This class is recommended for everyone interested in CNC Lasers at MakerSpace Charlotte. No prior experience is necessary, all are welcome. The primary topics of this class are: Safety Troubleshooting Resources Hardware use Software use Stratagem for safety completing basic etching and cutting of multiple materials Accessories such as the rotary tool and Acrylic polisher are discussed (and demonstrated when time permits.) Instructor, Kyle Hoover is our resident laser expert. He maintains our machines and guides members in their laser-cutting journey. Class is open to ages 14 and up, though minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. The adult must purchase an additional ticket to attend the class.
