of May 4th. When I checked out that morning, I left my jacket with my car keys in my room. I had already boarded the shuttle bus to Huatai, so I immediately called the front desk. The staff promptly went to my room, found my jacket and car keys, and placed them on the next shuttle bus to Huatai. I'm so grateful!!!"

"Right by the Shi River, this is a large complex with a cloistered, garden-style design, reminiscent of the Winding Stream Orchid Pavilion. Upon entering the lobby, the interplay of light and shadow is immediately pleasing, with dappled reflections from the water mirroring the river outside. Even the basic rooms are spacious and come with a scenic balcony. The in-room lighting is intelligently controlled, including brightness, and features branded bathroom fixtures. The bedding has a high thread count, and the mattress is comfortable. **Service:** I checked in on August 1st, coincidentally in Jinzhai, a place deeply connected to the People's Army. The front desk mentioned it had just opened, which made for a very meaningful experience. All services are smart app-based, with quick responses – no need to even make a call; just a few taps for swift room service. **Value for Money:** I've stayed at several Kaiyuan hotels, including their high-end Fuchun Fangwai, but this one left the strongest impression, from service to facilities. I especially want to mention the breakfast; the quality wasn't compromised just because they recently opened. The variety is diverse, and the noodle bar is particularly delicious, haha. You could absolutely enjoy a staycation here."

"My experience at The Langham Hefei was absolutely perfect. The location is convenient, and the British-style decor feels very upscale. The rose scent in the lobby was a delightful touch. The room was clean and spacious, with a great view from the high floor, excellent soundproofing, and comfortable bedding. Staff member Xiao Fu provided attentive and thoughtful service. Breakfast was extensive, and the facilities, including the pool and gym, were well-equipped. It's suitable for both business and leisure trips. Highly recommended, I'll definitely stay here again next time."

"This is an established five-star hotel that has recently been renovated. The rooms are incredibly comfortable, and both the staff and front desk are very professional. It truly embodies the style of a classic five-star, with a grand, high-ceilinged lobby that makes a statement. The large lawn outside is absolutely beautiful, and the breakfast is exceptional! There are many dining options nearby, it's very close to the highway exit, and only a little over a kilometer from Sam's Club. I highly recommend this hotel!"
