Intuitive Dance A guided improvisation class that invites you to explore all states of being within a structured frame, offering you freedom to be. The class is crafted in a wave-like process, beginning with a gentle, slow setting that gradually builds in energy to a peak, before descending back into stillness. My storytelling complements the carefully curated music, facilitating a deep dive into your inner landscapes and nurturing the gift of imagination and embodiment. Embodying different versions of yourself, that have no room in your day-to-day life. Learning how to free yourself from judgment towards movement and discovering how movement makes you feel rather than what it looks like. No previous movement experience is required—only an open-minded and curious approach! Each class is a unique experience, reflecting your individual energy and mood. Creating a safe and inclusive atmosphere is essential - every body is welcome. To enrich our practice, we will conclude each session with a therapeutic reflective exchange. Thank you for your interest in my Half Day Seminar for all levels of olympic lifting, for those of you who haven't been to my seminar before, we will be going over everything that you wish you had learnt when you started olympic lifting to ensure a great foundation of technique is built. If you have attended before, this will be a chance to further enhance your skills and fine tune your craft. My Seminar days are notoriously just as much about having fun as they are about learning so don't expect to be sat in front of a whiteboard all day getting bored to death, that's not my style! This is my refined format of seminar, where we will all be on high energy! You'll be able to ask me questions, and I'll be giving you pointers on mobility, lifting, mindset, as well as practicing what I preach ! Der Fall der Dichterin Dareen Tatour erregte internationale Aufmerksamkeit. Die Organisation PEN setzte sich nachdrücklich für ihre Freilassung ein. Mein bedrohliches Gedicht wird nun zum ersten Mal in deutscher Sprache präsentiert. Es ist voller Selbstermächtigung und gleichzeitig eine Reflexion über Solidarität und Kunst als Formen des Widerstands. The Gemäldegalerie is showcasing 60 paintings from the Museum of Western and Eastern Art in Odesa, the famous port city in the south of Ukraine that has in recent years been ravaged by war. The artworks in question were evacuated from the city before the onset of war and transferred to safety in Berlin, where they will be brought into dialogue with paintings from the collections of Berlin’s museums. The large-scale special exhibition, which follows on from a small preview presentation in the spring of 2024, is an extraordinary collaborative project funded by the Federal Government Commissioner for Culture and the Media.

The Berlin Kupferstichkabinett is home to an impressive collection of modern art, including works by Edvard Munch, Käthe Kollwitz and Ernst Ludwig Kirchner. But what is less widely known is that the artists of Der Blaue Reiter also left behind a remarkable legacy of their own. As such, the Kupferstichkabinett is for the very first time dedicating a comprehensive exhibition to the art of Der Blaue Reiter, where it will showcase the museum’s holdings on the basis of 90 artworks organised according to specific themes. These will be complemeneted by a selection of works on loan from the Kunstbibliothek, the Museum Europäischer Kulturen and the Neue Nationalgalerie of the Staatliche Museen zu Berlin, as well from private Berlin collections.
