"Hello!I liked everything, but want to complain about one of your workers. His name is Elsit Koraj. In my room was not brush and toothpaste. I asked in reception about it, then Elsit Koraj said that he will tell workers to provide me. Then after 10 minutes he came by himself to my room, I wanted to take brush then he said “Can I come in? “. I thought he want to put by himself. But he entered to my room looked around then asked am I alone. Then asked if he can seat, it was very strange . Then I asked to leave my room. After 15 minutes he called to room phone and told “I was in gym, I ran, can I take shower in your room?”. I was angry and told that I will complain to him. That day was afraid to go down because thought only he is in reception and locked my door. Next day I wanted to complain and asked him to call administration. Then he blamed me that I allowed him to enter my room. what is this? What kind of service is this ? When I asked his full name he replied that no need to complain and than he has family and kids. I don’t care about it. You have to prevent others girls from it. That fact that I am young alone foreign girl not means that he can and tell anything he wants. I paid for what? I chose the best hotel for myself, paid not little money for what? For harassment? I was so annoyed and will leave my review everywhere and wil complain. You have to prevent others from him! Also when I asked to invite someone higher rank, he invited sale director. But he was just protecting his colleague telling how long he working there. He even didn’t listen me. I was post in instagram and tiktok, I have enough followers! If you will not take action in relation to him. Also he justified his actions by saying that he was checking whether I was a ********** or not and also accused me of letting him in!!!! What a humiliation!!!"

"Travelled to Tirana and hooked this hotel for 1 night only as i was in transit. Good value for money, decent breakfast. Hotel had all the amenities needed. Another reason why i chose this hotel is there's free parking, though it was tight but the staff were helpful enough to help with parking my car. Overall experience was good for the price."

"The interior design is truly elegant and the breakfast was delightful. For a 5-star property, a wider selection at breakfast would elevate the experience even more. The addition of a pool and a refined bar area for evening drinks would perfectly complement the hotel’s atmosphere. Overall, a refined and enjoyable stay."

"We booked a total of 5 nights through Trip.com. Unfortunately, 3 of those nights were unsuitable for proper rest due to serious problems with the room. There was an extremely strong and unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom, which persisted for a long time. We reported the problem several times to the reception and also contacted the hotel by email, but unfortunately the issue was not adequately resolved. The smell was so strong that when we left the hotel, our clothes and personal belongings had absorbed the unpleasant smell, as well as the strong scent of the air freshener that was used to try to cover it. We fully understand that a technical problem or unpleasant smell may not necessarily be caused directly by the hotel. However, we believe that dealing with such a problem properly and in a timely manner is the hotel's responsibility. We booked this hotel in order to relax and enjoy our holiday, but unfortunately this was not possible. This was particularly difficult as we were travelling with our 8-year-old child, and our sleep was significantly disturbed for 3 nights. Despite reporting the problem several times, we did not receive any compensation or adequate solution from the hotel during our stay. We were also disappointed with the breakfast. We found the selection to be very limited and repetitive, and in our opinion it did not meet the standard we would reasonably expect from a 5-star hotel. Overall, we feel that the quality of the service and the conditions during our stay did not correspond to the standard advertised for a 5-star hotel."

The sea view was breathtaking, the facilities were spotless, and the breakfast spread offered a perfect balance of local and international choices and tested absolutely amazing. They were always ready to help, whether with local recommendations or arranging small touches that made me feel valued as a guest. I’d recommend this hotel without hesitation to anyone visiting Durrës, whether for leisure or business. it’s the ideal blend of comfort, quality, and authentic Albanian hospitality. "The environment is elegant and comfortable! Good service attitude, the room is clean and tidy and bright! The window is Spanish style and can be opened! The room details are in place, even a small bottle of perfume! Breakfast is rich, even white wine! The five-star hotels here cannot be compared with China. There are 12 rooms on each floor with a total of 7 floors, which is a mini five-star hotel."

"It was pretty good. The hotel has its own beach and swimming pool. There was also a dinner for two that wasn't listed; the barbecue was delicious. However, it rained heavily the day we arrived, so we didn't get to fully experience the beach area."

"My room was on the first floor, and at 2 AM, the noise from drunk people in the lobby woke me up. The disturbance lasted for hours. It's close to restaurants that open early in the morning, but be aware that many people around the cafes near the hotel late at night are out of their minds."

"It is a relatively large hotel in the local area, next door is a large school, forget what name. It seems quite close to driving from the city center. There is a cafeteria on the first floor. The young lady at the front desk is very enthusiastic."
