Welcome to our Cacao Ceremony!
Join us for a soul-nourishing Sunday afternoon as we welcome the new light of Spring with intention and harmony. We begin by gently awakening the body with Qigong energy exercises, preparing ourselves to receive and flow with the season’s renewal.
Next, immerse yourself in a guided heart-soul alignment meditation, allowing sacred sound to elevate your life force and frequency. We then come together in a heart-opening Cacao ceremony, sharing wisdom, gratitude, and connection in a sacred space.
Notes
: Please bring your own yoga mat or a towel if you are using one of ours :) Also a small blanket & cushion.
Please give yourself enough time to park and enter the venue 10 mins before event to set up. Bring your favorite mug & water bottle. A small notebook or journal to write and a pen.

On June 6th, the workshop theme is "Self-Esteem in Action."
We will review two essential skills and discuss how to apply these lessons in our daily lives. We will also explore the importance of being role models and leaders in our schools and communities. This session aims to empower the girls to apply these skills in their daily life. By embracing their role as a leader and role model, they can continue to build self-esteem and positively impact those around them!
