Welcome to Mount Dora Art in the Alley, a community-focused event showcasing the talent of emerging and seasoned visual artists. Hosted by the Mount Dora Center for The Arts, this event offers a unique opportunity to experience art, music, food, and fun in the charming Downtown Mount Dora.
Join us on March 8th, 2024, from 6pm to 9pm at our venue located at 125 East 4th Avenue, Mount Dora, FL 32757. The event takes place every second Friday of the month, ensuring a regular dose of artistic inspiration.
Experience the vibrant atmosphere of our outdoor art market, where artists have the chance to showcase and sell their original and affordable works. Whether you're an art enthusiast or simply looking for a delightful evening, Art in the Alley promises to captivate your senses.
Access to the event is free, including artist set-up. Visitors can enter N. Royellou Lane (The Alley) on foot from 5th, 4th, and 3rd Avenues. Please note that car access into the alley is not permitted. Street parking is available around Downtown Mount Dora, and three public parking lots can be found on 3rd Avenue and 4th Avenue & Alexander Street.

This incredible week-long event, taking place from March 11th to March 15th, offers a unique opportunity for children to immerse themselves in the world of martial arts. Led by experienced instructors, this camp provides a safe and engaging environment for kids of all skill levels to learn self-defense, build confidence, and make new friends. Throughout the program, participants will be introduced to a variety of martial arts techniques, including kicks, punches, and forms. In addition to the training, there will be exciting games, team-building activities, and special demonstrations. This is a must-attend event for any child interested in martial arts!
The camp also offers convenient extended care until 6:15 pm, ensuring that your child will be in a safe and engaging environment while you are at work. Plus, for just $30.00 for the week, early drop off is available at 7:00 am. Don't miss out on this amazing opportunity to give your child the best Spring Break ever!
