The Triathlon Ireland Social Hub is designed for budding triathletes or those interested in giving some of the triathlon disciplines a go. These sessions are also ideal for Triathlon Ireland members who are not involved with a club.
Where:
The hub meets on the last Wednesday of each month at Whiterock Leisure Centre, Belfast from 7pm to 9pm.
What to expect:
These sessions are coached by Diane Cordner who will meet you on arrival and will be happy to answer any questions.
There are two parts to each session - running on a pitch or biking on spin bikes and a swim (pool based). The sessions will be tailored for the group and you don't have to take part in both sessions just see how you feel!

Who are these sessions for:
Any Triathlon Ireland member aged 18+
These sessions are open to everyone and all ability levels are welcome - please come along and try as much as you can -there is no expectation that you complete any specific time or distance, just come and try.
You must hold a Triathlon Ireland Club Training Membership or Full Membership to take part in these sessions. This is available here:

Run (outdoors)- trainers, weather appropriate sports clothing
Swim - Swim suit, googles, Cap (Optional)
Bike (indoors)- trainers, leggings/ shorts, light top

The children watched it with rapt attention, and after watching it, they were still not satisfied and kept talking about it!

The Belfast Cathedral was founded in 1899 and completed in 1904. It is a Victorian church building. Although it may be relatively young compared to other historic churches, it is the most important church in this place.

We were led by a big-bellied man, who took the middle staircase to the second floor. He asked us to introduce ourselves at the circular handrail in the middle. We were from all over the country, and most of us were foreigners. Then he led us to the parliament hall, which is where the parliamentarians usually hold meetings. There was a microphone at each seat. He then began to talk about the origin and function of this building, and spoke with great vigor. Everyone could sit anywhere, even the speaker&#39;s seat. After the introduction, he led us to visit other halls. The huge banquet hall was covered with thick and beautiful red carpet. I can&#39;t remember which hall was covered with blue carpet.

The castle is situated in between a mountain and sea. Gardens in the surrounding are also stunning. Moreover, if you like trekking, this is an ideal location.
