Welcome to GirlTalk: Self-Esteem Group for Girls ages 9-12 ! This group is part of our 6-part workshop series, hosted on all Halton Public School PA Days . Join us for an empowering full day workshop hosted by an experienced Registered Social Worker (MSW) at Peachey Counselling and Family Support Oakville. This workshop is a safe space for girls to discuss self-esteem, confidence, and personal growth. On June 6th, the workshop theme is "Self-Esteem in Action." We will review two essential skills and discuss how to apply these lessons in our daily lives. We will also explore the importance of being role models and leaders in our schools and communities. This session aims to empower the girls to apply these skills in their daily life. By embracing their role as a leader and role model, they can continue to build self-esteem and positively impact those around them! Let's support each other and build each other up!
